朋友話佢屋企附近開咗一間食小炒嘅鋪頭平時都好爆今日就一齊去食下!
呢間係好平民風味嘅小炒鋪,老闆好用心都好好態度咁樣一直同我地講佢哋嘅推介菜式,於是我哋就叫左幾樣老闆好推介嘅菜式!
由於女仔怕肥嘅關係所以都係飲返烏龍茶
鐵板薑蔥魚卜,平時出街好少食魚卜今次老闆誠意推薦,每日有限量供應,好似呢幾日咁就得6份啦!老闆話每一條魚卜都係係新鮮魚到拎出嚟所以食到呢碟菜好好彩!一黎到已經好香嘅薑蔥味,而魚卜本身好有咬口,再加埋薑蔥嘅濃味,呢碟餸得到我朋友好高嘅稱讚👍🏻
豉油王炒肥鵝腸,由於呢啲鵝腸都係非常新鮮而且係用最靚嘅鵝腸嚟做所以入口非常彈牙亦都唔會好似平時嘅鵝腸咁有渣老闆亦都保留左鵝腸本身既一啲肥膏再加埋豉油嘅鹹香,非常之惹味
豉椒牛肉煎米粉,平時已經好鍾意用豉椒炒嘅任何送,今次再加埋特別既煎米粉,一邊冇醬汁嘅脆卜卜,另一邊就沾滿豉椒汁,一次過試到兩種口感!而且煎米粉絕對需要好多心機去煎,呢個煎米粉係我今餐入邊最鍾意嘅菜
紅酒燴牛尾,老闆強調依個牛尾係新鮮嘅牛尾,食落好彈牙,好似咬緊骨膠原咁,一入口好香紅酒味慢慢就食到羅宋湯嘅味,入哂味嘅牛尾同紅蘿蔔成為我另一個朋友今餐最鍾意嘅餸
最後當然唔少得我哋最鍾意嘅菜啦!呢個係金銀蛋浸番薯葉,朋友一見到番薯葉就話好高纖維雖然之前係比豬食嘅,不過係依家已經進展到因為多纖維而受歡迎嘅菜啦!雖然用咗高湯去浸不過都掩蓋唔到番薯葉本身嘅香味,所以食落非常之豐富嘅口感

呢到鋪頭細細但係每一樣餸都食得出好多心機,再加上有個咁熱情又用心嘅老闆,呢間鋪頭誠意推介!最緊要嘅係呢度每一樣菜都係用新鮮嘅材料去煮,絕對唔會敷衍你!
