這家店平常中午時間經常很多人,我們剛巧幾個朋友食飯突然想起這家店,所以特地打電話來訂晚餐位置,因為他5:30pm先開門我們準時到達,因為早人不算多⋯來到這裏當然點雞🐥🐥我們叫了白切雞半隻、蒜蓉蒸茄子、啫啫通菜煲、冰梅骨⋯那隻雞真的好好食好滑!而且店裡也很乾淨,店員服務也很好!

方姐湛江雞?成日聽元朗人提起,今日就去新的嘗試,果然有煮家飯的味道!當然叫了最招牌的湛江雞飯,蒜蓉炒蒜心,螺頭燉湯。湛江雞是用新鮮的走地雞,肉質鮮甜嫩滑,而且沒有太多脂肪和肥膏,所以吃落也不會很油膩,適合任何人士食用,果然是招牌!蒜蓉炒蒜心,這道菜非常特別,蒜心新鮮柔嫩,識落十分脆口,還很嫩綠,再配上蒜蓉來炒,食岀另一番風味。但偏鹹!至於螺頭燉湯,材料十分豐富,都不會很油膩,燉的時間也剛剛好,由於材料很新鮮,所以令這啖湯十分鮮甜,螺頭更為這道湯添上了色彩!螺頭大大隻,$48的價錢可飲到媽咪的味道,簡直是物超所值!

冰梅骨有八條,賣相好靚,下低見到以為係檸檬墊底,原來唔係,係炸番薯片!先說冰梅骨,由梅子醬煮成的汁,灑上炸咗嘅排骨上面,排骨外面脆脆的,咬落有肉汁,連酸梅汁一齊食,好開胃,超惹味,又香口,送啤酒一流!八條骨其實份量ok,因為都好多肉食,仲有墊底嘅炸蕃薯片呢!

總結,呢度嘅小菜,樣樣都好有心思,而且完全唔慳皮,連水都係檸檬水,交足功課,味道又調教得好,一定會再幫襯。埋單$286, 兩人晚餐好夠飽,個酸菜魚鍋配料都食唔晒。

同老公今日嚟元朗呢間方姐湛江鷄撐枱腳,見店家的特別推介有啤酒鴨煲幾特別就決定點“半隻”($138)的份量嚟試下。個煲上枱熱辣辣好吸引,鴨份量好足有好多嚿,煲入面仲有好多配料包括冬荀、辣椒、京蔥、芫荽同中芹,鴨食落一D都唔靱,除左一般的調味外,仲有啤酒揮發左之後留低的淡淡麥香味,都幾特別。除左鴨煲外我哋每人都點左個燉湯滋保下。我點嘅杏汁白肺燉湯($48)杏汁味濃,奶白色嘅杏汁夠晒滑。老公嘅唐排鮮螺頭燉湯($48),除左螺頭,仲有唐排、淮山、杞子同圓肉,飲到螺頭鮮味用料夠晒豐富!

跟爸媽到元朗享用晚飯, 本打算到大牌檔進餐, 但有人認為坐得不夠舒適....走過少少, 我們發現了方姐湛江雞, 都有大牌檔的感覺, 但荼餐廳的裝潢, 坐得應該較舒服吧!雖然有三人, 但由於媽咪只有半個人的食量, 所以我們只點了一個二人餐($188)。是日燉湯: 花旗參燉鳥雞x2此燉湯真的不得了, 真材實料, 味道十足, 不覺有味精為了這個湯, 我會常來方姐捧場的!圍村炆鴨 (小)其實另外有白切雞跟水晶大扇雞選, 但我認為圍村炆鴨應該較特別吧!原來味道就像南乳炆雞, 味道不錯, 肉亦夠"林", 只是骨較多椒鹽鮮魷有16款小菜自選, 而我們則點了椒鹽鮮魷。份量不小, 而且炸得香脆, 粉又不會太厚。炒生菜鑊氣十足, 多油, 所以又美又香, 小小的一碟生菜已顯出廚師的功力呢~另外隨餐更有白飯兩碗!$188能有三餸配飯跟燉湯, 我認為CP值極高呢!
