Maison Du Mezze and Chutney tandoor house collaborated to do a four hands dinner can’t imagine the creativity. Although we all familiar with Indian cuisine, we could only think of curry but beside that there are a lot of spices we haven’t heard of. Lebanese cuisine is using a lot of fresh meat product, every items base on its own freshness.

Chutney - Virender Kumar
Born in India, dream was to become head chef. He started cooking at age 19 and passed 20 years he has been working in Jakarta, Singapore, Toronto. Also was a head chef at Shangri La Hotel. Virender Kumar decided to station at Asia. Have managed a hotel in Macau and was now chutney head chef in 2022.
Maison Du Mezze - Mohammed Bachir
Mohammaed Bachir is from Syria over his past 25 years experiences. He was raised up at his farm and become a butcher. From young till now, he has already master the quality of meat and has worked in Dubai in a luxury restaurant.

Although these two cuisines got nothing comment with each other but outcome can be surprising with flavour and texture. Chef from Chutney and chef from Maison Du Mezze decided to cooperate and make dishes that will surprise you. Date is on June 17th.
