有時會去九龍城見客,平時午餐唔覺呢區有乜好食,有事晏晝都幾求其。今日自己「終於」試咗呢一間個名好得意叫「家·正料」嘅小菜館,點解叫「終於」呢?因為之前有聽同事提過呢度嘅質素唔錯,但係想來嘅時候佢竟然話門口貼住裝修,仲要一裝修裝修左兩個月!午市賣緊$48一個套餐有湯有餸有飯,都係九龍城標準價錢啦。座位雖然唔多但係都尚算整潔,星期一至星期日都有唔同嘅餐牌,今日我試咗五個選擇嘅其中一款:東菜蒸鯇魚。賣相唔錯,原來食落肉質更加唔錯!唔怪得知同事話呢度「質素」較好,個魚好滑冇泥味,啲東菜同埋啲豉油好夾味。另外個例湯ok,個經理介紹話呢度嘅嘢堅持唔用味精,我對出面飲湯不嬲麻麻哋就因為有味精,如果呢個例湯冇味精我又覺得好OK喎!整體感覺唔錯,會再幫襯!:)Read More

其實好耐冇去九龍城食飯,但係有朋友約嚟呢間試吓,都唔難搵,好彩就係九龍城廣場隔離,其他九龍城地方我都唔係好識!原來朋友食過呢間好食,所以佢提意佢發板點菜,有好多我都未食過,先介紹我最欣賞呢一個鵝肝,以往鵝肝一般是西式做法,這個中式做法完全沒有油膩感,係用花雕慢煮的,配上特定餅乾,入口即溶,似吃花雕酒雪糕。而另外一個要推介嘅就係佢嘅招牌菜脆皮牛肋骨,入面個牛真係好新鮮好好味,有少少又係入口會溶嘅肥膏,個脆皮炸得好甘香,其他嘢都好出色,不枉我特登搭車過嚟九龍城食呢一餐!原來呢度好多名人幫襯,店舖唔大地方又唔係好方便,真係要有呢個食物質素先至可以令咁多客特登過嚟食,我都會再幫襯!Read More

其實呢間鋪頭之前食過幾次,而有好一段日子冇再幫襯,原因係佢竟然裝修左兩個月,其間同啲同事都有討論過期待呢間小店快啲開返,因為咀刁嘅我真係覺得同出面嘅午餐好唔同,覺得有屋企飯feel!今次開返我哋梗係第一時間幫襯啦!發覺選擇多咗,每一日都有雞魚同埋肉,仲有一個飯一個面選擇,我試了五柳甜酸魚,炸得唔錯,個魚質地好結實、而個酸汁不是太酸又甜甜地好開胃、好送飯!例湯我覺得仍然係做得非常唔錯,好有火喉。今次其實可以講得出呢間店嘅特別,就係冇一種好搶喉嘅感覺,而且之後冇口渴,感覺食到食材嘅味道,魚起碼有魚味先!$48蚊一餐性價比高的一間餐廳!Read More

經朋友介紹嚟呢度食私房菜,其實係一間小菜館,座位唔多,原來我哋六個人以上先可以食呢個餐,唔怪得知我朋友湊腳食。嘩!睇餐牌原來前後有成12道菜包括前菜同甜品。食私房菜就去食一啲出面唔係成日食到嘅嘢,今次係由我朋友發板,聽朋友講呢間店由一位名人女老闆開,今日有幸經朋友認識佢,佢好熱情咁走過來介紹啲菜式,原來啲咁特別嘅菜式真係佢以前屋企招呼賓客用嘅,但係由於啲賓客想食時唔可以成日去佢屋企食,就開咗呢間小菜館,咁真係正式私房菜了。餐牌12道菜未能一一介紹,我每個部份講少少,例如前菜最吸引我就係呢一個話梅冬瓜葡萄,能夠將一個咁簡單嘅冬瓜變成前菜仲要咁好味。另外就係呢隻京蔥吊燒雞,好多京蔥放在上面好似個雀巢,皮又脆又香,內裡好嫰滑,吃的時候就係要伴着這個京蔥吃。甜品方面,呢個菊花梨蜜胖大海真係好吃得不得了,而且個賣相好靚,我現在先知道「胖大海」原來係對喉嚨好嘅一種草本,我還是第一次吃呢!整體來講,係非常滿意嘅一餐,雖然環境係有啲嘈,不過好明顯呢度不是食環境的,反而係食氣氛,因此價錢好合理,12道菜$580一位,如果呢餐飯有海景睇或者包廂嘅話,相信要雙倍價錢以上了。Read More

今日經過九龍城廣場,係附近發現一間新開嘅餐廳,主要係做燉湯,我試咗佢個午市套餐,$58有一飯一餸一湯都幾抵食。。先講一下佢地嘅燉湯,有唔小選擇,有成14個湯可以簡,58蚊嘅套餐可以選擇42蚊嘅湯,而超過42蚊嘅補返差價就可以,佢唔洗加錢嘅湯都有9個選擇,今次試左個白胡椒豬肚湯胡椒味啱啱好!豬肚又夠淋!下次可以試埋佢其他湯。。。個苦瓜菠蘿燉湯好似好特別。。至於餸方面,都唔錯,好有屋企飯嘅感覺,唔怪得叫「家」正料啦!!Read More

新開嘅九龍城小店,專做燉湯同餸飯,全店標榜不用味精、燉足三小時以上。有成14個燉湯,有啲唔係成日係街度可以飲到,每一個都有寫出功能,我睇完之後試吓花旗參燉雞,一打開個蓋啲蔘味好香,啲烏雞唔係雪藏,我連啲料都食埋。朋友有兩聲咳,店主推介五指毛桃,我朋友都係第一次飲,原來五指毛桃燉湯有淡淡的椰子香味。兩個燉湯都好足料,下次想試嗰個胡椒豬肚雞比較特別。啲餸菜都大碟而且食得出唔係雪藏貨。而家喺Facebook打卡仲可以送桃膠糖水,人均消費$58一午餐,絕對抵食!Read More
