今晚同家人來到<鍾菜館>吃晚飯,最鍾意呢度近數碼港,可以行下公園散下步,而且喺呢個商場食飯消費,仲可以有free parking,喺呢個環境食飯,行下relax下,消磨時間,實在非常寫意。以中菜餐廳嚟講,呢度嘅裝修美輪美奐,感覺非常高貴,坐得非常舒適。<五香牛展>這個前菜冷盤,味道正常。<沙薑雞 半隻>百幾蚊嚟講,其實有少少失望,因為雞嘅肉唔多,感覺半隻雞都比較瘦。<鍾家炒飯>炒飯材料非常豐富,有蝦肉一齊炒,又有好多叉燒肉,用上砂鍋盛住嘅炒飯,保持到熱度,非常好食。雜菜煲份量非常之多,用上粉絲、瑤柱、蝦乾、冬菇等等,都幾足料。<大澳蝦醬骨>呢個骨感覺非常驚喜,入口蝦醬味濃郁,外面炸得微微香脆,惹味好食。<香煎金錢鱔>呢個係白鱔來的,用上大蒜和大蔥嚟炒,但係感覺一般,因為白鱔嘅肉吾多,比較細件,而且炒完之後入口肉質有點硬,可能用傳統豉汁蒸嘅方法來煮會更美味。整體嚟講,晚飯食物質素中等,人均消費唔使300蚊都叫做抵食嘅,因為環境真心非常舒適,下次有機會可以嚟試下其他菜式。Read More

數碼港停車場多充電位,泊車又有優惠。所以假日泊好架車去鍾菜館歎下茶都係一件樂事。鍾菜館環境古色古香,座位闊落,唔會好似一般酒樓咁人多就會好嘈。平日食飯時間比較多人外,假日會疏落啲。座位旁邊放置左個自動沖茶機,有加水、煲水功能,掃描QR碼就可以自助點餐,所以基本上咩都自己嚟,唔需要客服。我好少飲普洱,因為好多酒樓嗰啲都會好苦澀。但呢度啲普洱反而我好鍾意飲,唔澀,有茶味。點心如牛肉球內有馬蹄,食落爽口;黑毛豬叉燒腸啲叉燒好味,但如果個粉皮薄啲更好。大部分點心都整得唔錯,價錢唔太貴。陳皮炒河粉就覺得又貴又唔值,無肉,可能貴在啲陳皮絲,不過食到啲係陳皮嘅苦味而唔係甘味。雞白杏仁茶就好正,好香杏仁味,甜味適中。整體嚟講呢度係中午歎茶嘅好地方。Read More

Best Chinese food I’ve had in Hong Kong. The fried rice is spectacular with the most fresh prawns. The egg dumplings are amazing (haven’t had this in other Chinese restaurants) and remind me of my childhood. We couldn’t finish the food (the portion was very generous) so had to take away some. The tea was brewed with original fresh tea leaves. The decoration is also ancient Chinese which adds to the overall dining experience. 正如題目所然,呢一頭唯一在艾美酒店的中菜酒樓也關了,鍾菜館的開將正好給數碼港附近居住或工作,又對飲茶吃中菜有偏好的人燃點了希望。之前來過一次沒有訂枱,未能光顏。今日上午十時一開門即到就一定找到枱。這兒內部裝修下了一翻心思,當然喜好因人而異,但整體而言我覺得環境是十分舒服。開了茶在桌旁有一張有裝置的手推車子,玻璃茶壺放上裝置會自動入水和煲水,十分有趣。我叫了普利茶,茶味茶香是可以的。接著,當然立即叫點心。又是自動化的。客人要用手機先掃二維碼去到特定網址點菜。叫了點心大約十數分鐘點心陸陸逐逐送來。整體感覺點心味道十分好,好明顯是即叫即蒸!而且材料十分新鮮!有好幾類點心如蝦餃、燒賣、要一隻一隻叫,但每隻份量十足!點心的水準十分高,如十分滿分來說我會給9.5分!結論:我肯定會再來幫襯,希望水準能繼續保持!Read More

可能平時去開的中菜館大部份都唔多講究室內設計,主要都是抱著以點心的質素考量為主的心態,所以這次我來到數碼港的鍾菜,真的給餐廳的外觀及室內的設計「感染」了!先講門面,其裝修大部份都以木及玉為主,考究的雕刻給你一種好溫暖及傳統的觀感。其次餐館內花瓶的擺設非常配合餐館室內的中菜的氛圍。由門面到坐下枱,整個感覺到非常舒服,甚至乎(誇張講句)有點似返左古代高級中菜館的感覺。同時,可能因為空間大,所以每一張枱的距離十分寬敞,而每張枱旁,都有一個自動加水裝置,隨時都可以自己加茶。或者係我大鄉里,見到這個裝置時,也忍不住玩了幾分鐘😂 講了咁多門面,是時候分享食物。點心方面,與平時一般餐館一籠一籠的叫法不一樣,這裡是以一件一件去點菜。所以,當點心上到的時候,我們每一個人的位都被圍著一件件的點心,好似食西餐咁。我叫了的都是正常的點心,燒賣、蝦餃、蘿蔔糕、春卷、腸粉、叉燒包等水準是中上。所有都是熱辣辣上,唔會太淋而且鮮嫩。不過春卷,他們的做法較以往的不同,他們的春卷較大卷,如果你是同客人食飯的話,會非常狼狽,因為脆皮會散到成枱都是。另外要介紹是他們的泡飯。真的好食到停唔到口。泡飯的飯不會有過多的飯焦,而且咬落香甜。湯水跟湯的比例很配合,不會出現有時候太多飯但唔夠水的感覺。因為今次我去試食午飯,budget也有限,所以都未能使到太多的美食佳餚。但整體而言,我可以話這個餐廳是色香味俱全,無論是餐館的設計,以致食物的設計,都是非常優雅。感覺去了一個古代格式的高級中菜館,但又crossover了好多現代的設備。最後,他們的洗手間也別樹一格,洗手盆居然用了通常係飛機場先見到的設計。我唔識點解釋,睇圖啦!Read More
