紅雞一向多人排隊 特別係放工放學時間小店賣嘅都係簡簡單單嘅班㦸同雞蛋仔等唔多特別味 但都有幾款係特別多人買芒果沙律班㦸外賣返去食 班㦸已經凍咗芒果凍凍地 好大舊好甜夾埋班㦸 原本一冷一熱係好啲芒果已經多汁 再加埋啲沙律醬 班㦸就唔會太乾 好食嘅！

基本上每次去紅磡，都一定會去食紅磡雞蛋仔，雖然我見多數人都係黎食芒果pancake，但我自己最鐘意就係食呢度既朱古力雞蛋仔。不過今次都隔左好耐無黎，起碼半年有多，見到而家多左個後生仔幫伯伯手，條龍確實排得比以前快左，今次又係點番朱古力雞蛋仔，不過一食就覺得退步左，朱古力味無以前咁濃，朱古力粒都少左，雖然都係脆既，但入面質地都空心左，無左以前外脆內軟既口感，相對好似無咁足料，唔知係咪只係呢日人多一時失手呢....

呢間雞蛋仔班cake店都唔需要點介紹自從佢出咗名之後都冇乜點加價 但係良心企業好似我叫依個原味奶油班cake 都只不過係$9而且仲要熱辣辣 有蛋香 食落好有童年嘅回憶所以即使每次要等大約五至10分鐘我都願意等 大家都不妨一試

繼續支持老店，今日黎到紅磡最出名嘅「紅磡雞蛋仔」到食班戟🌮話說呢款沙律雜果班戟係每次必食班戟好重雞蛋香，什果有好多料，比較多元化，多重口感，而且配料十分之多，價錢就11$，算係合理。食完再encore沙律淨芒班戟🥭🥭🥭啖啖都係芒果，仲要芒果好甜好多汁，食唔停口！價錢要成18$，果然係一分錢一分貨今日好彩無人龍，平時就經常性人山人海，不過好嘢自然多人排啦

呢間小食店喺網路上幾高人氣，睇門面幾歷史悠久吓，只賣三類小食，雞蛋仔/格仔餅/班戟⋯🤔 小編一直bookmark呢間嘅芒果班戟，終於的起心肝走去食！🤤呢個芒果班戟嘅材料相當簡單，但意外地好好食！😋 班戟唔乾好鬆軟，配上少許沙律醬&極大量新鮮&好甜&多汁嘅芒果，$20內當係食甜品唔錯呀！😍 遲啲小編可以落堂之後久不久走去食，正呀！🤫 （小編仲想試埋佢鹹味pancake, 聽聞都係好正嘅！🤩）

雞蛋仔，港式地道小食之一，要弄得好吃並不容易，現在的雞蛋仔配搭多變(配以雪糕、咸食亦有)，價格亦隨之上升，再不是以前的貼地親民價格小編當日與友人來到，點了一份朱古力雞蛋仔，除了原味，其他口味都是即叫即整的，等了約十多分鐘，一底香噴噴的雞蛋仔便出爐了！果然不負所望，這底定價為十多元的雞蛋仔，用料亦不馬虎，每粒雞蛋仔上都帶有朱古力粒粒，朱古力味頗濃厚，是屬於比較紮實的那款雞蛋仔(帶蛋糕質感)，外脆內軟的。在冬天吃就是一份窩心暖暖的地道港式美食。現在不少在賣的雞蛋仔其內餡是少得可憐，這份相對是有質素及水準的一份小食，完全對得住這個價格。要知道現在的雞蛋仔稍有些新意已經要索價二至三十多元呢！

紅磡雞蛋仔的芒果pancake好多人叫，非常多芒果。下午來的時候經常都會排長龍。有次試咗朱古力味雞蛋仔，朱古力味非常重，雞蛋仔烤得非常香脆。價錢平民，是街坊小食的一個非常好的選擇。

黎紅磡最愛食叔叔呢個芒果班曳，雖然次次都要排長龍不過都係要食既！用的是菲律賓呂宋芒，甜而多汁，而且叔叔係超大方，下下爆芒，好滿足！！＄20餅底軟熟又香又熱，正～黎呢度幫襯除左因為食物好呢之外，仲要食佢既人情味，老闆非常風趣，愛和客人說笑，賣既開心買既都開心，現在的香港都少見少有架啦！

記得中學時代有同學仔帶過我來吃芒果班戟，當時的芒果份量多到令我印象極之深刻！而且當年無咩特別味的格仔餅及雞蛋仔，這檔紅磡雞蛋仔應該是創作不同口味的始祖了。多年後再來，店主已白髮蒼蒼了，仍然在勤快地擺賣，見到這情景內心有點小激動！時光仿佛倒流到中學那時……排隊時，店主跟熟客談笑風生，他的快樂感染了等待的食客，未買已經開心左先😄比起芒果，我其實更愛簡單的奶油班戟，這檔的班戟軟綿而又有口感，新鮮煎起，加上邪惡的奶油，好好味啊！大大塊班戟都只是九個大洋，再加上伯伯快樂的笑容，是這裡常常排長龍的原因吧！😄

晚飯前突然肚餓😩，便和夫君到附近的紅磡雞蛋仔買一個pancake share吃。這間pancake在紅磡區非常有名，經常大排長龍。它有雞蛋仔，夾餅和pancake的選擇。我的私心推介是pancake，我最愛凈芒果沙律pancake，而夫君比較喜歡鹹的，蛋白肉鬆pancake便是他的最愛。😍😍今天我屈服了在他的手上選擇了蛋白肉鬆pancake！😲 Pancake 是即叫即整，每塊pancake上都塗上牛油煉奶以及花生醬。不消一會pancake便準備好了，上面有滿滿的肉鬆，多到滿瀉！😍😍咬下去時口感豐富，咸咸甜甜的，配上花生醬的香味，yummy!
