樓上雅座,冷氣開放,乾淨企理午市套餐:鮮茄豬扒豬配節瓜湯。喝完節瓜湯,已經半飽。鮮茄豬扒飯好多飯!對於從事體力勞動的人,份量也是綽綽有餘。豬扒雖然切成條狀,但每條大小剛好,方便咀嚼。豬扒軟硬適中,沒有雪味,市面已不多有正常豬扒。茄汁和鮮茄是分別的,明顯茄汁是調製出來(但我喜歡!)滿得快要瀉的檸檬茶!外賣客家手剁豬肉丸。雖然等了15分鐘,但是值得!肉質好嫩滑,還夾雜着脂肪粒,這是真正的肉味,而非一團粉。蘸上豉油的芡汁和蔥花,肉丸會帶上蔥香及鹹味,豐富更豐富。Read More

今晚爸爸說帶我們去長沙灣食東江菜。餐廳門面不大,內有地面和一樓兩層,剛巧有客人離座我們就坐在地下那層的卡位。餐牌上的菜式選擇都有不少,基本上每款菜式都跟配例湯及一碗白飯。由於我們點了四客飯餐,店員直接以一個大碗送上例湯,熱辣辣的家常味道。這裡是的梅菜扣肉($100)是頗有名的。首先是日的扣肉完全不夠熱,才上菜溫度已經是暖的;其次味道不足、蜻蜓點水,梅菜的份量很少;再者,扣肉的部位過肥,很多脂肪但瘦肉少,大部份也不能吃,的確有失水準。煎炆釀豆腐($88)也是東江菜常見的菜式:每件豆腐的正中央釀了肉碎,肉碎份量不多帶鹹,醬汁稍為太多如浸豆腐那樣,而一般都是用白菜墊底的卻用了成本較低的生菜代替;個人認為成本是一件事,另外的是生菜比白菜不耐火,因此煮得太過火而變色和質地變得稀爛。沙鍋魚頭煲($100)裡面有不少腐竹、洋蔥、冬菇等配料去帶出香氣,醬汁亦太多,因只淺嚐味道就不評價了。剛炸好的椒鹽九肚魚($90)的椒鹽味隨著熱氣散出,外皮略為厚了一點但幾香脆,沾著頗酸的醬汁幾開胃,點一客大家分享都不錯。街坊餐廳來說是抵食的,味道可以,就是東江菜偏濃味,而餐廳的衛生情況麻麻,大家則需自行衡量了。Read More

今日大年初四,我又未正式開市返工,諗下約邊個朋友食飯好,終於想起每年大年初一,都例牌請我去佢屋企食開年飯好友,佢每年整大量昂貴海味招呼我,真係請番佢食多幾餐,都報答唔到佢 ! 下午問佢要唔要返工,佢話唔須要,我就諗起長沙灣醉瓊樓,鹽焗雞係我覺得全港最好食,加上我朋友廚藝了得成日整雞,我就特登約佢晚上、19:30 大家直接去呢間食,但事前戴定頭盔先,講明堂食環境一般,千祈唔好介意 ! 到 19:30 前我朋友兩公婆先到達,幾分鐘後我由元朗,乘坐 68X 剛落車,我到達時鋪內都爆滿,但剛好有一張卡位客人埋單,朋友正等店員執清卡位,我就剛好準時 19:30 到達。:)先落單半隻鹽焗雞、其他由我老友發辦落單,計有雞油炒豆苗、豉汁蒸鱔、及梅菜扣肉。期間店員先送上一大窩例湯,係雞腳、豬肉及其他材料煲成,比平時下午套餐送嘅例湯濃郁、亦都偏鹹,所以大家都只係飲咗約一碗。期間我俾咗一封利是俾阿姐,大家開心之餘亦希望招呼好少少 ! 🔺 我本人係客家人,所以好中意食鹹雞或鹽焗雞,自己亦略懂廚藝,有自己用粗鹽炒熱,再用沙紙包裹雞殼,用熱燙粗鹽覆蓋雞殼焗熟,非常有鹽香味! 但香港所謂鹽焗雞,一般都係用鹽水浸熟而已,但呢間雖然我都知係用浸熟做法,但估計之前有做風乾程序,所以肉質鹹香得嚟、較乾身又不失幼滑 ! 可能我自己食嘢要求亦唔太挑剔,覺得暫時全香港食過叫最好食之一,所以時常都會特登前往幫襯,但一般都係叫碟頭飯食多! 🔺 梅菜扣肉我喺呢間都係第一次食,整體鹹甜適中,梅菜唔韌。扣肉有驚喜,因我唔太食肥膏,但上枱見係約9成瘦、約1成肥膏,新年放縱一次食肥少少無妨 ! 我朋友將剩餘所有連汁水,送咗兩碗白飯! 🔺 豉汁蒸鱔,豉汁又係剛剛好好惹味,鱔係白鱔,食落好新鮮好嫩滑,蒸嘅時間亦剛剛好,真係好正! 如果唔係有梅菜扣肉汁水,相信我都會用呢碟鱔嘅汁水送飯 ! 🔺 雞油豆苗,係我朋友落柯打,平時我叫只會蒜茸炒,因為我一向少食肥膩嘢,雞油呢類膽固醇高食物,我平時係盡量避免,但農曆新年一年一次大家開心,我都唔介意 ! 咁多樣餸之中呢樣稍為失色少少,因為豆苗較老,但因用雞油炒所以補充到油滑口感,成枱都係肉食冇一碟蔬菜,終於都係覺得爭咁樣嘢 ! Read More

今星期公主放假,我這家丁也罷工,出街食家附近大大細細茶餐廳,都食過哂,唸唸下,呢間醉瓊樓,主打客家菜。N年無來過,我家老爺都贊成來,懷舊一番。炸豬大腸,霸王雞,系我跟家老爺首選,再叫雞蛋焗魚腸同金銀蛋莧菜。豬大腸,絕對系今非昔比,同小時候,真的唔同味道,不過同現今其他菜館食的,佢水準系之上,夠乾身,脆口。霸王雞,一流雞滑流,有雞味。賣相唔差嫁.金銀蛋莧菜,大大碟,分量足!最後上場系雞蛋焗魚腸。嘩,香噴噴,熱辣辣,我家老爺洒下胡椒粉後馬上享用,我來不及拍照!正,好鬼正,又香又滑又熱辣辣。我家老爺滔滔不絕講童年住事,佢嫲嫲當他小時候,常煮這道菜……回味無窮!此店人流也不錯,星期一,也坐滿7成客。大部分老街坊,一個人有,老夫妻有,三人行也有,三代同堂也有,很有溫暖家的感覺,店內,顧客都不用看餐牌,隨心想食什麽就叫什麽。除魚蟹系海鮮價,其他大部份由50-75/小菜,包例湯及白飯大大碗,另加茶$6/位,我覺得,是平宜的食店。Read More

跟住就催埋單.催催催我哋根本啱啱先開始食!! 真係想發火! 總數九百幾! 啤酒.汽水.甜品咩都冇.仲發現原來D上枱蕎頭好貴!食到一半間店熄冷氣!本來2樓D冷氣就好弱要開風扇.佢居然熄埋! 然後熄咗大半店D燈, D侍應全部換衫走人! 仲好搞笑咁叫我哋慢慢坐喎.我媽咪話:"咁熱.點慢慢坐呀!" 個侍應阿姐仲答:"係呀!"真係激死!我哋都未走佢落閘! 然後我哋走嗰陣根本未到10:30PM! 又話坐到10:30之後都無問題!!

我做野係喱間野附近,我日日去食,真係百食厭土魷肉餅- 香,好味,加埋d葱,好有吸引力中式牛柳- 汁幾濃,肉滑,不過有時會緊咬少少魚香茄子-超入味鹽焗雞-沙彊超一流枝竹牛腩- 枝竹超野味,d腩汁味入晒落d枝竹度蝦仁炒蛋/楊州炒飯 - d蝦超大隻,新鮮,好彈牙蒸魚 - 次次食親都好新鮮,蒸得岩岩好,非常香滑ps- 我食佐差唔多5年,仲係平均一個月食十次以上,到而家仲覺得好好食.
