一得閒就去嘅大排檔燒鴨湯米,不過要早啲去,因為燒鴨好快賣晒,湯底清甜,米粉同出邊啲唔同,比較短身,仲有魚蛋係元朗學利魚蛋,冬菇雖然細細粒但係好濃好滑,蘿蔔爽甜。如果有時燒臘賣晒,可以叫滑雞,清淡少少,但係都好味味。老闆馮生馮太做咗幾十年,總係用心出品,好味!

如果有時燒臘賣晒,可以叫滑雞,清淡少少,但係都好味味。

老闆馮生馮太做咗幾十年,總係用心出品,好味!

呢間店位於錦田街市排檔的第三間.環境差.坐的是很舊的椅,同摺枱.眼前有幾部有歷史的風扇,調味料也不是每一枱都有要自己找.樽拿上手.立痴痴的.服務是友善的.但家庭生意不會有效率的.為何環境差和服務效率不高.仍會選擇呢間店?當中離不開平.靚,正.3個字.凍檸茶5元是否很久沒有見的價錢.飲品是最弱一環.茶顏色淡.味道像水一般.檸檬也完全拮不到味出.差.切雞燒鴨米20元:面上放滿椰菜.相當清甜,切雞有雞應有肉味.肉質嫩滑.咬下去會感到肉汁的存在.燒鴨皮香脆.肉質鮮甜.沒有肥油,米粉形狀是少見的曲米粉,至於湯底也清甜.價錢平.品質比起不少酒樓的燒味粉麵好.環境雖則差.我仍會再去.

切雞燒鴨米20元:面上放滿椰菜.相當清甜,切雞有雞應有肉味.肉質嫩滑.咬下去會感到肉汁的存在.燒鴨皮香脆.肉質鮮甜.沒有肥油,米粉形狀是少見的曲米粉,至於湯底也清甜.

價錢平.品質比起不少酒樓的燒味粉麵好.環境雖則差.我仍會再去.
