今日去太子附近買啲嘢,順便同友人食飯。大家見好耐都無食小菜,近近地就去基隆街附近覓食,唔少朋友知道基隆街附近一帶,有唔少嘅食肆都唔錯,有番咁上下質素,想食麻甩嘢、小菜、火鍋、鷄煲,都會係唔錯既選擇。研究咗一輪之下我哋所定再試下呢一間石姐辣蟹雞煲小菜皇, 入到去座無虛席,可見應該有一定質素。餐牌上面都有幾多選擇,一時都會花多眼亂。見到有唔少嘅食客都選擇咗食雞煲或者辣蟹,坐隔離都聞到好香,不過可惜我哋人數少,好難去食呢啲咁大份量嘅嘢,下次一定要試下。人數少有人數少嘅食法,我哋都係選擇咗食小菜, 分別叫咗生炒骨、啫啫通菜煲,同埋蜜椒薯仔牛柳粒。先來一上枱就啫啫聲嘅通菜煲,鐵煲上碟, 夠曬熱辣辣,而且用咗蝦膏去炒,非常之有鹹香味,再加上椒絲、肉碎、蝦乾,香口之餘仲好足料,好少見食肆會捨得落咁大條蝦乾,呢個菜送飯一流。跟住就係蜜椒薯仔牛柳粒,作為配角既薯仔估唔到咁好食,外面非常脆口,被蜜汁包住,甜甜脆脆,食到最尾都依家脆卜卜。老闆話用咗好多心機,蒸完再用細火慢慢炸,所以先會咁金黃咁脆。而牛柳粒好軟好嫩,而且好入味,邊位煎得好香口。另外仲叫咗個生炒骨,醬汁酸酸甜甜,但唔會太酸,唔會好似出面部分餐廳咁有醋味,味道啱啱好。啲汁緊緊包住排骨,但係依然脆身,唔會浸淋,而且唔會太多骨,肉比較多,口感幾好,鐘意食肉既朋友會幾啱。整體而言小菜味道唔錯,非常有鑊氣,價錢都唔貴,平日晚飯都會係唔錯既選擇。Read More

又係時候同朋友相聚食飯啦,今次嚟咗試呢間石姐辣蟹雞煲小菜皇。呢度嘅環境位置舒服,同朋友慢慢坐低傾計食飯就啱晒啦。我哋叫咗一個原隻歐洲脆皮豬手,真係原隻豬手咁樣上枱。 豬手外皮燒得好脆,咬落去嘅時候索索聲。 但係肉質又同時可以保持到鮮嫩,真係幾考功夫。皮同肉再點小小醬汁黎食特別開胃,口感好豐富!我哋仲叫咗一個蠔仔肉碎浸勝瓜,勝瓜好嫩,一啲都唔老。蠔仔同勝瓜好夾,蠔仔嘅未味滲透左入勝瓜度,但係感覺又唔會太腥,仲有啲芹菜做點綴,味道又更清😋今次叫咗一支錫蘭檸檬茶,味道都唔太甜,幾適合我。呢度員工服務態度都好好,仲會不時幫我地更換碟,日後一定要試吓其他嘅菜式!Read More
