大約六點去食飯,人數都未係好多,一路食慢慢就見到開始有人要等位。坐卡位感覺都幾舒服,坐兩個人仲好鬆動。食物鑊氣都好夠,黃金四季豆入口似小食,一路食一路同朋友傾計,係個唔錯嘅選擇。紅燒豆腐個汁都好味,所以豆腐同配搭白飯黎食都好易入口。西蘭花炒帶子呢個菜就好多地方都有,不過呢到西蘭花係爽口,帶子食落都係有質感。整體都唔錯。

今晚係屋企附近食個便飯,所以揀左老字號叉燒大王,地點近馬鐵站的沙田圍,每次去親都係好多人等位,餐廳夠大,可容納二百人左右。我同爸一坐低,侍應就開壺茶俾我地!我地揀左三個菜左右,特選蜜汁叉燒$88 價錢不算貴,份量頗多,上菜速度也快,顏色鮮豔奪目,咬落去肉質鮮嫩,而且沒有什麼肥肉,岩曬喜歡食瘦肉的我,每人叫一碗白飯去餸飯,十分正。另外再叫了個客家胡椒浸釀豆卜$68,用豬肉釀豆卜,粉絲吸曬湯的精華,另有一點胡椒粒調味,味道帶點兒微辣,不經不覺已食曬。最後石窩生啫芥蘭$68 熱辣辣的呈上,上面有少許薑絲同蒜頭爆香,食上去更加惹味,但我嫌菜有少些苦苦的,下次試下通菜。總結:價錢每人埋單一百左右,期望下次食物可再做好的!

最後叫個蔬菜咁就揀咗個雲南火腿蝦乾炒九菜花。九菜花的的骰骰好可愛,而且雲南火腿同蝦乾非常足料,分分鐘仲多過韭菜啊。雲南火腿本身就大濃味香味再配上蝦乾更加有獲氣豐富完整。不過有呢兩種材料去炒就的話味道便可注意淡味返一啲。

我覺得呢度比嘅份量都算足。唔會話收咗錢但係份量又唔夠飽。
不過啲餸菜就真係略嫌多油,因為一飲茶或者沾完啲豉油個杯同個碟啲油已經凝固左,啲油比較利害,如果可以改善埋呢一樣野咁就真係食色香味俱全嘅中菜啦!

奶奶今天來探我們,老公叫我不要獻醜,所以便一起去了附近的叉燒大王吃飯。老公最愛吃叉燒,所以想試很久。鋪面不大,但也有好幾張大枱,裝修光猛,家人吃飯最適合。首先當然要叫一碟例牌叉燒,一上菜便看得出的確是好貨色。半肥瘦叉燒燒得色澤均勻,不會過燶,肥瘦比例適中。叉燒的蜜汁濃淡適宜,肉質也是軟硬度剛剛好,奶奶給予非常高評價!想不到它其他小菜也水準超班。菜單有很多海鮮菜式,原來店舖內便有個大水缸!不過這天奶奶説選點簡單一點的菜就好,便選了我喜歡的蜜薯牛柳粒及侍應推介的胡椒浸豆卜。薯仔牛柳粒非常好鑊氣,薯仔和牛柳粒走油後再用濃濃的蜜汁包着,甜甜的帶小小脆,不會太膩,送飯一流!另外奶奶想要濕濕地的菜,侍應便推介胡椒浸豆卜,這樣的配搭比較少見,清清地但胡椒湯底令到整道菜式不會太淡。粉絲墊底,吸收了湯的精華,我們最後連湯完全清光!要一讚的是雖然店面少少但食物的種類不遜色於大酒樓,有大量海鮮,也有很多特別的菜式!看見它有很多熟客,想必這個叉燒大王在這區真的有一定地位!

胡椒浸豆卜
開始以為只係用豆卜代替蔬菜嘅胡椒豆卜煲。原來有驚喜㗎

豆卜釀滿用豬肉同馬蹄混合嘅餡料,再煎至金黃色。加上蝦米、粉絲、芹菜、仲有好似係蔥菜等食材作湯底,除了味道鮮甜外,再多一股胡椒嘅香辣味,味道更提升。

酥脆炸淮山
經常用淮山煲湯,炸鮮淮山就第一次食。原本味道清淡嘅鮮淮山,經過酥炸之後,外層香脆,內裡清新爽口,完全冇滑潺潺或糊口嘅感覺。灑上淮鹽再點埋味带微酸嘅醋,更加美味。三五知己拎住杯啤酒🍻🍺除咗可以~斬料~斬料~斬大舊叉燒之外,又多個選擇啦。

假期~出下街食lunch, 唔洗成日係樓下食黎食去果幾間,食到悶揸車去左河畔睇下有咩食,之前試過平日黎都超級多車,完全無位攝@@好彩今次假日都ok, 泊好車就好叉燒大王,等位既唔算好多,15分鐘左右入得原來而家叉燒大王除左燒味,仲有炒粉麵飯咖哩果d食@@見隔離枱既干炒牛河炒得幾好,我就叫左咸蛋4寶飯,如果要叉燒就無咸蛋…我揀左咸蛋有紅腸,鴨,燒肉,咸蛋,可以見到份量都唔少,唔會因為4寶就每樣得少少,幾件鴨都係肉黎好香,燒肉唔鞋口,皮脆,紅腸咸蛋正常好食 好滿足
