吃豬雜最怕有腥臭味,這次於元朗的小店,曾於90年代屯門擺走鬼檔,事隔30年入舖,由一家3口一齊經營,賣的是心機是回憶。新鮮豬雜 ($36/S、$48/L),所幸他們洗得夠乾淨,有豬紅、豬腸、豆卜、豬肚、豬皮、蘿蔔,淨飲一口湯,胡椒香美味,能夠選用清湯湯底,證明老闆對豬雜新鮮度的自信。吸睛的有鐵板雞翼尖($20),滷水汁口味,但即叫即以鐵板煎香,配上獨特的沙嗲醬,鹹香得來帶花生香,意外合襯。但私心推介走沙嗲醬版,雞翼尖滷得夠入味。碗仔翅( $20)是坊間少見的料多稠身,有雞絲、粉絲、冬菇、蛋花、木耳,粉絲口感彈牙,味道醇厚。香煎韭菜餃($20)煎得香脆,豬肉香誘人,撲鼻而來,另一主角韭菜味亦濃郁,是吃到停不下來的一道。…Read More

早幾日朋友黎左元朗探我,由於元朗太多好野食但胃就得一個🙈 所以夜晚我地決定去幾間唔同既店買外賣返屋企黎個迷你自助餐🤣 其中一間就係大四囍~之前係佢對面食連鎖炸雞果陣見到呢間新開張舖頭裝修幾得意,好奇之下發現原來係屯門歷史悠久既走鬼檔黎😅我地係呢度叫左個細豬雜,魚肉翅(兩溝)同埋煎韭菜餃~細豬雜配料都幾豐富👍 總共有7樣野~個湯真係好清😅完全食到豬雜既原味道,但我地3個人都麻麻地,最終係點左雪櫃裡面既秘撈醬黎食,哈哈!😂不過值得一讚既係真係洗得幾乾淨,唔腥,豬皮無毛,豬肚爽口,蘿蔔都夠淋,韭菜無渣👍魚肉翅(兩溝)比較稀(可能因為都健康無落太多生粉),但魚肉唔算多,呢個水準比較普通~韭菜餃可以揀泰式甜辣醬或者豉油,我地揀左前者,然後我要求每人兩粒即場KO左呢樣先(因為呢D煎炸野淋左就唔係果回事🙈)我見老細真係慢慢係個鐵板好有心機咁煎,食落非常脆!唔會太油~皮薄足料,韭菜味好香,豬肉肥瘦適中唔會UN,出色!個人認為下次會翻兜既選擇應該係韭菜餃同韭菜豬紅而已😂😂…Read More
