朋友以前在荔枝角長沙灣道一帶上班,表示這邊有一間頗有人氣的居酒屋。今晚大家相約飯局,就帶筆者來到這間「金酒屋」。剛好安排坐吧枱位置,可以一覽師傅製作美食的過程!見到好多枱食客都有點,原來是餐廳名物。卷物餡料有醬油漬蛋黃(金龍珠)、吞拿魚蓉、海膽。海膽香甜,而吞拿魚蓉則肥美,充滿豐腴脂香。再加上自家醃製蛋黃的香氣,味道層次十分豐富。以高腳酒杯盛著的海鮮杯,非常精緻。杯內分別有三文魚籽、海膽、拖羅蓉,以及蟹肉絲。海膽質感順滑creamy,更有少許入口即溶之感。拖羅蓉味道也很香。附上紫菜同吃,一啖進口,鮮香味美!幾特別的一款菜式,集壽司、天婦羅於一身!一款是海膽、拖羅蓉,配上米飯和紫菜天婦羅。海膽的鮮甜、拖羅蓉的油香、紫菜的香脆,幾種口感交雜一起,剌激味蕾。另一件則是焦糖鵝肝跟和牛。鵝肝煎得很香,生和牛有即溶感,另一款美味。飯面有海量的三文魚籽,粒粒晶瑩剔透,入口爆汁帶鮮甜魚油香。再結合海膽、鵝肝。2片鵝肝烤至外層微脆,有焦糖香味,口感嫩滑細膩,醇厚香氣甚為誘人。配料舖至滿滿,果然是滿丼!虎蝦真的是超巨的一隻,size足有10吋長!經炙燒燒香,蝦頭盡是濃郁蝦膏,份量多到爆膏。而蝦身就彈牙啖啖肉。居酒屋當然少不得串燒!點了4款過過口癮。豬頸肉Q彈口感中帶點爽脆,入口陣陣鹽香味。雞皮蝦夠特別,蝦肉彈牙有海鮮香之餘,又有雞皮焦脆油香。牛舌心厚身,而牛肋肉口感就充滿嚼勁。…Read More
