昨晚去了位於觀塘一酒店的潮州食肆光顧,一入去見地方寬敞,侍應招呼親切,還問我們怕凍否,給我們安排了一個較適合的位置。餐牌上的菜式在酒店而言不算貴,首先來了一個帶酸甜辣的蘿蔔小吃,之後我們叫了杏汁白肺燉湯和姬松茸螺頭燉竹絲雞湯,材料足,還用功夫茶壺來盛載,湯倒在茶杯上,慢慢品嚐,格外美味。然後來了一個鋪滿香蒜的風沙炸子雞,雞皮香脆可口,雞肉仍充滿肉汁,吃得津津有味。再來是上湯煎焗大花蝦,蝦肉鮮美。接著便是韮菜鵝紅煲,這是我們第一次試鵝紅,很滑溜,而且味道夠濃。最後便是竹笙金湯浸莧菜,竹笙清爽,這道菜剛好中和了吃了很多肉,有一個完滿的結局。這一餐我們都吃得開心滿意,可以再來試其他菜式。
