因住o係附近既關係,呢間小店我經常會黎光顧,每次黎都會點上日式雞扒拼肥牛飯再自行加上滿滿既日式燒汁(重口味必選),點解每次都獨孤一味會點呢個呢, 可能係因為我食極都唔厭佢地既日式煎雞扒,每次黎既水準都keep得到 唔會話因為好多人排隊買外賣而有太大落差,加上肥牛肉汁送飯真係一流 所以即使份量唔少,每次我都掃哂落肚 另外貼心之處,o個度D姐姐都幾有禮貌 雖然做到踢哂腳,都唔會話態度惡劣; 檯上放著一支照燒醬for返一D重口味既食客自行添加。

A casual lunch with something spicy that I wanted to have. Curry beef sirloin with rice and a small bowl of miso soup. Not very presentable, still it tastes good. The curry sauce is more spicy than I expected, with some potatoes well cooked. Sirloin is tender and juicy. Good pairing with rice. Miso soup is just okay. Overall speaking, will come next time.

在東涌上班,每日頭痛的便是Lunch的選擇。自從得知有這間櫻子屋便變了在下的飯堂了。今天選擇的是牛肉卷加鷄排飯。飯是用珍珠米,軟硬適中,牛肉卷包著脆肉瓜,脆肉瓜很爽口,不軟爛,牛肉倒是老了些。雞排的外皮煎的香脆,但醬汁偏咸,拌飯後也是太過重口味了。套餐配搭的麵豉湯加了昆布,紅白蘿蔔和豆腐,十分清甜,沒有一喝下去就是味精湯的感覺。小店坐位有限而且還滿擠的,所以每次都選擇外賣自取,出餐時間不用十分鐘。實在是午飯的好選擇哦。

雖然只得一個胃,不過貪心的我,當發現一款叫脆糖雞翼的小食,而且跟餐還可以在原價上扣減三大元,忍不住也要來一嚐。

即叫即炸的脆糖雞翼,脆皮鬆化,且不油膩及沒燥熱感。一咬雞翼,不但可嚐到嫩滑的雞肉,還有脆皮上的輕甜醬汁。雞肉內附有預先醃製的輕鹹,味道均勻,從而可知製作並不馬虎。

飽餐一頓後,肚子變得渾圓,不過剩下三個不環保的發泡膠盒,或許店方可想想辦法減少此類有毒廢物的使用,我下次也會自攜飯盒購買。大家盡一分力,地球先生才會康復下來!

櫻子屋給我的感覺就儼如東涌的吉野家,不過非由一間大集團營辦,而是由一家人一起合作經營的吉野家,雖然質量不過不失,但由於定位得宜,相信日後會受到東涌年青人的愛戴。
