早二個月係榮記食左過羊腩煲,上星期-晚經過天樂里,順道上去再食番果羊腩煲,點知過左年後已唔再買,想食要年尾先有。既然黎到,亦試下呢度大排檔小菜。XO腰果蝦乾銀魚 - 炒得好有大排檔風味,夠鑊氣,好黎餸啤酒一流。豉椒鹅腸 - 味道略為淡啲,鵝腸不夠肥味。姜蔥魚雲煲 - 魚雲炸趣,夾埋姜蔥一起食,好香口好味。最後叫多個鹹魚雞粒豆腐煲 - 鹹魚好嘢味。雖然有些飽,但都忍唔住叫左個白飯來送鹹魚雞粒豆腐,真係食完個飯都唔知飽。雖然這間食店坐落街市樓上,但正層都係食店,全層有空調,看起來總算衛生。Read More

A very good local Dai Pai Dong restaurant in wanchai.We've been there many times. Their food never disappoints. If you want to experience local hongkongese dinning and enjoy good food. This is a must go. Good food, great price and buzzing vibe. With these good traits, you probably need to overlook the hygiene some, also the waiters/waitress here is not the most patient/friendly.I took local hongkongese friends, friends from overseas and family there. 十年如一日,晚晚都旺場,必有其原因。大排檔一定要夠鑊氣,材料要新鲜,氣氛要熱鬧。今天就點了:1. 椒鹽九肚魚九肚魚炸粉一定要薄,炸到外脆內裏還是軟綿綿。送啤酒一流。2. 蝦醬鲜魷炒通菜上檯就聞到撲鼻蝦醬味。用的是粗條通菜,妙得油綠脆口。魷魚大塊又鮮味。3. 水煮雞正宗應該是水煮牛肉,但因為已叫了個黑椒牛仔骨,咁就改了水煮雞。湯汁保持傳統水煮味 - 夠嘛辣,雞夠滑,菜底是芽菜加酸菜,好味!4. 黑椒牛仔骨完全吾點,煮得好生,牛肉又靱,味道不行。跟店講一声,馬上取消,至高客戶服務,搶回分數。Read More

东宝之后,就迷上了香港的大排档,这次来找到了这家位于鹅颈桥街市的荣记。这次住北角,都没有去东宝,原因很简单,因为东宝实在太贵了,这家事前做过功课,明白价钱比较合理,所以就不怕来了。晚上七点多到吧,人非常多,基本爆满。而且和周边的档口混在一起,认住红色桌布就可以了。点了个鱿鱼须和金菇肥牛,味道都不错,适合喝酒。服务还可以虽然蚝饼漏单了,其实,我最想吃的,就是蚝饼吧,内地叫蚝仔烙。关键是价格便宜,比东宝便宜很多。还是需要多点机会发掘香港美食,两个人,能点的菜真的不多!Read More

剛好在附近收工和同事在鵝頸找食, 沒有特別心水的餐廳, 見榮記有坐上食客, 而店面員工亦兜搭了幾句於是便入座。在餐牌上隨手點了六款小菜黃金蝦, 但鹹蛋裹得很少, 成件事重點頓失芝士鮮魷, 乾成一團的粉絲鋪底, 中層普通炒鮮魷, 再淋上濃稠死鹹的芝士白汁真心講句, 都幾難食。其他小菜不過不失唯一覺得不錯的是這碟XO醬腰果蝦乾銀魚, 老實說沒有什麼XO味但銀魚幾好食。整體上覺得有點overrated, 雖然今次沒有食到出名的魚腸椒鹽鮮魷難道不是recommand的菜色就成這個質素?不得不說這裡收費算便宜, 6個人6碟小菜, 白飯汽水, 埋單$596可惜只可以說一句, 味道與價錢相符, 不能期望太多。Read More
