主打地道廣東菜嘅中華小館,位於灣仔駱克道,裝修古色古香,而且好寬敞~食中菜有得飲燉湯,我都一定會叫😌今次同朋友一人點咗一款,我嘅係紫砂功夫燉湯,味道清甜,用紫砂壺燉嘅好處就係可以保持溫度,有保留到湯嘅精華~朋友話要潤肺就揀咗海底椰川貝燉鱷魚肉👍🏻點咗碟冷盤養生桂花淮山,啱晒熱辣辣嘅天氣食,當日仲要34度🌞養生又滋潤,桂花甜蜜清香。之前聽講呢度嘅燒味都幾出名,所以就燒味雙拼,叉燒拼燒鵝🦆兩樣都係賣飛佛!脆皮燒鵝咁啱係胸位,啖啖肉,酸梅醬濃稠,越食越開胃~叉燒夠厚肉,蜜汁調味同坊間略有不同,唔會太稠太甜,反而係一種清甜,幾特別🐷最後就係乾逼拆蟹肉粉絲煲,上枱後店員即席加油再拌勻,勁香🤤食落亦好惹味,蟹肉雖然唔算好多,不過加埋蟹籽,整體都好鮮好滿足~

點咗碟冷盤養生桂花淮山,啱晒熱辣辣嘅天氣食,當日仲要34度🌞養生又滋潤,桂花甜蜜清香。
之前聽講呢度嘅燒味都幾出名,所以就燒味雙拼,叉燒拼燒鵝🦆兩樣都係賣飛佛!脆皮燒鵝咁啱係胸位,啖啖肉,酸梅醬濃稠,越食越開胃~叉燒夠厚肉,蜜汁調味同坊間略有不同,唔會太稠太甜,反而係一種清甜,幾特別🐷
最後就係乾逼拆蟹肉粉絲煲,上枱後店員即席加油再拌勻,勁香🤤食落亦好惹味,蟹肉雖然唔算好多,不過加埋蟹籽,整體都好鮮好滿足~

今天約了閨蜜在灣仔藝術中心欣賞話劇,她在駱克道预訂了一家中菜館午膳。在店員殷勤招待下,她選了五道菜。紫砂功夫燉湯~這壺湯很足料,味道鮮香醇郁。爽脆泡椒魚皮~魚皮切條,第一口咬下去外爽內軟滑,入口溶化且不腥,很特別,味道微辣,是前菜的好選擇。半肥瘦蜜汁厚切叉燒王~肉質鬆化,叉燒帶有燶邊突出其油香味,卻油而不膩。乾逼拆蟹肉粉絲煲~熱氣騰騰的一道功夫菜,把蟹籽、蟹肉拆了肉,配上香甜洋葱絲和碎豬肉粒,掛在乾身粉絲一起食,香氣四溢,令人垂涎欲滴,回味無窮。碧綠淮山雲耳炒百合~健脾開胃又清爽。最後加追雪耳紅棗桂圓茶~軟滑綿綿,清香可人,是女士們的恩物,飯後慢步前往藝術中心看話劇,確實賞心樂事!

紫砂功夫燉湯~這壺湯很足料,味道鮮香醇郁。


爽脆泡椒魚皮~魚皮切條,第一口咬下去外爽內軟滑,入口溶化且不腥,很特別,味道微辣,是前菜的好選擇。


半肥瘦蜜汁厚切叉燒王~肉質鬆化,叉燒帶有燶邊突出其油香味,卻油而不膩。


乾逼拆蟹肉粉絲煲~熱氣騰騰的一道功夫菜,把蟹籽、蟹肉拆了肉,配上香甜洋葱絲和碎豬肉粒,掛在乾身粉絲一起食,香氣四溢,令人垂涎欲滴,回味無窮。


碧綠淮山雲耳炒百合~健脾開胃又清爽。


最後加追雪耳紅棗桂圓茶~軟滑綿綿,清香可人,是女士們的恩物,飯後慢步前往藝術中心看話劇,確實賞心樂事!
