Si不嬲都鐘意去居酒屋, 一來鐘意飲下酒, 二來鐘意居酒屋輕鬆既氣氛, 上網見到有人介紹呢間個名幾特別既居酒屋, 就去試下~ 門口有個大餐牌,食物價錢都好大眾化~ 就算晚餐時間既酒精飲品都唔貴呀 一坐低梗係點左酒先啦~酒都有好多款揀,最後揀左獺祭sparkling sake,幾易入口~ 然後點左呢個薯仔沙律,細細份,感覺係粉粉地既薯仔,都okay! 然後點左呢個聖誕特價既鐵盒蒸生蠔,初初仲驚會似打邊爐既蠔,但見店員攞左個鐵盒埋黎,然後倒清酒入去。。。 過一陣就蒸完啦!好鮮甜好好味!!!唔會好重酒味,但又帶出左蠔既鮮味!!!正! 呢個刺身盛盒黎到既時候真係哇左一聲。。。!估唔到二人份既刺身會有咁多!最開心既係佢唔洗300蚊。。。!!真係非常抵食而且款款都好新鮮!!! 然後再點左鹽鮮鰤魚腩,佢有一款係天然鰤魚,Si揀果款係普通鰤魚,但份量都好多,有成4-5塊,但就同想像中既「魚腩」有D出入,佢似係「魚骨」多D。。。?但都有肉既,而且都燒得香,有D地方仲脆脆地 最後上埋呢個迷你海膽丼,好彩佢真係迷你,飯唔多,但海膽就多,海膽一D都唔腥,啖啖飯都有海膽,超滿足呀!!! 呢間藤之宮誠太郎商店既食物真係唔錯,新鮮而且價錢又唔貴,店員好有禮貌,老闆仲親自出黎派卡片,知道Si係食生日飯,仲請左Si同飲酒添,一定會再幫襯!Read More

原本約了久未見面的朋友飯聚,可惜朋友忽然有急事未能出現,也罷!飯也還是要吃的;兩個人照去可也。 餐廳光猛、整潔,侍應也是精神奕奕招呼客人入座;第一印象已然不錯。餐牌超巨型,老花也不用戴眼鏡了 石垣貝刺身($68)~ 味道清甜煙勒,輕輕的點上豉油和wasabi,已經非常美味。 佐佐目魚頭鹽燒($98)~ 一上枱就跟牠四目相對,不其然立刻起動,把它消滅了才安心。 此魚肉身結實,油份不太多,魚味雖不是特別濃,但廚師也將之燒得很香口,以價錢計,是吃得過的。 薯仔沙律 ~ 內有紅蘿蔔、青瓜,這味也是佐酒良伴呢。 天婦蘿盛合 ~ 沙𩺬魚肉質細緻嫩滑;蓮藕、魷魚、 味道清淡,西蘭花的脆漿很奇怪,中間有一層薄薄的、濕濕的透明狀物質,想當然咬下去是怎麼一回事吧!炸功有待改善。 玉子燒(半客四件)~海苔均勻散佈在玉子裡,但卻不大感覺到海苔的味道;玉子可看到分明的層次,但比較乾身及蛋味不濃。 烤魚片茶漬飯 ~ 一向喜歡茶漬飯,是以每次看到也很想一試。來的時候某些魚肉仍呈半熟狀態;烤得亦頗香,但廚師太重手,我們要加一整水杯熱水才可冲淡那鹹得過份的味道!燒炸豆腐 ~ 本以為是是平常食開的炸滑豆腐,卻原來像豆卜多一點,表頭放有大量鰹魚絲和大蔥,伴以醬油同吃,也是一味不錯的小吃。 八千代伝(黑、白)~ 叫了倆杯燒酎,一黑一白,白的香氣特出,口感帶甜;黑色的味道沉實偏濃。 提外話,以前看過「將太的壽司」,內裡說:一件最簡單的玉子燒,就能看出廚師的水準;以前還半信半疑,現在吃過很多不同的食店,才知道真是一點也不假。Read More

強勢回歸的烏賊中心。新鮮,美味的各式海產。價錢實惠,性價比很高。誠意推介。Return of the killer squid center.Good quality seafood at very reasonable price.Decent sake & sochu selection.Highly recommended. 店名雖然比較長,但其實仍是烏賊中心的原班人馬主理。他們轉名的原因是因為烏賊來香港貨源不穩定,很多時候來到香港已不在新鮮,所以很有責任地把名改了。環境和以往差不多,同樣光猛舒適。The name of this restaurant is quite a mouthful, notwithstanding that, it's really run by the same group of people who used to run Ika Centre. I was told that the reason for the name change is because of the unstable supply of live cuttlefish. In order not to disappopint customers, they decided to change their name. That's a very responsible attitude to customers.這裏不時有清酒供應商在此提供試酒會。清酒和燒酌的選擇不錯,價錢亦算經濟。I recall that sake companies sometimes have promotional tasting here. Their drinks selection is not bad. 雖然名字改了,但店方仍然是主打海產。選擇貴精不貴多,主要是各類刺身,烤魚,生蠔 ,龍蝦,象拔蚌和吞拿魚鮫各種各樣的游水海鮮。當然還有一些送酒佳餚,如炸牛蒡,炸魷魚圈,吉列蠔等等。除此之外亦有每日新鮮運到的海鮮「每日精選」奉客。Similar to their previous incarnation, I.e. "The Ika centre", their focus is also on seafood. They have a limited but focused menu which included various sashimi sets, oysters, grilled fish, grilled tuna jaw and other fried food like cutlet cuttlefish/oysters and fried burdock. They also have a very decent selection of sake and sochu at very reasonable prices.There is also a daily recommendation menu showcasing the fresh arrivals from Japan.我們點了以下菜式:兵庫縣一年生蠔: 這生蠔比日本一般的巨大。生吃口感相當幼滑,隱含著清清的鮮甜味,亦可選用清酒來蒸。我另一次來吃了蒸的,覺得用清酒蒸反而更能帶出蠔的鮮甜味。推介。These oysters are from the Hyogo prefecture. These were allowed to grow for 1 year before being harvested so the size is HUGE. There are two different ways of enjoying these oysters, either raw or steamed with sake. The raw oysters were big and creamy but the taste was on the light side. I tried the steam oysters with sake on another occasion and that was even better. Recommended. 這裏有多種燒魚選擇,價錢較其他日本餐廳經濟。我們今次點了間八。肉質厚實,魚味濃郁,雖然我較喜歡油份更高的魚類,但這大條的間八餸酒仍很不錯。There were different types of grilled fish to choose from and we choose "Kanpachi". The kampachi was really firm and fleshy. I prefer an oilier type of fish but no complaints. (I forgot to take a photo.)  鯛魚tataki : 角切成一口份量的鯛魚比一般刺身的薄切有嚼勁,只需混上蔥茸,薑茸和一點淡口醬油便很美味。證明同一樣的食材,只要用不同的切法便已經會在味覺上有很大差異。Tai tataki: Raw tai fish mixed with grated ginger, chopped spring onions and mixed with shoyu. Simple but good. Because of the way the tai was cut, it's more chewy than normal sashimi. Very nice. 炸牛蒡鬆化不油膩,餸啤酒一流。據稱還有健胃的功效,信不信由你。Fried burdock is perfect with beer, sake or sochu.  It's supposed to be good for your stomach as well (?) 來點健康的雜錦日本野菜,包括爽脆無渣的露荀,清涼的青瓜和鮮甜的蕃茄。點味噌簡單而美味。Then something healthier for a change: Assorted Japanese vegetables with asparagus, tomato and cucumber with miso dip. 兩人還點了一人前的刺身拼盤。質素很不錯,分別有章魚(亦稱章魚,不是魷魚,墨魚/烏賊), 金目雕,真鯛和鰤魚,山葵當然是生磨的。 $148性價比超高! 讚。The assorted sashimi for one person is just $148 which I find to be very reasonable indeed. The quality is good. You get tako, kinmedai, madai and I believe hamachi. Excellent value. Recommended. 埋單連酒水每人不足$500, 性價比極高。食材新鮮,環境舒適,服務真誠,誠意推介!We've been here quite a number of times so the Japanese chefs and Hong Kong staff were really friendly to us. The bill came down to HK$990 for two including quite a number of drinks. 朋友推介到藤之宮誠太郎商店這家日本料理店吃晚飯,說這裡主打的海鮮魚類十分新鮮。餐牌上其實選擇不是太多,主要都是以刺身/海鮮為主,必點的一定是藤之宮名物 - 舟盛り。這個刺身船真的十分抵食,有海膽、吞拿魚、三文魚、油甘魚等等,好像有十一款種類。海膽超甜,油甘魚很厚身,一個字就是‘正’。藤之宮沙律 ﹣ 八爪魚很新鮮,一點也不硬,加上沙律汁很開胃。這道菜餐牌上沒有的,是同行的日本朋友點的。炸沙咀魚配上炸蓮藕,不錯吃喔!很久沒有吃過這麼好味的生蠔,很肥美,個人不太喜歡太重的海水味,這個剛剛好。這個是湯漫菠菜,好入味!說真的,看見餐牌上的照片真的沒有興趣點這道菜。不過朋友好想試,真的意想不到做得非常出色。個鴨胸有一層肥肉,外皮煎得很脆,肉質很腍,連伴碟的茄子都超入味。這裡的食物質素很高,服務很好而且價錢個合理,一定再光顧!Read More

早前見不少人讚這裡的刺身船好抵食,所以便決定同朋友來一試!留意到有幾位服務員都說日文,一坐下便感覺這家店頗正宗,氣氛不錯!先來二人份的刺身船!一上台沒有太大驚喜因為看到魚的色澤欠奉,感覺不算非常新鮮,食落口感不夠滑,帶筋。整條船最滿足係魷魚刺身和海膽,非常鮮美。 嚐到北海道海膽的鮮味,按耐不住便立刻Order了海膽飯一試!細碗的份量真的只有3-4口,但海膽的甜跟鮮味的確叫人回味。 之後來的玉子燒,原來是船上的玉子燒的熱版,但其實船的凍版已經覺得不夠蛋味,味道偏淡,是因為它混合了好像是昆布的原因嗎?總之沒有食完一件又一件的衝動。Menu上有頗多烏賊的食物,例如炸物天婦羅刺身等,所以見到有烏賊天婦羅便決定要試試!可惜粉漿離身,沒有做到脆口,味道亦偏淡,的確失望。最後在是日特別Menu上點了店員推介的竹簽魚,這個反而是海膽飯以外最滿意的。魚燒得恰到好處,魚肉保留肉汁,好滑,的確好食。 這餐飯埋單7百多,沒有再回來的衝動。Read More

復活節假期想食好西(東),於是試了這間名字長長的日本料理 - 藤之宮誠太郎商店。該店主打日本直送海鮮,當然主力食海鮮為主。當晚叫了炸牛蒡、木魚花茄子、刺身船、汁煮金目鯛、燒竹簽魚、鐵盒焗蠔。前菜炸牛蒡,炸得乾身,用少少鹽及七味粉調味已經很好味。木魚花汁茄子香口,呢兩味作為前菜都很不錯。之後,試了刺身船,整體來說都幾好,特別是深海池魚。再試埋汁煮金目鯛,汁淡,有別於一般濃汁的煮法,汁淡就可以食到魚本身味道。鹽燒竹籤魚是當天新鮮推介,食落去魚肉肉質幾軟熟,幾鮮味。而鐵盒焗蠔,是用GAS爐加熱上面的鐵盒,鐵盒中加上清酒去焗熟隻蠔,蠔是來自日本兵庫縣,食落肥美清甜。總結:呢間餐廳服務好,海鮮新鮮,價錢合理,定會再去試食其他海鮮。@藤之宮誠太郎商店Read More

上來諗住幫襯烏賊中心,點知原來轉咗名同裝修咗少少,但其實應該係同一間舖。以前烏賊中心真係超好味兼抵食,但聽侍應講烏賊來源不太穩定,可能因此改名。改咗名食物質素一樣咁高,以呢隻質素完全唔算貴,唔明點解咁少人幫襯。叫了貴少少的 Omakase,再另外每人加了兩隻蠔。逐樣介紹(除了蠔之外其他全部都屬 Omakase):講真一向佢食客都唔多,以佢咁高性價比我真係唔明點解,但顧客似乎一半或以上是日本人,咁你就知係好嘢啦。間舖睇落係唔豪華,但就正正係實而不華啦。Read More
