舊年冬天喺集眾試過佢嘅羊腩煲念念不忘,今日幫襯嘅時候口多多問吓有冇羊腩煲,點知原來已經上咗架,梗係要叫黎試吓,懷念一下大廚嘅造詣啦。今年佢哋個羊腩煲同舊年一樣賣$498冇加到價,啲羊腩炆得又夠林又入味,支竹同冬菇都吸滿羊腩d味,仲有一碟生菜跟埋,超正。上湯花甲浸豆丕好多食,豆丕夠嫩,花甲夠鮮味,連啲蒜頭都入晒味。預訂咗酥炸生蠔,真係炸得好靚好夠酥,d蠔都肥美。避風塘拆肉賴尿蝦食落啖啖肉,無試過咁懶食賴尿蝦。黃金豆腐粒d豆腐外面香脆入面好滑。川椒豬手個汁好好味,其實唔係好辣,食落好惹味。

咕嚕肉係呢間小館嘅招牌菜,又真係煮得好好味。咕嚕肉青椒黃椒紅椒同埋菠蘿都好食,尤其是佢D菠蘿,食落覺得應該係用新鮮菠蘿,用D材料都有D要求。

鮮菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉果然係招牌菜,真係好好食,佢能夠做到外脆內軟,唔會太乾身,入面舊豬肉仲留有少少肉汁。另外新鮮菠蘿味道果然不同飯響,成本高湖但係味道好令我非常鍾意。呢間嘅小炒王都做得好,佢唔似出面好多地方咁樣用啲餸頭餸尾加啲韭菜腰果就話係小炒王。我最欣賞佢個小炒王入面有炸脆咗嘅芋頭絲,好食,另外佢個蝦乾又唔會太硬太韌咬唔到。金樹安格斯牛柳粒看似平凡但係味道非常出眾,尤其是係個薯仔,炸香咗再同啲安格斯牛柳粒一齊煮,吸收晒啲牛肉味,好正。三個餸看似平凡但係真係做得非常出色。

金樹安格斯牛柳粒看似平凡但係味道非常出眾,尤其是係個薯仔,炸香咗再同啲安格斯牛柳粒一齊煮,吸收晒啲牛肉味,好正。

🌈這間餐廳位於地理位置方便的太子區,餐廳面積不算太大,桌與桌之間的空間感不大,但衞生情況還好,更表現出香港小炒店的地道感覺。食物方面,最令人眼前一亮的就是熱騰騰的‘’紅燒乳鴿‘’,皮脆肉嫩,更保留到乳鴿的肉汁,配上一杯冰涼的啤酒,更顯出小炒店的風味。另外‘’金薯蜜餞牛柳粒‘’都令人一試難忘,金薯炸得很酥脆,牛柳粒也炒得剛剛好,再配上甜甜的蜜餞醬汁,真的非常好吃,對我來說,比起牛柳粒我更喜歡吃金薯。除此之外,‘’拔絲咕嚕肉‘’也是必叫的菜式之一,本身咕嚕肉的豬肉質素很好,有肉汁,再將炸得香脆的咕嚕肉配上甜甜酸酸的醬汁,可謂香港特色之一的美食!不逐一介紹了,總括而言,其餘的菜式全部都很高水準,是一間力推的小炒店。
