五一黃金周和家人留港消費,自小店開張已聽聞不少好評便特意到訪,但當日中午12點到店居然幾近全空。餐廳環境舒適,對比附近其他店舖座位闊落,店員招呼亦勤懇,第一印象不錯。假日也提供$58起的午市套餐,價格實誠。------------------------------✨$60✨黑醋骨客飯香氣十足,個頭適中入口啖啖肉。醬汁比例調得出色,鎮江醋香和醬香兼備,加上薄脆的面衣絕對是白飯小偷。唯獨不太明白使用拍青瓜墊碟的用意,如果是為中和油膩感,放在碟邊更適合,現在反而吸收了多餘的油脂,並混雜了不太融和的蒜味。✨$72 ✨銀芽鱔糊客飯同樣分量絕不欺場,熱氣騰騰充滿鑊氣。雖然鱔肉比例多但品質不太新鮮,肉質欠爽彈亦有不少細骨,不過以此價格實在難以期望可以有新鮮黃鱔。銀芽脆嫩火候剛好,反而是因調味上五香粉比較霸道而扣了分。加$5轉配的菜飯發揮正常,每口白飯都拌有小棠菜粒。✨加配$18✨涼拌海蜇海蜇質感爽脆不會橡筋,只是調味單一麻油為主,如添加少許陳醋會更有層次。✨$58✨豆沙鍋餅上海菜的標杆除了濃油赤醬,包點也是不遑多讓。雖然未有空間嘗試小籠包但甜品的Quota總是有的,可惜終歸是浪費了。即製的鍋餅縱然滾燙但異常”冧油”,邊緣餅皮入口是尷尬的硬實,中間卻又軟塌。豆沙不會太甜但香氣欠奉,比例失衡最後勉強吃幾塊也無奈投降。------------------------------因外賣自取有九折,一個月後又外賣了黑醋骨客飯,水準依然出色,遺憾加點的生煎包再一次中大伏,面皮極厚且死實,肉餡少得可憐。在包點一環餐廳可謂完敗,整體偏科鑊氣小炒,在上海菜這條賽道上難以突圍,餐廳似乎亦意識到這點所以以友善定價補償。作為大角咀街坊亦不希望餐廳要黯然離場,會再給予機會回訪,但只焗限於小菜和湯麵類,期望小店在發麵和麵皮收口等手藝上多花心思,為企穩陣腳打下堅實基礎。 continue reading

講真,大角咀搵食多到眼花,但講到「碟頭飯王者」,我首推上海維記碟糖醋排骨飯!唔係普通茶記貨色,佢哋整得真係有嗰份老上海風味,食一次就記掛住個味!點解必試?排骨靚到無朋友! 啖啖肉唔在講,最正係佢哋專揀半肥瘦肋排,炸完外皮脆卜卜,咬落去啲肉仲係腍滑帶juicy,完全唔會乾柴柴!秘製糖醋汁一絕! 個汁真係靈魂所在——酸咪咪勁開胃,甜度又唔會死甜,仲有微微薑香吊味!啲汁掛到排骨實一實,撈飯食簡直邪惡到爆炸,唔覺唔覺清晒成碟! continue reading

呢間「打工仔佳音」真係大角咀街坊福音嚟㗎!$56起就有齊湯、小食、菜飯同飲品,仲要即叫即炒,熱辣辣上枱,抵食到笑! 銀芽炒鱔糊客飯,鱔魚爽脆彈牙,份量夠晒多,銀芽炒得啱啱好,唔會淋pat pat,仲有啲甜味添!黑醋骨客飯都正,排骨外脆內嫩,酸甜醬汁撈飯一流,食完仲想encore! 小籠包蒸籠上,爆哂湯汁好有驚喜!菜飯係亮點!飯粒分明,混咗超多白菜,清新唔油膩。例湯料多但略淡,不過送飯都OK啦~小食係烚枝豆,健康之選;飲品有自家製豆漿,夠晒誠意! 總括來講,呢度嘅客飯抵食大份,絕對係打工仔同街坊嘅快靚正之選! continue reading
