之前係長沙灣行完街都食過呢間雪山既午餐,今次又黎到呢邊就比次機會試下個火鍋啦。椰子文昌走地雞鍋,見到覺得ok所以試下。呢個湯底係比較淡,不過有朋友食沙嗲鍋所以可以加啲湯過黎先沒咁淡。火鍋材料方面,整體都ok既,雞既口感都算pk,少少滑啦,而且份量可以接受既,其他火鍋配料就算係正常味道,蟹棒就真係夠哂大條,獅子狗 金菇味道都係正常,所以呢個try係可以接受而且百幾蚊有呢個質素同份量都算是值得既。總結黎講,今次火鍋一試係ok.火鍋放題既另一選擇,不過呢個湯底係會淡啲。

雪山生意經常好旺,質素有保證,經常過嚟食早餐。我鍾意佢沙嗲牛可以跟米線,沙嗲牛好食,肉質嫩無筋,加錢可以跟丹麥多士配炒蛋,雖然牛油邪惡,不過丹麥多士真係好香脆。裝修新淨,係難得乾淨嘅茶記,卡位闊落坐得舒服。店員態度都幾好,食得開心
