晚餐嚟到一間喺旺角嘅壽喜燒專門店。第一次嚟,估唔到喺巷仔嘅入面竟然有間咁嘅餐廳,上咗一樓,推開門之後佢哋嘅裝修風格好日式,係比較高級嘅裝修。我哋叫咗一個壽喜燒二人前($898)-前菜-野菜盛盒-鹿兒島A5黑毛和牛西冷肉眼(每人3片)-烏冬或飯-甜品落咗單之後,店員好快已經將牛肉,配菜,同埋個爐放上枱面,擺得靚靚咁俾我哋打卡。之後仲有個最大重點,就係棉花糖,成舊放上個爐上面,之後再淋壽喜燒醬汁,之前食過係用糖,但係佢哋呢度用棉花糖,效果同平時食嘅壽喜燒一樣咁好味,而且仲好有特色。之後店員就逐塊牛肉燒俾我哋,仲會詢問我哋想要嘅生熟程度,牛肉每一片都好大塊,好肥美,牛肉沾滿壽喜燒嘅醬汁,甜甜地又鹹鹹地,真係好好味,仲要配埋佢哋唧出嚟嘅蘭王蛋泡沫,又滑又香。食完牛肉之後,就將野菜同埋烏冬一齊放落去煮,份量啱啱好,兩個人食完之後都好滿足。訂枱嘅時候有備注到生日,個套餐本身都有甜品,我上網睇平時應該係兩球雪糕,點知佢哋突然拎咗個迷你蛋糕出嚟,好貼心,而且好好食。呢個壽喜燒都幾高質,唔使過遷就食到,性價比好高,絕對推薦。Read More

食物都是正常,但不喜歡那在食客背後談論食客的態度。在開始壽喜燒煮食時,發現他們的醬油改了,並不是傳統的蛋黃漿,和上次來的不一樣,表示驚訝,我們要求換回之前在這裏吃過的傳統蛋黃醬,服務員表面上並沒有表露什麼,但在背後說什麼”來都來了”,以為客人聽不到,讓人聽起來很不舒服。Read More
