喺屋企步行15分鐘距離,嚟到將軍澳地鐵站嘅另外一邊,有一個豪宅樓下嘅商場,開了有一間以蕃茄湯底主打嘅餐廳。裝修非常懷舊,充滿舊時香港嘅特色。看得出餐廳都擺咗好多心思,希望重現舊香港嘅感覺。而食物方面,一點也不馬虎。主打蕃茄湯底的餐廳,用上濃郁的蕃茄,惜才好新鮮。呢一個湯底,相信唔需要40個番茄已經可以煲到。另外,仲有好爽口彈牙嘅豬膶,不比深水埗出名嘅小店差。碗通粉份量十分之大,一個人食都好足夠。而我就叫咗胡椒豬肚雞湯米線,用料上乘。除咗有好多豬肚、雞髀肉之外,附上的酸菜也驚喜。入口湯底香濃,充滿着淡淡的胡椒味。辣而不嗆,飲落去好暖胃。突然有少少唔夠喉,再追加多一隻瑞士汁雞髀。醬汁香甜,而且雞髀都滷得好入味,其實送飯先係一流!而且雞髀好容易切開,啖啖肉令人好滿足。

今日由屋企康城踩單車出去將軍澳食午飯,最後揀左位於Savannah 樓下既蕃茄18,附近有大把空位泊單車,非常方便。天花掛上一系列八九十年代既招牌,加上紅白相間的馬賽克鋪就既地板,餐廳既裝潢充滿香港濃厚懷舊氣息。女友揀左麻辣番茄湯,番茄湯底比較稠,充滿啖啖茄肉,飲完後麻辣味先慢慢走出嚟。米粉吸湯一流,炒蛋好綿滑。至於吉列魚柳扒好大塊兼脆口。我都叫左同一個餐,不過米粉轉左通粉,吉列魚柳扒轉左芝士火腿奄列配牛油厚多士。湯底一樣啖啖茄肉,通粉煮得恰到好處,軟而不粉。奄列同厚多士幾大份,味道豐富,其實芝士味最突出。餐廳大約有九款特飲,我叫左紅豆奶茶,紅豆同奶茶嘅配搭充滿新鮮感,紅豆奶茶比例1:1,奶茶唔太甜茶味幾香醇,所以唔會蓋過紅豆既香甜。其實蕃茄18主打米線,下次再踩單車過嚟試吓米線先!

將軍澳奧南海岸做完job之後喺個商場見到呢間新開張嘅番茄18,主打米線🍜,啱晒我,所以一行二人就快快趣趣入去醫肚。入面裝修好有香港嘅懷舊色彩,霓虹燈招牌廣告、舊式嘅鐵門,就算地板啲地磚都係好懷舊,氣氛好統一,睇得出老闆都幾有心思。睇完餐牌之後,我哋兩條友就叫咗一個花膠鷄湯米線($69)、一個蠔仔肉碎泡飯($55),見到餐牌上面嘅鷄蛋三文治🥪好厚鷄蛋,所以要咗一份蔥花蛋治($30)。花膠鷄湯米線熱辣辣上枱,出乎意料之外,裡面啲花膠唔係薄依依嗰啲,而真係有厚度嘅花膠,入口可以慢慢享受豐富嘅蛋白質,正👍!同埋啲鷄都幾滑,唔錯!仲有嗰碗蠔仔肉碎泡飯,啲蠔仔漲卜卜,放入口咬落去又滑又好食😋,呢個價錢嚟講真係唔錯!

我朋友就選擇左午餐C食神三寶飯,三寶包括係荷包蛋、叉燒同埋瑞士雞翼。留意番,佢地既叉燒係免切既,所以都好大舊,我建議都係用餐刀切開佢黎食比較方便,荷包蛋屬流心蛋,將蛋汁撈埋啲飯食都係好好食。瑞士雞翼同雞髀一樣肉質夠曬滑👍

瑞士汁甘甜惹味,份量充足,每一啖雞肉都能霑到。雞肉也厚實嫩滑,可以看到白滑的肉中充滿肉汁。

紅豆啡雖然新奇,本著勇者的心態嘗試,但意外地不伏XD 重點是要把紅豆拌勻和咖啡一起喝下去。

吃飽了又休息夠,可以再出發。原來這裡和將軍澳海濱公園距離不遠,吃完去散步看看海都很寫意呢。

隨著將軍澳不斷有新樓落成,食肆亦愈來愈多。今次行經將軍澳海旁,見到一間新開餐廳裝修好特別,餐廳內有多間「店舖」,連麻雀館都有,好似去左一條街內,好有懷舊feel。餐牌上的湯麵餐吸引了我既眼球,有蕃茄亦有麻辣,餸菜選擇亦不少。點左兩個餐,叫得蕃茄18,當然要試蕃茄湯底。蕃茄湯濃郁,而且有蕃茄粒粒。湯面的牛乳炒蛋亦好滑,個人認為炒蛋如果落少啲鹽更能突顯牛乳味。套餐包一個主食,點了吉列魚柳扒。魚柳剛剛炸起,又熱又脆,而且都幾大塊,好好味。另外點了麻辣湯米線。配上花生粒,唔會太辣,值得一試。配料都有幾多選擇,有墨魚頭都幾特別。加$20就食到兩隻瑞士雞全翼,價錢非常合理。瑞士汁都幾多!另外可半價點飲品,點特飲就最化算啦。天氣咁熱,飲完好舒服!
