好少寫食評,每次寫嘅原因一係因為真心覺得間餐廳值得推介,希望多啲人幫襯令佢可經營落去,一係就因為真心覺得間餐廳有問題,希望負責人睇到會有改善。今次幫襯呢一間餐廳,係因為成日返放工經過,感覺佢似有正宗潮菜風味,亦試過外賣滷水鵝真心覺得好味,所以想一試其他菜式。今晚終於搵到腳一齊試。食物方面符合其期望,係真正嘅潮州風味。蠔餅、普寧豆腐香脆而不油膩,春菜排骨煲、清心丸綠豆爽、芋泥都很值得讚。價錢亦係一般香港潮菜價錢。本來滿心歡喜覺得下次再食潮菜有個好去處,可惜一個年青男服務員以致老闆的態度令我應該唔會再去幫襯。男服務員完全係「今時今日咁嘅服務態度。。。」嘅表表者。問佢攞碗同匙羹俾我哋食甜品,佢嘅反應完全係可以用黑口黑面嚟形容,跟住佢就將啲碗同匙羹成幢咁「劈」喺枱面,用「劈」字係冇誇張到,佢只差冇講「你哋自己擺位啦」。佢知唔知自己做緊嗰間係一間收服務費嘅酒家,唔係茶餐廳/快餐店?跟住到埋單俾錢,一個疑似老闆嘅人坐喺櫃位收錢,完全冇講多謝,當我哋起身行出門口,經過嘅無論服務員甚或嗰位收錢嘅擬似老闆,都係木無表情,當然完全唔會聽到多謝啦。本來啱啱坐低嘅時候覺得啲女服務員嘅態度都唔錯,幾殷勤。但唔知係咪因為我哋冇點任何貴價菜,例如通通都係時價嘅海鮮或鮑參翅肚,所以唔值得佢哋講一聲多謝或者繼續保持良好服務態度呢?我哋都覺得好可惜,本來食物嘅水準係會令我哋再幫襯,但咁嘅服務態度,真係絕對唔會有下次,浪費咗咁好嘅廚房班底。可能呢間餐廳只係想做遊客生意,本地人兩三百蚊一個頭嘅幫襯唔稀罕。真係唔好怪香港人點解北上消費,撐唔住嘅食肆先怪自己點解冇做好本分!😡祝呢間食肆繼續有食凍蟹嘅貴客撐場,唔使做我哋呢啲平民生意! continue reading

今天於朋友想吃點潮州野。之情聽說這家新開的店味道可以。點了鹵水,凍魚,蠔仔粥⋯等六樣菜。鹵水既然得個鹹,完全沒有鹵水香味!其他菜式也很一般。價錢很不一般!4位消費1560大元! 貴!環境也一般。沒有什麼服務!不會再來。 continue reading

尖東潮州打冷,本着支持在港消費一試的新店,裝修一般,與友人共6位一坐低以為自己身在街市的熟食中心,嘈到根本傾唔到計,餐牌上的魚蟹全部時價,連黃花與倉魚也是時價,餐牌上的食品選擇不多,友人隨便點了幾味菜,包括一隻時價潮州凍蟹,埋單時才知那隻凍蟹竟然是$2680,沒話可說,只怪自己沒問清楚時價才落單,只可以說,無論餐店環境,食物質素,與價錢比例是天同地分別,大家可以介紹朋友一試(如果有仇的話),怪不得香港人對香港食店心淡,有良心好食的店,真的不多!!! continue reading

一班四個人根據朋友嘅推薦,前往一間新開咗嘅潮州餐廳試食,其中一位係知名潮州行政總廚。我哋喺晚上八時半到達,唔洗等位就即刻入座,餐廳一直營業到凌晨三時。店面明亮,有櫃檯陳列各種美食。瀏覽櫃檯食品後,我哋坐低睇菜單。服務員建議我哋喺櫃檯訂餐,因為有啲每日特色可能唔係菜單度列出嚟。不過,我哋決定先睇下菜單,了解多啲佢哋嘅供應。我哋揀咗大約十樣菜式,不過被告知有大約六樣已賣晒或唔再有(新開嘅餐廳常見情況)。因此,我哋訂咗四樣菜,總價少過七百蚊:四拼盤、炸豆腐、青菜同迷你魚。雖然我哋覺得價錢有啲偏高,考慮到小份量同味道,我哋嘅潮州行政總廚讚揚咗迷你魚菜式,話呢種食材喺香港唔常見。當我哋再次走去櫃檯考慮訂多啲嘢食嘅時候,我哋發現吸引人嘅選擇有限,可能係因為我哋用餐時間比較晚或者熱門嘅菜式已經賣晒。因此,我哋再加咗幾樣菜式,包括苦瓜五花肉煲同炒河粉。我哋嘅廚師想睇下佢哋係咪真係煮得地道,睇下苦瓜係煮軟定係脆。不過,苦瓜五花肉煲嚟嘅時候同菜式描述同相片完全唔同。查詢後,好多位服務員嚟到我哋枱邊,試圖證明差異,但係係徒勞嘅,因為菜式明顯同預期唔同。炒河粉亦令人失望,無咗炒鑊氣。有啲女服務員非常友善,當我哋訂啤酒時表達感激,但男服務員通常表現唔太理想。呢次經歷令我哋思考為何香港人越來越喜歡喺內地用餐。鹵水 - 口味趨於清淡豆腐 - 豆味不明顯小魚 - OK continue reading
