觀塘工廠大廈食肆林立,今晚我們就到新開的堅豐廚房吃晚餐。一出電梯,門外一幅:串燒「精神」盡興,三國英雄齊聚聰明燒的「易拉架」十分吸睛。一進入內更有一幅大大的壁畫:「呂布戰三英,不如串燒啤酒更盡興」。非常醒神,可見老闆的心思和幽默,他應該十分喜歡三國的英雄故事吧!椒鹽雞泡魚乾配沙律醬魚乾炸得酥脆帶嚼勁,椒鹽香氣撲鼻,搭配微甜的沙律醬,層次豐富。沙律醬的香甜配上魚乾的鹹香,十分惹味。王牌燒菠蘿菠蘿表面焦糖化後充滿誘人炭香,菠蘿十分鮮甜,咬下時菠蘿汁爆發,酸甜濃郁。泰式生菜包新鮮豬肉豬肉碎炒得鑊氣十足,鹹香中帶魚露的鮮,配脆嫩新鮮生菜,口感清爽。泰式醬汁是靈魂——酸辣醒胃。  炭燒豬頸肉外皮焦脆,內裡肉質彈牙多汁。蘸上經典泰式辣汁更昇華,乾蔥頭、香茅、芫荽十分香,完美展現泰式燒烤的細緻。  古法燒鰂魚魚皮烤至金黃酥脆,肉質卻保持雪白嫩滑,古法醃製的鹹香滲入魚肉,簡單卻考驗功夫。鯽魚的骨很大條,沒有太多碎骨,非常多肉。蘸上醬汁更提鮮,原汁原味很好吃。  蒜蓉燒生蠔生蠔肥美飽滿,蒜蓉鋪滿,烤後香脆不嗆,與蠔肉的海洋鮮甜形成絕配。蒜香濃郁卻不掩蠔味,尺寸霸氣,滿足感爆棚。   鹹檸七打碎的鹹檸檬與七喜氣泡完美融合,鹹甜交織又帶柑橘清香,消暑解膩神飲。鹹檸檬的顆粒有口感  。這家小店將泰式的酸辣炭烤與中式細膩調味結合,食材新鮮、醬汁功不可沒。尤其推薦「蒜蓉燒生蠔」與「古法燒鰂魚」,醬汁的複雜度讓人回味。雖然食物的種類選擇不是太多,但是食品是非常美味的,也可見到老闆的用心。 continue reading

一到lunch時間就周圍去搵嘢食,觀塘工廈好多優質餐廳。今日嚟到位置觀塘成業大廈的堅豐廚房X聰明燒,味道有驚喜,價錢又吾貴,值得一試日式瀑布滑蛋牛肉丼飯日式滑蛋入口順滑,富有蛋香,配日式醬汁牛肉,肉質幼嫩又入味,味道層次感豐富,好滿足泰式肉碎太陽蛋飯泰式肉碎份量十足,帶點微辣,配上流心太陽蛋,送飯一流自家製蘋果雪梨水自家製蘋果雪梨水,清甜又解渴,甜度恰當,絕對是夏天恩物整體來說,環境尚算闊落食物味道唔錯,價格相宜,性價比高之選 continue reading
