喺旺角收工,想簡單食d野,路過見到間餐廳入面都好多人,再望一望食粉麵嘅,啱食!抱住人多都應該唔差嘅心態一試。見有個”招牌極罕有牛脆骨”,真係聞所未聞,就梗係要試下佢la⭐️牛脆骨河粉+22蚊轉套餐就包埋油菜或者魚皮、湯或者飲品,我就揀左生菜及凍檸茶牛脆骨食落爽脆,但係又唔硬,食落有d似食緊軟骨嘅感覺,好有驚喜,好香牛味,真係食過一次返唔到轉頭呀,太正la,另外要一讚,蔥同蒜分開上,好細心,同埋d蒜好香😋生菜雖然跟餐,但係都大大份,賣相都好靚,生菜食落好新鮮,仲要唔overcook,食落仲好爽口😋,係我鐘意嘅口感黎,好難得😍⭐️炸雲吞炸雲吞跟埋我最愛嘅甜酸醬,咬落脆卜卜,炸得夠亁身,食落有驚喜,入面有d豬肉,仲有大大隻蝦添,咬落好彈牙,好足料,大大粒😍店員嘅服務好好,已經好少見la,抵讚呀👍一個人食飯冇野做,最鐘意就係四圍望,見到有張poster寫住”下載會員app,積分當錢洗”,li間鋪頭值得再encore,下載埋先😍 continue reading

餐廳乾淨企理,牆上仲有啲好有香港特色嘅壁畫,影相打卡都幾啱!「陳儀興」呢個名除咗潮洲菜出晒名,連粉麵都一樣高質仲好有特色可以食到牛既罕有部位,真係要畀個👍🥢 牛脆骨幼麵 + 芥蘭 (腩汁) + 凍檸茶今次叫咗個牛脆骨幼麵,配上芥蘭同濃濃嘅腩汁,滿足感爆棚!牛脆骨係牛肋骨附近嘅軟骨,食落爽脆彈牙,咬下去有陣陣牛肉香,咁大個女第一次食!幾特別!菜有生菜/通菜/菜心同芥蘭揀,唔鐘意太咸,唔配蠔油,更愛配腩汁,芥蘭吸咗腩汁,幾好!加杯凍檸茶,就係至正港式配搭!原本仲想試牛沙瓜。牛沙瓜,係牛嘅第四個胃,係可遇不可求嘅罕有部位!可惜佢唔係日日有貨,食唔食到要撞運氣。今次我運氣麻麻,有啲失落。🥢 崩沙腩雖然無牛沙瓜,但崩沙腩係鎮店之寶,招牌必試!人多叫淨食,大家share正!肉質炆到軟腍入味,肥瘦比例啱啱好,咬落去牛既濃香四溢,單靠呢個已經救回失落牛沙瓜嘅遺憾感!🥢 炸魚條另外叫咗份炸魚條,咬落有淡淡嘅魚鮮味,份量啱啱好,係個簡單又滿足嘅小食。今次食到牛脆骨同崩沙腩已經好滿足,下次要再戰佢哋其他嘅罕有部位,衝住呢個目標再去旺角朝聖啦!🍜✨😆 continue reading
