同成家人一齊去食冬至飯去到年底 營營役役 都想食翻餐好嘢 回報比屋企人大部分屋企人 都傾向食潮州嘢於是就揀咗呢間係大角嘴比較受歡迎 潮州餐館平時都需要等位等好耐 預早book定果然冇錯特別喺大時大節都要提早好多去訂位感覺到佢哋每一道菜式都是用心製作清酒煮花甲冇沙,個湯好清甜蟶子米餅蟶子淡淡肉,新鮮美味最正係個米餅 口感一流酒煮大鮮蝦 鮮甜美味 肉質 彈牙鵝腸正常發揮 不過就唔太抵食全晚最令我驚豔嘅餸菜係以上呢一道菜賣相一流之餘佢酒煮嘅鮑魚 同埋鵝肝都係非常之好食可以講對得起個價錢唔怪得呢度咁多人食啦

我最近和一班好友到了大角嘴的王朝潮順館,品嚐了他們的美食。這家餐廳以潮州菜為主,讓我們大家都非常喜愛。首先,蠔仔粥是必點的一道菜。粥的口感非常滑順,而且裡面加入了新鮮的蠔仔,讓整道菜更加美味。其次,鵝肝也是我們推薦的一道菜。鵝肝好清,口感也很豐富。餸酒一流接下來是炸蠔和滷水鵝。炸蠔外皮酥脆,內裡則是新鮮多汁的蠔肉;而滷水鵝則是口感細嫩、味道豐富。最後是鵝腸。好爽好香,非常好吃。它有着特殊的香氣和口感,讓人回味無窮。除了美食之外,這家店老闆也非常好客,在我們品嚐美食時還不時親自招待我們,喝上一杯。後來更更更加拎出私伙靚酒一齊飲。 老闆仲好好酒量。總之,在這家王朝潮順館用餐絕對不會讓你失望!非常盡興!

接下來是炸蠔和滷水鵝。炸蠔外皮酥脆,內裡則是新鮮多汁的蠔肉;而滷水鵝則是口感細嫩、味道豐富。

最後是鵝腸。好爽好香,非常好吃。它有着特殊的香氣和口感,讓人回味無窮。

除了美食之外,這家店老闆也非常好客,在我們品嚐美食時還不時親自招待我們,喝上一杯。後來更更更加拎出私伙靚酒一齊飲。 老闆仲好好酒量。

前後兩次到這食店光顧,第一次是吃午餐,第二次是吃晚飯。第一次吃午餐,點了鵝三寶飯和XO醬蒜心炒牛肉。鵝三寶飯包括鵝件、鵝腸和鵝肝,三者的滷水味道不算很濃,鵝件肉質不錯,鵝腸爽口,鵝肝嫩滑。XO醬蒜心炒牛肉炒得有鑊氣,好吃。第二次吃晚餐,點了鵝片拼牛𦟌、魚腐鮮竹雜菜和濃湯雞煲翅。鵝片拼牛𦟌充分表現出廚師的刀功,因為兩者都切得很薄,不過我反而喜歡切得厚一點的,口感會較佳。和上一次一樣,滷水食物的味道並不是太濃,我覺得牛腱的味道較鵝片佳。魚腐鮮竹雜菜份量不少,味道也不錯。濃湯雞煲翅最有驚喜,湯很濃, 翅爽口,雞嫩滑有雞味,可惜雞只有一件。食物方面,我覺得整體的水準算是不錯,不過可能因為我比較喜歡濃濃的滷水味,所以覺得這店的滷水食物略為清淡了一點。
