FB上見朋友食得好滋味也想來試試,無奈通常只有2人吃不了多少😔 於是今晚來一個三人行,應該可以多試兩款了吧😆新忠記在紅磡有2間店鋪,據朋友說舊鋪較為人熟知,比較熱鬧多人迫陝。今次我們光顧的是新店,裝修簡潔明亮,座位還算寬敞。晚上七時左右入座率已經有八成。下單叫了一粥三餸一菜,原打算再叫一款,但朋友阻止了,只多叫了兩支啤酒。先來的是蠔仔粥。我強烈聲明這窩粥絕對沒有蠔仔!只有蠔佬! 正如你只會稱呼一個彪形大漢為“大隻佬”而不會叫他“仔”吧。所以我覺得改名為蠔佬粥比較適合吧言歸正傳,這窩粥除左有很多蠔佬外,還有不少肉碎,魷魚粒等,味道鮮美份量又十足,絕對不是我們三人行能解決的,多來三個就應該可以… 最尾的時候唯有只吃渣不吃湯,剩低了不少的粥水…再來的是鹹香雞,原來例牌份量已經是半隻呢。咸香雞入口又嫰又滑,有少少咸味,鮮雞就算不點醬汁也已經很夠味。不得不提的是,雞下面鋪上了雞肝,雞腎等內臟,已經很少有店鋪會這麼做了。雞肝好美味阿,可惜我只分了半片呢…雖然很多人覺得吃內臟很污糟/很高膽固醇/很不健康,但你試過後真的很難忘記那味道呢(鵝肝醬這麼受歡迎,可見有不少人喜歡這味道吧),況且間中才小

先來的是蠔仔粥。我強烈聲明這窩粥絕對沒有蠔仔!只有蠔佬!

不得不提的是,雞下面鋪上了雞肝,雞腎等內臟,已經很少有店鋪會這麼做了。雞肝好美味阿,可惜我只分了半片呢…

雖然很多人覺得吃內臟很污糟/很高膽固醇/很不健康,但你試過後真的很難忘記那味道呢(鵝肝醬這麼受歡迎,可見有不少人喜歡這味道吧),況且間中才小嚐一件半件,其實也沒有多大問題啦。

再來是煎蠔餅,這裏有兩款蠔餅,一款是常吃的普通款,另一款就加了九肚魚。我們當然要試特別的啦。金黃色的煎九肚魚蠔餅來了,很貼心的分為了六份,夾起來十分方便。

蠔餅入口外脆內軟,蛋香蠔香充滿口腔,加上軟滑九肚魚,很特別也很好吃

去打冷必吃之一是鹵水鵝吧?今次我們想吃啖啖肉,於是要了叫了滷水鵝片。鵝片很肥美,點點白醋減點膩更好吃。底下的滷水豆腐很入味但又不會太咸。

最後的是蒜蓉粆通菜,清清地剛好可以解膩。

這裏的食物抵食夾大件,再加上我們叫太多了,自行打包後捧著大肚腩回家。下次一定會多叫幾個朋友來增肥

潮州菜真係食極都唔會覺得多,而見到新開呢間新忠記打冷就入去試下啦。當晚唔算太多人,但叫極都無店員落單...菜單有多款潮州菜式供選擇。話梅香骨排骨加入炸漿拎去炸,之後再用話梅醬汁一齊炒,酸酸甜甜幾開胃,但肉質就比較乾,幸好比較多汁,一齊食都算唔錯。蔥香花膠煲非常多薑蔥而且非常惹味,而花膠份量正常且尚算爽口彈牙。欖菜肥肉炒飯炒飯炒得乾身,非常之多欖菜加埋肥肉一齊食非常滿足。
