一個成日訓到太陽落山既人,好小機會可以早上去茶樓食點心,添好運就可以幫到我滿足食點心既慾望,因為就算夜晚都有點心食。添好運有好多間分店,今次黎到北角分店,由於添好運既名氣大,就算黎到唔係遊客區既北角都依然見到好多遊客慕名而來。店內環境擠逼,但都無損我食點心既慾望。叫左5樣點心,上菜速度都算快,所有都好新鮮全部熱辣辣。酥皮叉燒包添好運最出名既酥皮叉燒包,一碟有三個,外表脆身,上面既皮甜甜地,入面叉燒熱辣辣,叉燒粒份量多,甜鹹夾雜,十分好食!叉燒腸飲茶點可以少得腸粉呢,叉燒腸一碟有三條,腸粉軟滑,入面有叉燒同埋蔥花係入面,叉燒有肥有瘦,配腸粉份外夾。鹹水角鹹水角外脆內軟,而且新鮮炸出黎,入面既糯米皮配上冬菇粒同肥豬肉碎,係我每次飲茶必點既點心。蝦餃蝦餃一籠有四粒,皮薄,蝦餡多,而且新鮮。燒賣最後係燒賣,一般街邊檔既燒賣我都會稱佢做假燒賣,因為粉質好重,唔好食。反而食點心既燒賣係真係用豬肉做,所以口感好食好多。…Read More

米芝蓮係咪好巴閉呢?真係唔知啦,但係星期日既添好運真係等位都已經等左差不多半個鐘,好在呢日柑太同我太多時間,先有耐性等到入座。入座後發覺四周環境十足大飯堂一般,客人與客人之間幾乎沒有多餘的空位,很擠逼,睇左點心紙後,擔心眼闊肚窄,於是就叫幾個招牌點心試下。首先上場係叉燒包,一入口發覺非常之熱,味道還可以,不過酥皮未係好脆,入面既叉燒內涵好食肉味多汁。蝦餃一般大小,入面蝦豬肉比例剛好,而外皮煙韌無一夾就散開,味道唔錯自家拉腸粉幾好食,而入口口感彈牙煙韌,配上甜咸度剛好的豉油,可以話係驚喜之作。桂花糕比起坊間相比,味道較淡,沒有加入太多糖,反而食到桂花香甜之味,不俗。…Read More

第一次光顧添好運是09年在旺角分店,爲了一睹平民米芝蓮的風采,等了好幾個鐘頭。當時對添好運的印象不錯,也使得我更喜愛點心這一類美食,之後頻繁嘗試不同酒家的早茶。但要讓我再等幾個鐘頭去吃點心,便覺得沒有這個必要了。最近添好運在炮臺山也開了分店,店面更大,離我更近,覺得很方便,於是今天故意只吃了少少早餐,爲了早點去嘗嘗新點的水準。11點半左右到達店鋪,裏面已經坐滿了人,外面剛好開始排號。等了十多分鐘,有得坐。店面裝修不錯,比起旺角分店更具有現代感。裏面人手很多,尤其是廚房裏面炮製點心的師傅,多得來感覺他們轉身都有困難,看到一個個即將被焗成酥皮叉燒包的麵團堆成一層一層的,覺得十分可愛。落單幾分鐘後,點心就陸續送上。首先是韭黃鮮蝦腸,味道跟一般酒樓差不多,但是size略小。煎釀虎皮尖椒造型頗像天婦羅蝦,中間釀的是鯪魚肉,整體來說偏油。杞子桂花糕冰冰涼涼的,吃起來很清爽,適合最後再吃。馬拉糕很鬆軟,奶香味重,吃起來甜而不膩,不錯。豬肚雞球燒賣挺特別,一個上面是雞肉一個是豬肚,肉很多,像蒸肉餅。陳皮牛肉球的肉質鬆軟,陳皮味香,油而不膩,也不錯。金蒜鮮蝦莧菜餃和潮州粉果十分相似,都是晶瑩的皮裹著翠綠的餡。兩者的餡都很新鮮,前者口感更好。鎮店之寶酥皮叉燒包最後才上,可能點的人太多,做得沒那麼快。酥皮脆脆的,叉燒餡咸甜,其實味道跟西餅店的菠蘿叉燒包也差不多,不過在這裡吃到的是熱辣辣的。吃一個就够了,第二個就覺得太膩,酥皮畢竟油很多。總體來說,添好運的點心還是不錯的,雖然選擇不多,但是每一款都比較精緻,值得一試。…Read More

fen116688 您好,請問我是台灣的旅客,7/1-7/4在香港如果要吃添好運可以先預約嗎?几點去較不用等很久呢?聽說早上就開始發120個號碼牌,是指整天的人數嗎?還是中午一餐而已呢?如果拿號碼牌,最好几點去等呢

hypinly 您好,添好運不可以預約的。至於等多久,主要看你去哪一家啦,去旺角的話就要等很久,其他幾家分店應該就不那麼久。一般11點左右是不用等位的,那個時候很多人沒有下班,吃點心主要是老人家或者遊客。聽說中環店晚上人都沒有。因為大多數人都是早上和中午才吃點心,所以晚上人也應該比較少。

op_p 黑心店,千其唔好去,d嘢食好汙糟,d餐具都冇洗乾淨,全部都係油, 不過最令人擔心嘅係個間店嘅經理同主管。經理:陸志光(性格古怪,特別中意女人,甚至低至810歲小妹妹都要調戲,而且成日對公司女員工色言穢語,中意圖卑錢女員工幫佢**,幫親嘅人千其要小心)主管:余小玉(性格暴躁,成日對d客發脾氣,對d客不禮貌,特別係中意同d客計較座位,d客一唔按佢要求座,就要被鬧一餐,就算係餐廳嘅得閑時段都要決定d客座邊,搞到次次都要我幫佢做翻人情{搞到我次次對d客講,佢精神有問題,唔洗同佢計較})總之,以上不設個人觀點,只是如實警告大家———去北角添好運 要三思。。。
