🕰 昔日飲茶文化。傳統老派香港手工點心⏳🍴叁去壹點心粉麵飯📍西環西營盤薄扶林道11號很早以前就聽過這間老派點心店,但一直都不曾拜會。叁去壹點心已屹立在西環4️⃣0️⃣多年,之前看各大雜誌報道,師傅們會在凌晨2am開始製作手工點心,幾乎風雨不改🌪🌧🌬趁星期日放假,我特意到訪嘗一下這老店的傳統手工點心,感受一下昔日香港飲茶文化🍵😋餐廳的外觀非常老派,一看便知歷史非常悠久。到達時店外有幾個客人在等外賣,而在店員安排了位置給我們後,全店也就坐滿了😯😯 也屬幸運🤗飲茶期間看到各茶客之間也會互相打招呼👋🏻👋🏻,似乎都是熟客及已相識了好久。我想這濃厚人情味💙真只能透過時間累積,外面真的很難找到呢❗️鮮蝦餃🦐好精緻,細細粒。蝦餃皮算幾薄,晶瑩通透💎蝦肉不是特別鮮味、彈牙,但整粒蝦餃都有著滿滿的蝦肉😋蟹黃燒賣🐽 偏瘦的豬肉混著冬菇,啖啖肉👍🏻 唔似坊間酒樓啲燒賣大部分都是肥豬膏🥴 但正因如此,口感亦不如坊間燒賣咁滑,看個人喜好吧❗️我個人就幾鍾意❤️️蠔油鮮竹卷🫔好足料,食到一絲絲蘿蔔、冬菇、木耳🥕🍄,一層一層的好有口感,而味道也不會過鹹👍🏻馬拉糕🐴勁鬆軟,好香,微甜👍🏻但中間濕左少少🤏,影響咗口感😣鼓汁排骨飯🐷豬肉偏瘦、好腍有肉汁,食落有豉汁味但見唔到豆鼓🤔🤔(友人說有一粒🤭😂)飯蒸得好乾身,偏硬,粒粒有口感👍🏻👍🏻😋🐷🐷整體評價: 燒賣和蝦餃都比坊間的酒樓/ 點心店細粒🤏🤏,做得好精緻。雖然價錢非常非常便宜💰,但點心的素質也不會比坊間的遜色😋👍🏻因店面不大,用餐環境較逼,但用餐體驗卻比坊間的酒樓/ 點心店都更良好:只要你想,坐幾耐都可以,唔會有人收碗收碟催你走。在叁去壹,你可以慢慢坐😌、慢慢嘆茶🍵、慢慢傾偈👧🏻👦🏻👵🏻👴🏻。這可是飲茶文化中,其中最重要的元素呢❗️🤗這裡的點心可能並不是最美味的,但獨有的飲茶文化及那份人情味,實在很難在別的點心店找到了😌😌😊😊…Read More

西環有三間都幾出名的點心店,今日終於試到其中一間。其實如果正式黎講,我會咁樣去形容這家食店:一間有點心賣的茶餐廳。他的點心其實款式並不算太多,我們一行三人,點了蝦餃、燒賣、鮮竹牛肉、叉燒包、蒸排骨、糯米雞、蝦腸,鮮竹卷、粉果、馬拉糕、雞絲粉卷同鳳爪同雞扎一共十二個點心,咁多樣嘢之中,我覺得粉果最好,皆因皮唔會太厚的同時又唔容易穿,同時又唔會黐實晒,等你一夾的時候就會爛開。餡料方面除咗有平日常見嘅沙葛之外,佢仲有好多材料,好味。第二好食我會揀馬拉糕,佢用嘅糖好適中,唔會太甜。排第三的我會選鮮竹卷,佢嘅鮮竹卷真係好足料,同坊間食到嗰種得舊肉嘅好大對比,呢一間好食好多。第四位我會揀蝦餃同燒賣,上枱熱辣辣,所以特別好食,不過因為前面太出色,所以搞到蝦餃燒賣排第四。…Read More

港台節目<街角有落>介紹了這間食店 ,它的點心都是師傅每天三點起身準備的。這天是周六, 平常中午前都不露面的我, 早上十點就爬起床, 為了去這裡飲茶吃點心。港鐵西營盤站落車行5分鐘左右就到, 其實我不是第一次行這條路, 但就是走過門口都不覺得有間舖在旁邊, 不太起眼。食店沒有華麗的裝修, 也沒有舒適的桌椅, 只有歲月留下來的痕跡。甫入門口已經感受到滿滿的人情味,  因我們兩人一起進店, 眼看所有枱都只有單丁位,近門口的一張2人枱坐著的1個客人, 見到我們就主動讓枱,  他調去另一個單丁位, 真係好好人,  感謝!! 安頓下來就開茶, 想想食什麼點心。我們傻傻的想出去蒸籠位置自助取點心, 哈哈! 店員話跟他落單就可以, 他就會把點心送上枱!! 是日點餐如下: 蟹王燒賣$16, 吃到入面有豬肉混入爽口的蝦肉, 是比較粗粒有口感的有肉香的!   鮮蝦餃$16, 比一般酒樓吃到的細粒少少, 可以一口一粒, 蝦肉爽口皮簿煙韌。 醬汁鳳爪$16, 這款不是我點的, 我都吃了1隻, 入口不太油膩!鮮蝦腸粉$17, 腸粉夠滑蝦肉爽口, 較特別係淋面的不是甜味豉油, 是有咸味的! 鮮竹雞紮$16, 很足料, 最鍾意就係裡面的芋頭, 好入味而且都淋, 好好味呀!! 現在酒樓的雞紮不一定會放芋頭了!馬拉糕$14, 好香的糕味, 鬆軟, 甜度剛好, 好味!!埋單時, 總數係$101, 我們剛好沒有帶硬幣, 只能付2張紙幣, 店員竟然退回1張紙幣, 說$1不收了,  我們說不好, 但他堅持, 真的非常不好意思, 這事亦再一次感受到這裡的人情味。總結, 這次所食的點心味道很不錯, 亦不算很油膩! 這種舊式香港點心店及自家製點心已經買少見少, 仲有機會去光顧時應該珍惜, 真的值得一試再試!  已經想好下次再來, 我要試雞球大包和蓮蓉包! …Read More
