夜晚同女友行下尖沙咀,行到7點左右就搵野食,咁岩我就想食串燒,就拉女友慢慢行去佐敦度食去到睇餐紙,嗰時我就肚餓餓地,想加個烏冬或者飯,可惜佢地夜晚冇飯麵賣,如果有就好啦。大約叫左十幾串,都係叫返啲普通串燒。其中有2樣必叫既就係燒茄子同埋燒雞翼,另外女友鍾意食扇貝,就叫左個蒜蓉扇貝。唔知係我地粗心定佢地本身冇,燒既都係唔辣既,食物黎到就問佢地要啲辣粉,好處係唔食得辣既或只可食小小既咪自己加,唔好既咪覺得連辣一齊燒會惹味啲。燒原條茄子真係好食,蒜蓉幾多,皮又冇爛,成條清得好乾淨。雞翼味道ok,個人覺得幾ok。另外叫左2款牛,蒙古牛既味道一般,肉太瘦。極品一口牛就肥瘦適中,真係好食,不過價錢都貴過普通既蒙古牛一倍😅😅值唔值見人見智啦,反正我叫一串食就算。司華力腸夠大條,又熱又入味,大啖咬落去個滿足感真係正蒜蓉扇貝感覺有啲乾,我食一粒就夠,其他等女友清哂😝😝😝有款叫千層肉汁燒,其實係豬腩肉黎,呢串好多肥膏,燒出黎好濕潤,對我呢啲肥佬黎講,肥-並唔係問題,最緊要味道一流👍👍👍🤣🤣佢地係預左一個放左牛油紙既盤,啲野食到會放落個盤上面,同埋環境又大啲啲,個人感覺係乾淨啲。

蒜蓉扇貝感覺有啲乾,我食一粒就夠,其他等女友清哂😝😝😝
有款叫千層肉汁燒,其實係豬腩肉黎,呢串好多肥膏,燒出黎好濕潤,對我呢啲肥佬黎講,肥-並唔係問題,最緊要味道一流👍👍👍🤣🤣
佢地係預左一個放左牛油紙既盤,啲野食到會放落個盤上面,同埋環境又大啲啲,個人感覺係乾淨啲。

食物煮理美味依然,之前侍應係位好cheerful同醒目嘅哥哥仔,而家竟然換左位唔帶口罩、同無表情嘅女士做侍應。好間接提左佢,佢嘅反應就係“冇反應”。仲記得上次去,舖頭壞左一部冷氣,哥哥仔都好落力為客人張羅,入去一定要寫紙仔或嘟安心出行(但女士侍應係乜嘢都不理)。我哋食到大汗疊細汗,依然會繼續幫襯。食物質素重要、店員店舖嘅衛生同態度,都極為重要。搞到我哋開始商量還會不會有下一次。真是無奈!好的食店要有好的食材、好的廚師、還有好的夥計。

大廚建議配上佢地自家研發既泰式酸辣醬可以中和

午飯時間剛巧在佐敦以前這間專門做串燒怎料也有午餐啊!人不多,侍應也沒什麼招呼叫了一個孜然雞扒飯原來48元還包飲品,也算不錯了感覺孜然粉都是用於羊肉?原來用於雞扒也不錯啊!有附送醃蘿蔔作前菜,好好吃啊!雞扒真的燒得好!夠嫩滑,充滿肉汁皮好脆,每一口都有孜然粉的味道真的很好吃啊!啊這個時候好想有個麵豉湯送飯啊還好有杯熱檸茶可能因剛腸胃炎康復不久,飯都吃不完了但雞扒真的可以再吃多一份呢!強烈推薦這個雞扒飯如果你不想太油膩,用炸的雞扒,這個燒雞扒真的是最好選擇

雞扒真的燒得好!夠嫩滑,充滿肉汁

皮好脆,每一口都有孜然粉的味道

真的很好吃啊!

啊這個時候好想有個麵豉湯送飯啊

還好有杯熱檸茶

可能因剛腸胃炎康復不久,飯都吃不完了

但雞扒真的可以再吃多一份呢!
