Located at Tsuen Wan nearby the malls, is this famous dim sum place among the neighborhood. Showing creativeness in the food yet not abandoning the basics of quality dim sum making, resulted in a satisfying meal for us. Both fried and steamed dishes were excellently executed. 與媽媽晚上四處覓食經過點心店,媽媽興高采烈地說:「不如食點心吧!」,那晚我們滿足得如在酒樓用膳般,便知道對點心的滿意度。內裡裝橫以啡色的木及磚為主,既沉實又簡約,還加入富有香港歷史感的黑白照,及地標性的霓虹燈特色牆,吸引到不同年齡層的食客光顧,至少媽媽表示喜歡黑白牆,而我則覺得霓虹燈牆較吸引我。點心紙清晰簡單,設計與酒樓無異,食物種類也分別不大,更有酒樓未必供應的特式燉沙、茶飲及飲品。燒賣size比起酒樓大,豬肉餡多得快要滿瀉似的,豬肉軟腍略爽卻只呈少許粉色,而且鹼水味較一般酒樓燒賣少,可見鹼水份量少也做出肉腍且爽效果,而且沒有明顯的脂肪粒,冬菇粒粒粒分明有咬口,令豬肉中浸出淡然菇鮮味,但燒賣上的黑松露對調味方面並沒有太大幫助。腸粉皮薄晶凝通透,滑溜而不帶油溢味,略嫌打捲次數多或叉燒粒不足,令皮比例較餡多。腸粉帶香濃芫荽味,叉燒少咸偏瘦粒粒分明有咬口。剛呈上時確實被外貌誤導了,因包的接合方法為雞包仔,原來內藏叉燒餡,麵包軟屬帶甜,叉燒粒大粒分明有咬口,醬汁調味較一貫酒樓輕形,不知是否採用了密封接合方法,餡料較空洞。餃如其名晶瑩通透,蝦仁大隻爽口,調味適中不會出現過鹹或胡椒味過濃的情況,還帶有淡然西芹味,該脆度更為蝦餃更加口感。外殼較酒樓咸水角更鬆脆可口,油感也較低,內裡餡料同樣粒粒分明,沒有太多的調味下原材食出原材料鮮味,略嫌餡料及醬汁略少,有點乾身。—整體評語:食物-食物味道媲美酒樓,食材質素與新鮮度更勝一籌,製作方法有所改良,調味方面較輕形貼近現時健康趨勢,自己也不自覺吃得較在酒樓多,除了傳統點心還供應原盅燉湯及特式茶飲等,那是從來沒有在吃點心中存有的新鮮感。.服務-人流及場地較酒樓細小,服務員可集中留意各人動態,快速作出回應,而且有禮待人,點心即叫即蒸亦可在落單後大約十分鐘呈上。.衛生-餐具用餐也乾淨整潔,完好無缺,點心籠亦較新沒有走竹絲發霉等情況。.環境-燈火通明,人流不多環境寧靜,可以認真享受與品嚐點心的精緻及手工。.抵食-雖然價錢不是份外便宜,但不論食物質素、新鮮度、環境及衛生等都有別於一貫酒樓,而且由早到晚供應點心,亦就小數群組推出一籠2件點心,確實方便媽媽與我共進晚餐,所以也有它的生存價值。…Read More

今日朋友生日,知佢鍾意飲茶,所以相約飲茶。由於近日天氣不好,經常下大雨,所以揀咗一間近朋友家的。呢間點心菜館裝修很企理,坐位也很舒服:)。餐館主打即製點心,全部現場由名廚自家製。由於即叫即蒸,所以要需時大概廿分鐘,記得耐心等待啊。此外,還有多款住家蒸飯及養身燉湯供應。想要食個飯、飲個靚湯,呢度係不錯選擇。講到飲茶,蝦餃燒賣當然必食。「月半彎晶瑩鮮蝦餃」同「黑松露北菇燒賣皇」,可以點二隻,照顧到我哋人少少又想食多幾款點嘅人。蝦餃皮除了要夠薄,一定要有微微帶煙韌,食落口感先至正,佢就有呢個效果,配埋鮮蝦正到不得了。燒賣亦都出色,入口北菇香味濃郁,坦白說很久未食過咁香濃香菇味嘅燒賣啦。再配上適量黑松露,讓燒賣更加提鮮。「老爺鮮蝦腐皮卷」,單看賣相,已經相當不錯。入口皮薄脆,完全沒有油膩感。而且餡料豐富,有鮮蝦,仲有紅蘿蔔絲、菜絲等等。「馳名南翔小籠包」,想食到好味有湯汁小籬包,真係唔係周圍有。估唔到呢度嘅小籠包足可以媲美專門店。每個小籠包都皮薄,隔住皮都見到裡面充滿肉汁。果然,咬開真係肉汁多到漏,至於肉餡既新鮮而又不會好多肥豬肉,好味。另外,再食咗個「鮮蝦菜苗餃」,菜苗餃真係用豆苗整架。至於「鳳爪排骨金鳳飯」採用米皇金鳳,飯軟硬適中,味道同様不錯。呢間真係抵食又好味,絕對性價比很高。…Read More

夜晚有鋪茶癮,又不想去酒樓食散菜,想和朋友飲啖茶,傾吓偈,食件點心。剛好朋友是荃灣地膽,她推介了一間點心鋪,深受荃灣街坊歡迎,說要帶我去嚐一嚐。這間點心店叫「鋿晶館」,位於荃灣沙咀道,比較近荃灣西地鐵站。如果你以為晚上沒有太多人會想食點心的話,那真的是大錯特錯,我們未到7點時入座,不用10-15 分鐘已經全院滿座。看到有不少食客都是與店員熟落的,應該都是荃灣街坊,可見鋿晶館一定有它的吸引之處,能夠吸納着熟客。別看鋿晶館細細間,提供的點心與大酒樓的都是不相伯仲,應有盡有。我其實比較偏好於點心小店,因為其點心一定是即叫即蒸,保證熱盪盪的。我們每人劃三款點心,看看大家的口味如何。⊛ 1. 百吃不厭鹹水角熱辣辣的鹹水角,炸得色澤金黃,其鹹水角的外皮處理得相當不錯,一咬落去口感外脆內軟,加上內裡的豬肉、蔥頭、冬菇等等夾集的味道,是咸中又帶有一絲絲甜味。⊛ 2. 黑椒醬皇金錢肚金錢肚富有彈性,其肉質亦厚實飽滿。加上非常香濃的黑椒醬後,使得金錢肚軟熟入味,口感和味道一流。⊛ 3. 黑松露北菇燒賣皇燒賣可以點兩粒,方便二人享用。燒賣皇上面鋪了一層黑松露,材料用上大大粒北菇及厚實的入味豬肉,食落非常彈牙。⊛ 4. 鮮蝦菜苗餃晶瑩剔透的鮮蝦菜苗餃,未食就知道內裡非常足料。為了讓大家可以清楚知道其豐富的程度,我輕輕一篤,菜苗已經從破口中突出,反映其足料程度。鮮蝦及菜苗應該都是已事先調味,食落除了本身的香味之餘,還可以食到陣陣鹹味,並不是普通烚熟的蝦仁及菜苗。⊛ 5. 咱家脆皮蝦多士新鮮炸起的蝦多士,吃落非常燙口,最喜歡這樣的感覺。蝦多士裡面有豐富餡料,塞滿了蘿蔔絲和生菜絲,加上經過調味的的蝦肉粒,鹹香和清新味交融。爽口的蝦多士,食落「sok sok 聲」。⊛ 6. 月半彎晶瑩鮮蝦餃與菜苗餃一樣,蝦餃的外皮就如其名一樣像月色通透。鋿晶館處理的蝦肉實在一流,一顆蝦餃可以食到三、四隻蝦肉,非常飽滿。我覺得,鋿晶館很快就會變成荃灣的地道名店,曝光率一定大增。…Read More

因為疫情很久也沒吃過點心,最近疫情稍為好轉,今天便跟太太來到荃灣新開張的點心專門店試試:)位置:沙咀道滿樂大廈對面,不算難找環境:餐廳裝修中式,乾淨衛生服務:店員下單、上菜及收拾同樣有效率食物:點心即點即蒸,味道不錯蟲草花螺片燉雞湯($38)最先上的是燉湯,這款湯用料十足,除了有燉至脫骨的鮮雞件、排骨,還有不少蟲草花及螺片,燉出來真的相當鮮甜及香濃,難得點心店有此水準呢半肥不瘦叉燒腸($30)腸粉內的叉燒份量多,亦肥瘦剛好不覺油膩,且腸粉軟滑很美味齒頰留香脆蘿蔔腸($30)以軟滑的腸粉粿著香脆的酒條並釀入蘿蔔絲,口感豐富,熱食時真的很香脆,絕對毋負齒頰留香之名和風老虎咬豬($28)跟命名同樣特別的點心,用上中式麵糰夾住吉列豬扒、沙律醬及青瓜,想不到的配搭,皮軟豬扒脆,加上青瓜及豬扒上的黑芝麻,既簡單亦不失層次豐富香噴噴招牌流沙包($26)新鮮蒸出來的流沙包就是不一樣,一咬下去奶皇鹹蛋便緩緩流出來,香濃味美月半彎晶瑩鮮蝦餃~2粒($19)蝦餃皮薄,蝦新鮮及大件,口感不錯黑松露北菇燒賣皇~2粒($17)很香的黑松露味,配合北菇豬肉的燒賣,很香很滿足整體來說,這家新開的點心店食物質素高,且上菜快,如果喜歡點心的朋友不容錯過不過周日店的客流量確實很多,估計排隊是避免不了呢…Read More
