用咗豚肉包住荔枝肉燒烤,荔枝果汁甜味,滲入豚肉,風味獨特!


❷鹽燒雞腿肉
雞腿肉外層經過鹽燒後,雞皮燒成微脆,好啱送啤酒🍺


❸ 汁燒雞隔膜
完全唔知咩係「雞隔膜」🤔原來係「頸椎後側包覆雞隻胸腹腔的薄肉膜」每隻雞得兩片0.5公分厚的肉,可見食材嘅珍貴


❸ 日式秘製汁炸無骨雞翼
最驚訝佢除咗係拆咗做無骨之外,喺原有嘅骨位加上咗大蔥😮


❹ 咖喱牛舌菠蘿包
呢個食物真係勁港式,竟然用左菠蘿包,加咗流心煎蛋同咖喱牛舌Crossover😦選用咗甜甜地嘅咖喱,兩樣嘢加埋竟然冇覺得好突兀嘅感覺🥸


❺ 港式蜜糖多士夾雪糕
平時BBQ先有得食,仲用咗厚多士沾滿蜜糖燒烤,相信雪糕仲好抌本用咗movenpick(見到個雪糕有唔少雲呢拿籽)🍦


❻ 墨魚滑+紫菜+大蝦
呢三種元素,純粹係因為我嘅至愛,所以先嗌,估唔到出嚟嘅成品有幾好食👍將三樣嘢包成壽司炸物。最驚喜係個千島醬混合蟹籽,食落除咗有紫菜+蝦卜卜脆嘅口感之外,蟹籽個都幫手加咗唔少分!


❼ 鹽燒西班牙五花腩
