這間位於喺舊區嘅打冷店, 平時都相當人氣,最近可能疫情的關係,晚市時間並不多人。店內環境不大,但可容納的桌數還不算少。還有幾張卡位,適合兩至三個人坐,比較企理。客人不算太多,侍應招呼尚算周到,一坐下,就奉上熱茶。我哋只有兩個人,叫了三樣餸。鵝片拼大腸 $148 - 鵝肉香,有鵝味。大腸够入味,唔錯。話梅骨 $88 - 意外的好食,甜甜酸酸,排骨有炸過,好香酥,好入口,感覺女孩子會好喜歡這款啫啫芥蘭煲 $82 - 有蝦米、肉碎、蒜頭爆香,加上芥蘭爽脆,很香口。由於餸的份量頗多,兩個人也吃不完,最終留了三份二嘅「話梅骨」要攞走。紅磡食店頗多,各有特色。這一間老字號嘅打冷店,以抵食大碟取勝,味道也相對地出色。但是可能店內位置不大,去的那天,旁邊的大圓枱有八個人食飯,一邊飲啤酒一邊大聲交談,聲量頗大,其實很是影響店內其他食客的,可能這也算是打冷的文化了。埋單的時候大概是8:00 ,這是有很多人入嚟進食,也有不少是年輕的情侶,或者一大班年輕朋友,看來這裏,也頗受年輕一群的歡迎,味道和份量應該算是原因之一。 continue reading

提早慶祝父親節,去咗新忠記食打冷.第一次幫襯,又睇睇有無驚喜先.點咗滷水鵝片,韭菜豬紅,蠔仔粥,白灼吊片,蠔餅併九肚魚,炒蟶子,蝦丸脆豆腐.想點薄殼,無貨,轉叫螄蚶.優點:1, 滷水鵝片比想像中滑,由其係肥肉部位.2, 蠔仔粥名就叫蠔仔,但蠔嘅size一D都唔細粒,蠔仔肉質嫩滑,蠔仔份量足無偷工減料,加入胡椒粉一齊入口係一絕!絕配.3, 用蠔仔餅嘅制法整九肚魚係第一次食,九肚魚肉質比蠔更嫩滑,外表香脆內層軟滑而且唔油膩,唔需要點醬汁已經好好味.4, 單憑炸蝦丸嘅外表,以為口感好實,但咬落卻相反,質感比較軟,又唔會過於彈牙,係自己中意嘅口感.5, 其實.... 潮州螄蚶係第一次食,原來要用個特制鉗開螄蚶.自己超愛食赤貝,螄蚶相信係赤貝嘅BB品種.潮州螄蚶不但有赤貝嘅鮮甜,重有酒香等潮式醃料,酒香味重,滿意!6, 冷氣足夠!缺點:1, 門口無得泊車!2, 今次幫襯好鬼嘈!3, D職員態度一般,問多兩句都唔 like.4, 不論蠔仔粥同炸蠔餅,都食到細細粒蠔殼,美中不足.5, 炒蟶子殼多過肉. continue reading

唔想煮,出街食,貪就腳就呢一間,以前寶石戲院轉角位已經成日幫襯。今晚叫了3樣野,蠔仔蛋、炒番薯苗同埋兩面黃。蠔仔蛋的蠔夠鮮味,餸飯一流,蠔仔又夠多,正﹗見好少食到番石榴苗,所以伙計話今晚有就即刻叫,如往常一樣好夠鑊氣,出街食就係要夠鑊氣。我自己好鍾意食兩面黃,不過印象之中唔係成日食得到,可能係要花功夫。最鍾意就係加上沙糖同埋醋的味道,真係好正。 continue reading

咁岩d fd話好耐冇打冷,就過左黎新忠記食晚餐啦叫左個冷盤先啦鴨舌豬手雙併黎食潮州野就梗係食冷盤啦 呢個好正呀我地個個都好鍾意胡椒豬肚湯,佢有落埋花甲落去煲,好重胡椒味又好鮮,呢個黎親都必嗌架呢度既蠔餅都好出色炸得好酥脆又唔會油膩仲要佢真係落左好多好多蠔仔落去整,真係好足料架呢間打冷我好推介,會再黎👍 continue reading

今日去了紅磡打冷,兩個人,叫了鹵水拼盤和炒蕃薯苗。個炒蕃薯苗就正正常常啦,係多油少少,不過一般的小炒都是這樣的,d油好似唔洗錢咁。至於個鹵水拼盤,都係普普通通,咁你去食小炒都係咁架啦,普普通通正正常常咁,鹵水拼盤個鹵水汁就唔係唔好食,不過就肯定唔係好食,得個鹹字,無乜鹵水應有的香味。拼盤入面有紅腸、豬腩肉、鵝腸、豬大腸、豬耳、豆腐卜、墨魚同芽菜,佢D份量唔太平均,豬耳同豆腐卜得好少。整體而言D野好大碟,價錢平均都要$90至$100一碟。 continue reading
