喺旺角收工,想簡單食d野,路過見到間餐廳入面都好多人,再望一望食粉麵嘅,啱食!抱住人多都應該唔差嘅心態一試。見有個”招牌極罕有牛脆骨”,真係聞所未聞,就梗係要試下佢la⭐️牛脆骨河粉+22蚊轉套餐就包埋油菜或者魚皮、湯或者飲品,我就揀左生菜及凍檸茶牛脆骨食落爽脆,但係又唔硬,食落有d似食緊軟骨嘅感覺,好有驚喜,好香牛味,真係食過一次返唔到轉頭呀,太正la,另外要一讚,蔥同蒜分開上,好細心,同埋d蒜好香😋生菜雖然跟餐,但係都大大份,賣相都好靚,生菜食落好新鮮,仲要唔overcook,食落仲好爽口😋,係我鐘意嘅口感黎,好難得😍⭐️炸雲吞炸雲吞跟埋我最愛嘅甜酸醬,咬落脆卜卜,炸得夠亁身,食落有驚喜,入面有d豬肉,仲有大大隻蝦添,咬落好彈牙,好足料,大大粒😍店員嘅服務好好,已經好少見la,抵讚呀👍一個人食飯冇野做,最鐘意就係四圍望,見到有張poster寫住”下載會員app,積分當錢洗”,li間鋪頭值得再encore,下載埋先😍 continue reading

原本約咗朋友旺角食晚飯,朋友見天文台預告有大雨就爽約,一個人都要食,一個人都可以盡興,經過旺角煙廠街見到一間好出名嘅潮州打冷,原來呢間係主打潮州粉麵相當吸引,唔少得當然有潮州牛腩牛雜,仲有潮州魚蛋魚片豬肉丸等,仲有炸魚皮、炸蝦棗、墨魚條等小食。崩沙腩叫咗個崩沙腩淨食,淨食份量多滿足感更多,一放低都已經聞到牛腩嘅香味,食牛腩都知道崩沙腩係牛腩之中嘅靚嘢,炆得又腍又入味,一層筋膜少少脂肪一層厚肉,一啖咬落去無得頂,筋膜位好爽好彈,必須加啲店家自製辣椒油,辣油炒得超級香,令牛腩更上一層次,淨食除咗有菜底仲有白蘿蔔吸收腩汁真係好正。章魚金手指店員哥哥介紹係新出品,即叫即炸,裏面粒粒章魚的確好足料。原來有牛沙瓜,之前食過一次口感獨特,更有極罕有嘅牛脆骨,雖然罕有,但價錢與其他粉麵差唔多,店員話每日得好少,賣晒就無,想食要早啲碰下運氣。牛腩真係好特別有自身魔力,好似呢間啲牛腩咁靚真係好過好多美食。另外店裏海報有各式潮州餅,七月31日前有75折早鳥價,有興趣朋友要把握時機。 continue reading
