C小姐最近迷上了泰式風味,這夜便與她一同前往美食集中地——元朗,尋找真正的「泰好味」!來到元朗安康路這邊,沒有大馬路的煩囂嘈雜,更多的是一種日常的安寧。路邊有數間餐廳,其中一間半開放式、裝修頗具特色的泰國餐廳很吸睛。「薄荷葉」——很清新的泰式風情。餐廳的室外部分。室內裝修頗具心思,異國風情濃厚,晚上來很有情調。餐牌選擇眾多,令人眼花撩亂。點好菜後,先上了前菜和醬料。青瓜酸酸甜甜的,非常開胃。炸蝦餅$88大大件的炸蝦餅香噴噴的,配上泰式酸辣醬。底部有菜葉墊底,有助吸掉炸物的油分,不會讓底部油膩膩的。一件蝦餅的大小已經近乎我的2/3個拳頭的尺寸,外脆內軟,炸粉薄厚適中。咬開熱騰騰的,差點燙到嘴巴。蝦肉打至起膠,很彈牙。招牌火焰燒雞$168品嚐蝦餅間,店員把一隻「站立」著的雞拿了過來。原來是把雞固定在鐵架上,方便把酒均勻地倒在雞身,然後點火燃燒片刻。高溫下,酒香處處飄,而且雞皮也給燒得卜卜脆。燒好後,侍應先幫我們把雞切好,再上碟。外皮焦脆的雞,內裡卻十分嫩滑,雞的肉汁鎖在雞身裡,十分鮮美。馬拉盞炒通菜$78泰式炒金邊粉$128炒好的金邊粉的四周擺放了糖、辣椒粉、花生等配料,可以按自己的口味決定拌多少分量。狠狠拆開煎得輕薄的蛋皮後,金邊粉誘人的色澤、香濃又帶微甜的醬汁,都讓人食指大動。金邊粉有彈性不易斷,合格!青檸梳打$38若說美中不足的,可能就是飲品了。筆者比較口味比較重,喜歡喝甜一點的飲品,這杯青檸梳打口味較淡,我想比較適合愛清淡的舌頭。椰青$45椰青也很值得一試喔。點的菜飽得完全吃不完,我們實在太高估自己的胃了。埋單大約6百元,價錢合理,可以encore。…Read More

今日同朋友完咗跑步後,想搵間餐廳坐低食晚餐。行過元朗劇院時見到依間餐廳,見氣氛幾好、又有得飲酒,朋友話星期五放左工想chill 下,於是入就入去。入到去個感覺好似去左泰國咁,位置夠哂鬆動,而且有音樂伴奏,燈光都好暗,有啲似酒吧,好relax,好舒服。啱晒返咗成個星期工,之後一班朋友互相吐工作上既苦水,傾下計咁。而且枱同枱之間相隔都幾開,夠私隱度夠哂,重有戶外食煙位添。佢係中英對照嘅餐牌,但係入到泰國餐廳緊係要叫馬拉盞炒通菜、炒金邊粉、泰式豬頸肉,重有青咖哩啦!所以基本上都唔使點睇。因為我地唔食魚,可以慳返好多嘢唔使叫,但係見到有木瓜沙律覺得幾得意所以都叫埋。佢上菜好快,5分鐘就上左菜!木瓜沙律好清新,好開胃,酸酸甜甜辣辣地,一流嘅前菜。馬拉盞炒通菜幾香、夠哂味,必叫之選。炒金邊粉有別於其他泰國菜館,賣相好好,佢用咗用蛋包住金邊粉,睇落好似蛋包飯咁,原來係炒金邊粉,而且仲有幾隻大蝦坐咗喺上面,而食落好煙韌,味道唔似其他泰國菜館咁甜,比較淡一啲,都幾好味。泰式豬頸肉烤得好香口,豬頸肉夠脆又唔燶,而且切得好薄,配埋啲酸辣汁,一見過成塊擺落口一流。而青咖哩做得好出色,唔會太辣,好香椰汁味,送飯同烤餅都一流。最後當然唔少得啤一啤加吹水啦,我地食咗好耐佢都冇趕客。下次一定再黎幫襯返。…Read More

炎炎夏日, 熱得沒有胃口, 就想吃點刺激性食物就來嘗嘗這家泰菜-薄荷葉這家店的地點並不位於元朗太中間的位置而是位於市區的邊緣﹐圖書館那邊終於來到店前﹐氣氛很是不錯內部裝潢七彩的裝潢﹐為店面增添格調加上旁邊的 Bar枱﹐感覺很Chill厚厚的餐牌和桌上的用具都很簇新 先來前菜 - 越式紙米卷擺碟非常漂亮﹐賣相很田園看下去很清新﹐有著蟹柳﹐甘荀﹐青瓜等的味道﹐很是 Juicy :)加上外皮很薄﹐不會影響口感和味道﹐讚!馬拉盞炒通菜 通菜很翠綠﹐很脆口加上點點辣味和淡香的馬拉盞味﹐味道配合剛好﹐很好吃廚師特色蝦醬炒飯賣相滿分!炒飯外鋪了一層薄薄的網紋蛋對﹐是蛋!本人是首次看到這種蛋的做法 蛋迷大愛!再上面是插了香草﹐魔鬼魚乾和蝦而吃法也是非常過癮! 每年我地3個都會慶祝生日🎂今年都吾例外,3月份是其中一位好友生日,而佢今年就想食泰國菜,見尼間元朗就大家就腳又未食過又幾出名所以揀左佢另一位好友預約左,我地落訂個甜品來為壽星增添驚喜終於到左今晚去到發現原來是地鋪中開放式店有室外同室內既座位,燈光偏暗有點酒吧既感覺...我地預約左晚上7點左右,人流不算多。我地坐係室內與室外之隔陣陣涼風吹過坐下睇menu先來了個前菜《涼拌青瓜》夠入味小小辣 不錯我地每人點左個《泰式特飲》$30壽星點左杯士多啤梨特飲,味就吾太似士多啤梨,不過就好香好似平時乳酪飲品既香料味甜甜地,其實不錯的我地就點左兩杯番石榴特飲好正有果肉真係石榴香特飲都幾大杯尼個係細size既《冬蔭公湯》$88味就夠,不算太辣又吾會太酸,不過就太少料3-4人份量左右尼個木桶就係《特色菠蘿🍍飯》$98上面有肉鬆同好多菠蘿粒同大蝦等甜甜地個飯好開胃,個飯超多,夠4-5人食,我地3個都食吾晒原本想試馬拉盞炒椰苗,諗住試下未食過點知賣晒最後轉左《馬拉盞炒通菜》$88味夠但好普通既一碟炒菜,吾夠惹味蝦味不太重同無咩辣最後滿心期待既《火🔥焰燒雞》$148 初頭有位職員話點左火俾我地影下相先,點知另一位職員點得好細火同我睇到平日既火焰🔥差好遠,之後叫佢點大d個火佢話吾得之後未問我地就切左隻雞,滿心期待拍片影隻火焰咩都影吾到超失望未問我地就將隻雞切成一舊舊了幸好隻雞比我地想像中好食,肉質外脆內嫩,好惹味好多肉食吾晒最後有位職員好用心幫我地上預訂左既甜品同在餐廳內播埋生日🎂歌俾壽星,超驚喜的獨家甜品好好食由平日食開既煎薄餅包住cream…Read More

去元朗先發覺好多好嘢食,你朋友話想食泰國菜,我就上OpenRice搵,發個元朗最出名嘅一間泰國菜叫薄荷葉,而且好近我哋,所以就膽粗粗過咗去!餐廳嘅氛圍較似高級酒吧,天花板裝上富有特色嘅吊燈,去過泰國嘅女朋友都話餐廳充滿泰式氣氛。值得一讚嘅係佢哋餐牌嘅設計,十足一本雜誌,食物選擇也頗多,餐廳有佢哋嘅signature drinks。一坐低餐廳就會送上一小碟飯前小菜,小小辣,令人胃囗大開。首先上菜嘅係馬拉盞炒通菜,味道唔會過鹹,幾香辣。菜也非常新鮮,份量好足夠。之後上菜嘅係泰式燒牛仔骨,亦都係最最最好味嘅一道菜式。坦白講上菜嘅時候我覺得平平無奇,但食牛仔骨第一口令我非常驚訝。唔算太油膩之餘完全冇煎到好老,鎖住晒肉汁。餐廳提供嘅牛仔骨係冇骨,食落非常方便。另外牛仔骨下方係大量嘅沙律菜,可以平衡返牛仔骨少少既油膩感。最後一道菜色就係泰式檸檬魚。菜式嘅配色好靚,魚真係好大條。職員好細心提醒我哋魚有啲骨,並建議我哋將生菜、辣椒仔同魚夾埋一齊食,非常惹味,魚嘅肉質亦非常滑嫩,超抵食!我哋仲叫咗杯signature drink,粉紅色嘅顏色飲品令女朋友難以抗拒,加上酒精濃度比較低,而且好大杯,女仔可以嘗試一下。…Read More

近日想同朋友食泰菜慶生,因為幾位都係元朗人,所以都係openrice度揀翻依區,雖然有朋友話另一間阿字頭既好食啲,但我地見依間好多好評,所以就打算一試。依家懷疑啲好評係買返黎。首先,我地被安排坐係樓上雅座,環境ok既,叫天不應叫地不聞甘樣。枱面有個制係叫人鐘,虧既,成晚無成功叫到一次人。上蛋糕都係我地自己行落去搵人,結帳就直頭落去比錢走。服務態度又唔係話差,不過唔係好醒,幾次要人幫手都好似唔係好幫到手... 例如我地問左一個女仔有無芒果糯米飯,佢唔知就落左去,隔一陣有個男仔上黎問我地有咩要幫手?我地已經呆一呆,repeat一次有無芒果糯米飯?個男仔話唔知幫你問下... 之後我地好無奈 甘點解個女仔唔一早同個同事好好溝通下?仲有個waiter愈夜臉愈紅...可能一路嘆杯Beer一路開工 😂😂😂入正題: 野食唔算係好出色,前後兩枱勁大聲話難食 lol 甘又無甘差,正常味道啦,性價比低囉。我地叫左碟豬頸肉($88)。通常人地都大大份肉架麻....但依碟野係薄切到呢,少到嚇親。(有相) 之後仲叫左個冬陰公湯,幾香既..不過叫份大既唔知係咪唔夠煲用...係用兩個細煲上...(嚴格來說係1.5煲) 總之怪怪地...炒金邊粉有好好地教我地點撈,但撈完好甜 😂😂 可能口味問題,但無炒既香味依個是肯定的。不過一間野會生存到一定有原因,我相信每間餐廳都有佢既優點。佢無收我地切餅費,仲有收哂啲碟先,派過新既碟同叉比我地食蛋糕。依個係我幾欣賞既。同埋無限用餐時間。最後,我諗依間野我都無下次。…Read More
