逛旅遊展後,順便在附近晚餐。朋友知道有每斤198阿拉斯加長腳蟹,所以在此癲拿。首先,要選蟹。78兩的蟹,接近五斤。<一斤十六兩>之前做298,現在優惠是 198,計落每斤節省了一舊水。加上自己屋企未能處理如此巨蟹,唯有在此享用。原隻巨蟹,大大隻,紅彤彤紅當當,果真喜慶之色。六腳二鉗,全身帶刺。以剪刀在柔軟的骹位入手,成功拆出長長的蟹腳。剪開蟹腳,成功抽出蟹柳。真蟹肉,一梳梳,夠鮮甜,單食已經好好味。除了蟹腳,就連腳趾蟹身也不能放過。蟹鉗肉質,不如蟹腳那般鮮甜。甘香的蟹膏,撈飯一流。黑毛豬叉燒 配餅 肥瘦相間的叉燒嫩滑,有底味,玫瑰露酒不明顯,易入口。羊肚菌燒豆腐 有豆腐有菇有菌有菜黑松露鮑魚雞煲 拆蟹後,雞煲已放涼。黑松露香氣就減弱了!但鮑魚容易咬,雞肉唔柴,整體依然好味!可是煲底很多油。田園時蔬~上湯菜心 每餐要食菜,扮健康。今晚無甜品糖水,無水果。埋單每人380個大洋。是日客滿,職員很忙碌!服務,心照!…Read More

媽咪的生日,我們一早已訂好位,帶著蛋糕來到海港薈。一到步部長便幫我們收好蛋糕,原來這裡是免切餅費的。然後我們可以出去揀海鮮。前菜:香辣花生小麥啤酒味道很清淡,淡到幾乎喝不到酒味。白酒味道很香,十分易入口,不熟酒性的相信也可以接受,但小心會喝醉哦🤪我們點了半隻一品醬燒雞,來到的只有丁點先份量,這是BB乳雞還是雞腿而已呢?我們都無法考究很像火腩飯的一餸,不值咁貴呀。鱔很入味,爆得夠香,骨都不算多。整晚最令大家食指大動 讚不絕口既就係呢個4兩4重既長腳蟹喇!下面有幾盞小蠟燭🕯️溫熱著、使蟹肉不會因放涼而失去鮮味。蟹肉下面有一些蟹蛋白,成個鮮味就更突出了,根本不用點醋。然後每人一把剪刀✂️,剪開兩邊的殼後,成條肉腿都長來了!好多汁好鮮甜😍😍最後還有蟹蓋同蟹膏可以做多一碟餸,我們+$100決定整個伊麵,但麵的味道麵幾淡,也不是這麼入味,吃完會覺得額外加的$100也不是那麼值。已經忘記最後消費多少錢了,但整體感覺都很好,能夠在酒樓裡食到這樣質素的長腳蟹已經很難得了。…Read More

上月底在海港薈享用了一頓豐富的海鮮盛宴,食後感優良 (相關連結:美味海鮮), 特意再和家人前往試試,順道慶祝母親節。 各款游水海鮮固然是飯餐的亮點,甫安坐後首件要事就是前往魚缸一趟挑選悏意海鮮。阿拉斯加長腳蟹及澳洲大龍蝦一早已和筆者對上眼,最後再精挑一條游水海魚組成完滿的魚蝦蟹組合! 與上次一樣,飯局以一只六斤重的阿拉斯加長腳蟹打頭陣 ($188/斤)。餐廳總共提供了清蒸、花彫蛋白及雞油蛋白三款食法供選擇。要突顯蟹肉的自然鮮味,清蒸做法是不二之選。體型巨大的長腳蟹,肉量頂角豐盛,既鮮甜又彈牙,大家也很滿意。 雖然長腳蟹以蟹肉作主要賣點,但也不要遺忘蟹蓋上的蟹羔。為了充份發揮蟹羔的滋味,酒家特別用蟹蓋製作了一客芝士焗蟹蓋海鮮飯,除了蟹羔蟹肉外,更有鮮蝦、雜菌、洋蔥等炒煮成飯,配合拉得起絲的芝士,味道誘人,大家也按奈不住要添食。接下來送上的是芝士焗生猛澳洲大龍蝦 (伊麵底)($28/兩),約三斤多重的大龍蝦以芝士型式烤焗,連帶伊麵把大圓碟裝得滿滿。有別於常見於圍餐的相類似菜式,龍蝦用料大件厚肉很多,大隻龍蝦的肉質亦更為結實。以此推論,四五斤重的大龍蝦應該更吸引,只是想起也令人垂涎三尺!花膠螺頭煲雞湯 ($218) 秉承雞湯應有的濃郁鹹鮮味道。花膠的投入亦為湯汁添上一份微微黏稠的膠質感。在云云湯料中,花膠固然有一定吸引力,但似乎雞腳更深得大家青睞。 清蒸沙巴大龍躉約兩斤多重 ($548),始終受魚種及大小影響,難以把大龍躉蒸煮得細嫩。更甚是筆者於同日下午吃過一條十分優質的沙巴小龍躉,有了比較下更難給予高評分。別不同果醋骨 ($118) 味道酸甜醒胃,因肉排用炆煮方式烹調,肉排既上味又鬆軟。再加上墊底的新鮮菠蘿,整合味道與安排完全合乎筆者心意。米皇秀珍菇浸菜苗 ($108) 屬全晚最清淡的菜式,菇菌芳香彈口,淮山黏滑帶脆,菜苗綠嫩清甜。香妃雞少了油炸或醬油調味,對雞肉的鮮味要求更高。這隻皇朝香妃雞 ($198),不論雞香或肉質嫩滑感皆未予驚喜。尤其將菜式放於飯餐的最後段,在飽感正盛的狀態下,受歡迎指數只屬一般。最後是甜品時間,除了細周生的香芒布甸 ($22) 外,基本上一面倒投向椰皇燉燕窩 ($48) 的懷抱。因椰皇數量有限,最後部份人只能退而求其次選擇另一中式甜品桂圓紅棗燉雪梨 ($22)。因禍得福,甜潤的桂圓紅棗燉雪梨味道比味淡欠滑的椰皇燉燕窩更佳。 豐富的海鮮盛宴,歡樂的用餐氣氛,毫無疑問值得一個笑臉評價! …Read More
