To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為佢哋都鍾意食肥肥地滑脫脫，我自己就鍾意瘦肉嗰啲， $200嘅份量非常少始終係酒店菜式吧～有羊肉餡餅，韭菜餅，鍋貼等等，最特別嘅係羊肉餡餅！不過全部都非常之油膩，我就係怕京菜呢種煮法食物好香嘅，不過一啲都唔健康😂😂羊肉淡淡嘅蘇味喺食完之後出返嚟呢種感覺我都幾鍾意:)糯米燒賣朋友覺得好特別，我就覺得其實好多餐廳都有

最欣賞就係最咪上嘅海參香蔥蒸包同埋魚翅餃！兩個嘅賣相都好可愛好精緻！打卡一流
而且呢兩件都非常之真材實料，清清地但係好香口！嗰個海參包成個箭豬咁嘅外型，非常可愛！本身怕入面嘅香蔥會吵到好油撈埋入去，但係完全唔會！而且佢仲會係海參主導，非常名副其實！ $88有三件而佢麵包嘅皮係黑色嘅，好濃郁嘅芝麻味好快就食得出

下次可以多试下点心，有很多羊肉点心，看着都很有特色。香港吃羊肉的地方不多，天冷吃顿东来顺很过瘾。在酒店环境很好，很舒服。唯一的缺点就是贵，以上买单1600多港币，这些钱去北京吃羊肉锅能请一大桌子人吃到撑。当然，香港的物价就这样，以及酒店环境都有溢价，开心就好～…Read More
