店舖位於大角嘴不大起眼的大全街,店內座位舒適,服務員態度良好😄。主打潮洲菜,有滷水、海鮮🦐、打冷及燉湯🍜。基本的泡飯、炒飯同粥亦有不同配搭。我哋二人同行只係簡單的點了幾款菜,杏汁白肺湯同竹笙燉天白菇湯都用燉盅熱辣辣上枱,兩款都有基本燉湯配料如豬肉雞肉同埋鳳爪,杏汁同天白菇都各有特色和香味。醉乳鴿不但酒香肉嫩,刀功一流,擺盤精美,要讚👍。鮮魚湯娃娃菜🥦配有中芹香菇🍄同埋腐竹,令到菜式多咗層次。吃過飯,最後的甜品水晶柚皮絕對係一個驚喜❤️❤️。柚皮做得清涼鬆軟,加上桂花糖水,清香又清甜,其他食店未必食得到。睇見其他食客枱上的食物都非常吸引,我會約多幾個朋友再來試其他菜式,特別係滷水鵝片、龍蝦同時令煲仔菜,值得再來。😋

大角咀新開了間潮州菜館,新開業都全場爆滿,最重要係唔使加一,非常抵食。這裏主打潮州菜及順德菜,款式都很地道,份量十足,尤其是滷味拼盤,一份足四人分享。滷水鵝肉已去骨,滷得入味,鵝皮帶點爽口,鵝肉鬆化有油脂香味,滷水不會過咸;墨魚更是十分爽脆,加上自家辣椒醬更添風味。薑蔥生煎大魚卜至少有十件,爆炒至焦香,魚卜有點咬口,十分惹味。沙薑醬蹄調較得剛好,豬蹄入味,骨膠原豐富,而且去毛去得很乾淨,豬皮爽彈。蠔仔粥一碗足二人份量,有方魚及蠔肉的鮮甜,蠔肉每隻都脹卜卜,完全唔腥,粥底鮮甜有淡淡芹菜香。

朋友告知這裏新開一間潮州菜館,價廉物美,今天便專程來到了。王朝滷水鵝肉例牌$158,鵝肉味道香甜,肉質不會過腍,帶點嚼勁。滷水味道不會過鹹,花椒八角味道香濃,又不會搶去鵝肉的味道。雖然點的不是鵝肉,不過廚師已經骨去掉,啖啖鵝肉,又是另一番滋味。蠔仔粥$58碗,蠔仔份量很多,味道鮮甜,又有柴魚粒,不用加胡椒粉,便可享用美味的蠔仔粥了。蠔餅$128,蛋香味道十足,外脆內軟,蠔仔味道鮮甜,加點魚露便可以提升鮮味。總結:這裏的價錢看來有點偏貴,不過份量十足,質素偏高,所以算是超值。👍👍👍👍👍

飲品,我哋點咗熱咖啡、凍檸茶、熱檸水。熱檸水真係嚇死人,只有2片極薄嘅檸檬,我同事篤到2片檸檬穿哂都話無乜味,點解水吧師傅刀工好成咁🤣反而凍檸茶有4至5塊左右極薄嘅檸檬(仲薄過熱檸水嗰2片)🤣🤣

然後我哋食煲仔飯食咗一陣,真係唔夠豉油,就請伙記俾多2碟,伙記都有應話會拎嚟,但態度好麻麻!其實嗰陣時都唔係滿座,但叫極都仲未拎嚟,我同同事都有啲嬲,其實唔俾咪話無得再俾囉,唔好咁樣應完當無事!最後喺10分鐘內叫咗3次,先拎出嚟😔


我真心好想俾劣評,但見佢新開張就算啦,希望呢間餐廳會有改善。
