Shipping Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Performs all computer functions to track our shipments are well handled.
• Cross check manifests, invoices and orders to ensure all are recorded and completed accurately.
• Prepare reports on daily basis for import operation.
• Online Declaration for shipments.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• HKDSE or equivalent
• Good command of Chinese, English
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in dealing with customers and knowledge and understanding of customer service would be an advantage.
