To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐三餸一麵$41，我加多左兩個餸，每個加$8，另外見到河粉好似比較出名再加左$2轉，total=$41+$8+$8+2=$59五樣餸分別係蘿蔔，牛肚，牛筋，魷魚，豬紅
首先講下個湯底，清甜唔會太鹹，唔怕確喉，無令人口乾，以雞，豬骨，當歸，果皮，甘草煲成，我最後全碗飲哂!由於不吃辣，所以揀左唔辣，但資訊話辣汁好出名，喜歡吃辣的應該一試:)河粉細滑，$2值得加蘿蔔好好味，好入味，多汁無渣，清甜但有一點點辣，不吃辣的要注意:)牛肚好淋;牛筋好有膠質又唔怕韌；魷魚爽口得嚟唔韌；豬紅亦好入味
