呢間「打工仔佳音」真係大角咀街坊福音嚟㗎!$56起就有齊湯、小食、菜飯同飲品,仲要即叫即炒,熱辣辣上枱,抵食到笑! 銀芽炒鱔糊客飯,鱔魚爽脆彈牙,份量夠晒多,銀芽炒得啱啱好,唔會淋pat pat,仲有啲甜味添!黑醋骨客飯都正,排骨外脆內嫩,酸甜醬汁撈飯一流,食完仲想encore! 小籠包蒸籠上,爆哂湯汁好有驚喜!菜飯係亮點!飯粒分明,混咗超多白菜,清新唔油膩。例湯料多但略淡,不過送飯都OK啦~小食係烚枝豆,健康之選;飲品有自家製豆漿,夠晒誠意! 總括來講,呢度嘅客飯抵食大份,絕對係打工仔同街坊嘅快靚正之選! continue reading

「上海維記」開咗幾十年,街坊由細食到大,佢哋嘅黑醋骨絕對係大角嘴隱世王者!排骨唔係普通油炸咁簡單,師傅堅持每日新鮮豬扒,用刀背拍鬆再醃足鐘數,咬落去外脆內軟仲有肉汁爆出嚟,最癲係個秘製黑醋汁——酸甜平衡到啱啱好,唔會嗆喉又唔會膩,濃稠到掛滿每件排骨,仲有微微薑香吊味,送白飯一啖接一啖停唔到口!必食亮點: 脆到有聲嘅黃金外皮 – 即叫即炸,上枱仲聽到「滋滋」聲,脆粉超薄唔油膩,咬落「咔嚓」一聲超治癒!魔鬼細節醋汁 – 唔係求其醋+糖,聞到攻鼻醋香,食落帶焦糖回甘,撈飯直頭係邪惡級別!份量夠晒霸氣 – 成碟鋪滿6-7件大排骨,男仔食都飽肚,有呢個質素真心抵到爛。配角都唔馬虎:客飯跟嘅例湯絕非洗鍋水!試過眉豆雞腳湯足料到有半碗渣,仲有碟爽脆椰菜解膩,成個set完美配搭。轉雪菜肉絲炒年糕做底 – 煙韌年糕索晒黑醋汁,食落double滿足!呢碟黑醋骨係香港少見嘅「有靈魂碟頭飯」,食過其他茶記都會覺得輸幾條街!大角嘴街坊由學生哥食到帶仔女翻嚟,味道三十年如一日。如果你未試過,聽日lunch直接衝啦!(記得帶現金,唔收電子支付㗎!) continue reading
