說起來也有很久沒有入九龍城了,是晚放工要過來買點東西,路過看到有間新開的泰式串燒店,就進來吃些東西才回家。串燒店在打鼓嶺道街尾、龍城邊陲,離城中心大概只三幾分鐘路程,但入夜後,就是有一種清清靜靜的感覺。推門進去,由於時間尚早,暫時只有一檯年青客人。店經理迎了出來招呼,然後一個人就佔據了一張柱子旁的二人桌,自成一角。四周打量了一下,店面裝修乾脆利落,微微帶點東南亞風情,沒有一般串燒店的喧鬧油煙,感覺上是約人聊天聚會的好地方。點菜就用一張「點心紙」,主力供應的固然是各式串燒,肉類海鮮蔬菜也有,然後再加一些基本的泰國菜式、小食跟粉麵,以小店來說,選擇也是豐富的。一個人吃得不多,但憑感覺心多多的也畫了一堆串燒,再加一杯泰式鹹檸七來聚聚火,粉麵就真的吃不下了。先來的是泰式鹹檸七。跟想像中有些不同,是完全沒有冰的,鹹檸檬已經預先被篤得粉碎,方便客人連渣一起喝,有意思。串燒當然是要即燒的,也要略略等了一會第一batch的串燒才上檯,有燒蜜糖雞中翼、燒牛柳串、厚切鹽燒牛舌、燒雞心 、燒墨魚丸、燒泰式魚餅、燒雞肉腸,竟然也是一大碟了。燒蜜糖雞中翼($14)- 吃燒烤怎能沒有燒雞翼呢?! 還原基本步,要了蜜糖雞中翼,新鮮熱辣,皮微脆,肉嫩,也醃得夠入味,簡單就是美,是一個很不錯的開始。燒牛柳串($14)- 牛柳肉質鬆化,但又不會太過被梳打粉招呼過,輕輕的灑上一點孜然粉,再掃上一蜜糖,燒得香口,又帶juicy,很好。厚切鹽燒牛舌($22)-再來就是牛舌,一看果真是「厚切」,幾乎有太卷般厚了,拿上手是「墜手」的,但豈不是容易很硬很韌?一口咬下去,咦?! 出奇地竟然外皮脆肉是稔的,肉中心更是帶點軟懦的感覺!一邊吃一邊在想,也有可能是先把牛舌鹵煮稔了才把外皮燒脆,是精采的。一串兩大件才賣$22,攪什麼?!燒新鮮雞心 ($22)- 標明是「新鮮雞心 」,燒得是略帶乾身,咀嚼起來,就是有一朕內臟特有的鮮甜甘香的感覺,喜歡內臟的朋友可以一試。燒雞肉腸($10)-不知怎的,吃串燒,個人總是喜歡也叫幾味“processed food” 助助興。最喜歡的,就是這款最“basic” 的雞肉腸。沒有去考證是不是採用了廚師腸,但雞肉腸燒了以後,沾了蜜糖的皮微微脆口,肉質會變得稔滑,又香又軟,令人想起郊外bbq。這是個人最喜歡的雞肉腸演譯方式。$10 有兩條,便宜令人發笑,甚至可能是比屋邨大排檔還要便宜。燒墨魚丸($12)-墨丸應該是來貨的,還好也不是一口粉的貨色。吃起來也有墨魚肉和脆骨,還可以的。燒泰式魚餅 ($14)-個人飛弗。泰式魚餅應該也是來貨,咬下去是比想像中更加軟稔一點,也可以的。吃到中途,剩下的幾味也來了,分別是燒翠玉瓜、燒白鱔,也有燒菠蘿。燒翠玉瓜($12)- 吃了太多肉類,總要來一點點蔬菜清清胃口。翠玉瓜燒得剛好,一咬下來,爽脆多汁,好吃。燒白鱔($38)-接著就是期待以久的燒白鱔。個人喜歡吃白鱔,這裡的是「窄身厚切」做成串燒。沒有多餘的調味,就是爽脆、彈牙,唯一不滿意的,就是一串,一下子便吃光了。燒菠蘿($18)-最後來個燒菠蘿作為「甜品」。菠蘿應該是有挑過的,又或應該是直接選用了金菠蘿,一客份量也不少。一口咬下,甜甜帶微酸汁液在口中迸發,為這一餐串燒畫上一個直接了檔的句號。一邊吃著串燒,一邊感受著片刻悠閒的時光。時間漸晚,店裡也陸續來了客人。不要以為只吃了一堆串燒,沒有吃粉麵也是10成飽。埋單不用$200,貴嗎?吃串燒從來也不會超級平,始終是手工心機製作,就是當掃街站著吃的街鋪或大排檔也要十多元一串的時候,這裡坐得舒舒服服價錢也是差得不遠,食物又有水準,個人覺得是值回票價。推門離開,才發現忘了拿外套,經理見狀立即幫忙跑進來替我取回,小店服務是真心不錯的。Read More

之前來此餐廳,都係來食胡椒豬肚湯車仔麵,但後來車仔麵主力搬到將軍澳及觀塘。據聞老闆想改形將九龍城鋪變做泰式串燒,所以想黎幫襯一下。格局比之前華麗及光猛。鹽燒側魚(配泰式辣汁)$108用鹽燒把外皮燒得脆卜卜,但把皮打開才內有乾坤,一陣香茅南薑芬香撲鼻,魚肉很嫩滑,連魚背的肉也很軟綿,而且每條都是大骨,絕對容易拔骨,非常出色,配上泰式辣汁簡直一絕,將魚肉的鮮肉更發揮得淋漓盡致。鹽燒厚切牛舌$22用低溫85度慢煮3個鐘,再用鹽燒。表皮燒到香脆,內裡軟熟,因為厚切既關係,啖啖肉。芝士蘑菇釀雞翼$28正確來說係雞全翼,JUICY,而且有拉絲效果,外表脆身。地上最強地瓜丸(6粒) $24表面是脆身球體,一咬下去是很香的南瓜及芋頭蓉。要小心第一下咬下去真係好熱,但又忍唔住要食。原隻燒魷魚筒$98配上燒汁,非常滋味而且厚身,彈牙多肉。蒜蓉燒茄子$28WOW~蒜蓉同蔥花既組合唔會輸,茄子被焗得林身多汁,好味。泰式炒金邊粉$68男士們覺得點都要有d粉麵落肚,估唔到串燒鋪整炒金邊粉都唔錯喎,酸酸辣辣,很開胃,而且碟側邊亦有辣粉、花生、糖及青檸,可以自行調教味道。蒜蓉燒帶子2隻 $48 &燒蠔 $28帶子大大隻,新鮮,帶子肉質爽及厚身,食埋蒜蓉蔥花仲滋味,蠔就男士食,佢地話很juicy,沒有腥味,而且又係大大隻。Read More
