呢晚想食中菜,但係又想有啲變化,所以嚟咗荃新天地新開嘅潮州餐廳🫶🏻 食物精緻,而且幾有特色,先嗌咗一個二人餐,再額外加咗幾款特別嘅點心👍🏻潮汕秋葵海鮮沙律呢個沙律份量都幾足,入面主要有青口、大海蝦、魷魚同埋秋葵,調味用上醋同埋辣椒,酸酸地幾開胃🥗滷水鵝件呢個例牌嘅滷水鵝件真係滷得好入味,鵝肉質地實淨,鵝皮入口即化🦆 底下仲有幾件嫩滑嘅豆腐,係潮州菜必備之選。桂花黑醋海鱸魚呢個海鱸魚好有氣勢,係原條炸魚上,不過餐廳好貼心已經率先起肉,所以我哋食得好方便🤩 潮汕炸蠔餅講起潮州菜,一定要嗌炸蠔餅🤪 雖然係有少少邪惡,但係絕對要喺呢度嗌呢個蠔餅。蠔餅嘅外層好酥脆,入面仲有好多蠔仔,真係每啖都食到㗎。仲可以點使拉差醬或者係魚露,令到個蠔嘅鮮味更加突出🦪鳳梨雀仔係雀仔造型嘅鳳梨酥,上碟時熱辣辣,外層都幾酥脆🐦金魚戲水一份有兩隻金魚造型湯蝦餃🐟 喺湯汁入面撈起呢一個蝦餃,真係好似細個玩撈金魚啊🤣 麻葉煎餃一份有兩隻脹卜卜嘅煎餃,餡料係普寧豆醬麻葉🥟 咬開勁多肉汁,真係要注意好熱㗎。黑蒜蝦燒賣有三粒不同顏色嘅燒賣,三款嘅味道都係一樣樣,黑蒜嘅味道好出眾,仲有原粒大蝦喺面😻麻婆豆腐小籠包呢個造型勁特別,用上煎pan上碟🍳 呢個小籠包嘅底部好似生煎包咁嘅做法,有脆卜卜嘅口感,咬開入面有豬肉同埋豆腐,整個配搭都好新穎。養生番茄羹一人一兜用蠟燭㷫住,咁就唔驚凍晒啦🍅 湯羹嘅質地好杰身,飲得出好真材實料,每啖都飲到番茄嘅Fresh。福果薑薯入面有好綿密嘅芋泥,加埋有地瓜圓同埋白果等嘅配料,有雙重口感。呢間新派潮州菜有會員計劃,我即場登記就有得食金魚湯餃,下次要再嚟幫襯啊🤩…Read More

精緻點心向來都深受人喜愛,今次去到一間有很多精緻點心的餐廳〔自己人〕,原來更是一間特色新派潮州菜館,餐廳將傳統潮州風味再加入創新元素,製作出不少精緻的打卡點心及地道小菜。店內裝潢時尚雅致,進入餐廳內環境更是闊落空間感大,而且有不少梳化卡位亦坐得舒適,感覺是朋友及一家人聚餐的好地方。【游水金魚湯餃】(HK$49)店內人氣打卡點心之一,將整個湯餃設計成魚缸盤子般的場景,用湯浸著湯餃在魚缸盤子內,金魚造型的湯餃精緻又可愛,就像游來游去一樣,湯餃餃皮入口薄而煙韌,內裡有紮實的蝦肉餡,彈牙爽口,維肖維妙的金魚造型,打卡真是效果一流,有點捨不得吃。【黃皮手打檸檬茶】(HK$29)杯上有隻迷你小茶壺,噴出飄逸的乾冰霧氣,仙氣十足又搶眼的打卡飲品,具有獨特香味的黃皮,入口順喉而且不太甜,沒有傳統檸檬的酸重味道,很解渴。【清香茉莉手打檸檬茶】(HK$29)清爽的茉莉及手打檸檬香味,有陣陣茶香而且杯底有絲絲手打的檸檬肉,味道不太甜層次口味很不錯。而店內凡點選一杯手搖飲品可以免去一位的茶錢,很化算的飲品。【鳳梨雀仔】(HK$39)用原個雀籠載著三隻黃色的雀仔,雀仔的眼、嘴、翅膀和尾巴都製作得很清晰,咬開有滿滿的鳳梨纖維餡料,鳳梨甜甜的,外酥皮亦鬆化,可愛的造型可以說是滿分,打卡必備。【小小梨子】(HK$39)製成整粒梨子一樣的造形,像真度很高,小梨子外皮像鹹水角一樣有脆糯的口感,內餡有牛肉,外脆內軟熱辣辣吃不油膩。【雪茄春卷】(HK$39)很特別的雪茄點心造型,用了玻璃盤盛載著,仿似像煙灰缸一樣,玻璃盤底內有黑芝麻模仿煙灰,雪茄入口是麻辣味道的春卷,連雪茄招紙都有,真是很特別用心的製作。【潮汕蠔烙】(HK$89)吃潮州菜怎可以不叫潮州蠔餅,很大的一塊蠔餅,炸得金黃色很香脆,入口鬆脆香口,蠔肉脹卜卜,可以蘸魚露或辣椒醬吃,記得要熱騰騰第一時間吃,惹味又飽肚。【魚翅撈飯】(HK$169)鍋下有小火爐保持溫度,粒粒米飯吸收了魚翅湯汁的精華,啖啖魚翅撈飯很滿足。【孜然高原羊排】(HK$149)每條羊排都很多肉,入口油脂少皮香肉嫩,而且肉有連著羊皮,增加了不少羊羶香味,孜然是我最喜歡的風味。【煙燻豆腐煲】(HK$99)餐廳新菜式,鍋下有火爐保持著熱度,用蝦及海鮮做成高湯,再加入蜂巢豆腐及鮮蝦,高湯很鮮甜,吸了高湯的蜂巢豆腐很軟腍入味。…Read More
