年尾當然係要辦年貨啦 喺太子買完一輪野都已經夜晚黑八點了 唯有上openrice睇下有啲咩可以醫肚下晝食滯咗,都仲係胃頂頂,所以想睇下有冇一啲傳統嘅粥店。見到openrice有好多哈哈笑,仲有好多正評讚依家潮州粥鋪,所以諗都冇諗就去試啦開頭以為係一啲好細嘅粥舖,去到先知道原來佢哋有三間鋪,其實我都唔知道當中嘅分別,係咩淨係知道好中間嗰個應該係廚房,因為我見啲侍應喺嗰度出菜。我哋兩個人入咗去最左手邊嗰間鋪入邊嘅環境就好似平時啲打冷舖頭,可以揀嘅送餸菜唔算多,我哋兩個人就叫左一盤細嘅蠔仔粥,一叠滷水拼盤,一碟椒絲腐乳通菜。佢個粥係潮州粥,所以你會見到一粒粒嘅米粒,而蠔仔粥入邊有蔥 芫西 芹菜 蠔仔 肉碎同埋一啲好似魷魚乾 ,芹菜同芫西味道好夾,仲可以將蠔仔嘅鮮味帶出,蠔仔隻隻都好大件,絕對冇偷工減料,同埋佢個湯底辣辣地,既可以刺激味蕾又可以暖身。至於滷水拼盤可以揀三個餸,我哋就揀咗墨魚 生腸 豬耳。豬耳係三個餸入邊最入味幾一個,淋淋嘅豬耳加埋有咬口嘅豬耳骨再配合特製嘅滷水汁,令人回味無窮😋。相對地墨魚同生腸冇咁夠味,不過唔緊要,如果大家食辣,可以點距佢供嘅辣椒油,辣椒油好似潮州辣椒油嘅味道,但係就比平時嘅潮州辣椒油辣五倍。椒絲腐乳通菜係三個餸入面最唔出色嘅一個,因為腐乳冇咸香味,味道很淡,不過,蠔仔粥同滷水拼盤味道十分濃,通菜可以作為次兩個餸嘅一個緩衝。店員態度,同一般大排檔一樣,問多兩句會吋咀,我都見怪不怪。但係,比我見到一名員工係度採礦🔨,真係有點兒那個😶😶。餐牌上面一個價錢都冇列出嚟,埋單嗰時我仲擔心會好貴,最後兩個人都只係二有蚊,覺得好抵。👍🏼…Read More

是日一行五人跟朋友到太子的陵發潮州白粥打冷, 地點都算方便, 位於太子新填地街. 店舖較舊式, 當初見到店面真的以為是粥店, 但朋友又說是打冷大家都是愛吃之人, 人多的好處, 可以點多一點, 店內員工叔叔非常的熱情呢!好的!! 先上的是滷水併盤 - 墨魚, 生腸, 豬耳: 豬耳都算爽口的, 跟生腸一樣不夠入味, 但墨魚就很好味, 可以一試! 鹹菜門鱔: 門鱔不錯, 可惜鹹菜太多, 門鱔太少, 略略扣分吧! 門鱔味度頗香, 如果門鱔是多春的話就好了!! 韮菜豬紅: 以前的我是不吃豬紅的, 每次只吃韮菜, 男友吃豬紅, 但之前男友帶過我去鵝紅之後就覺得原來鵝紅豬紅都幾好吃! 今次的韮菜豬紅是我暫時吃過最好吃的豬紅!!! 豬紅非常的入味, 亦非常的滑, 豬紅浸得脹卜卜的! 極度的惹味! 份量亦好多! 其實韮菜都很好吃, 惹味! 但豬紅已經令我忘記韮菜的存在, 哈哈!!滷水鵝: 鵝的皮跟鵝肉都有淡淡的鵝香, 滷水的味道跟鵝好配, 吃起來不太覺得是滷水的味道, 但又覺得汁的味道好棒! 鵝肉不算肥有時候在外面吃的滷水鵝鵝皮下方都有很厚的脂肪, 今次沒有, 所以沒有比外面的膩, 我就喜歡蘸醋吃, 感覺味道鮮明一點蠔仔粥: 我平時比較少吃蠔仔粥, 因為怕會腥, 今次見蠔仔都幾大隻, 所以試左一碗, 一點都不腥, 反而令到粥有好強的蠔香味道! 一吃之下, 才發現蠔的數量好多!! 而且好多的都很大隻!! 真係吃到每一啖的粥都是蠔! 蠔身大多肥肥, 脹卜卜的! 好味!!! 烏頭: 我跟男友出去吃飯比較少吃魚, 今次叫了烏頭是因為朋友說想吃, 反正潮州菜烏頭是出名的, 試試也好! 烏頭似身比較實肉, 魚香亦算可以, 啖啖肉的算不錯, 他有個醬汁用來蘸烏頭的, 我就不太喜歡醬汁的味道, 就蘸了鵝的醋, 又不錯! 潮州凍花蟹: 朋友好想點凍花蟹, 但又怕我們覺得貴, 反正都未試過潮州凍花蟹, 就一直推朋友說想吃就點吧! 哈哈!! 問價時員工叔叔說花蟹好大隻, 大慨$500-$600, 由於我不懂算斤兩, 所以我真的期待著會好大隻! 到的時候說真有點失望跟心痛(好貴呀), 不過想想, 反正未試過, 大家share就算吧! 老公友人說在太子有間潮洲打冷很特別,我倆都是愛打冷之人,當下就約定找天試試。到花墟行花市,一行四人就趁此一起打冷去。陵發位處新填地街,舊區中的老鋪,饒有風味。鋪面由兩間地鋪組成,格局地踎,門前吊着一隻隻鹵水鵝,一貫打冷鋪格局。雖然店面算大,但向隅的食客眾多,我們站在門前待了很久,打冷來說要等位是少有。終於入座了,只見全場滿座,真旺場。早聽說這兒的侍應態度一般,這也領教了。幸而友人光顧過幾次,早就很熟這兒的運作,這兒只有簡單餐牌,沒有標示價錢的,埋單價就是侍應說了算。因此只要想好了吃甚麼下單就行了,點了六個打冷小菜,很快就有得食了。韮菜豬紅總是先上,大大的一塊,口感滑嫩,不會一夾即散,有點韌性,韮菜吸盡了汁醬,蒜蓉辣椒下得豪爽,也就十分香口了,水準之作。隨後是鹵水三拼,分別是豬腩肉、豬腸、墨魚。五花腩脂香豐腴,鹵水略嫌不夠入味,豬腸的鹵水很香,但肥美得過了頭。墨魚鮮美非常,鹵水十分入味,是三拼當中最美味的。鹵水鵝片雖是例牌,鵝件卻不少呢。伴碟的鹵炸豆腐香嫩,鵝件略肥但可接受,肉嫩有鵝香,但鹵水味較為薄弱,在鵝皮部分點到即止,鵝肉就只有單純的鵝香了,與近日在澄海老四嚐到的有點距離。鹽焗烏頭是打冷必食之選,魚甚新鮮,肉質有彈性,而且還是黃油烏頭呢!淡淡的鹽香配上鮮嫩的魚肉,再蘸點普寧豆醬,鮮味無比!首嚐韮菜蜆仔肉,別看它小不點的樣子,原來是十分鮮美的呢,伴韮菜來吃更為鮮香。壓軸通常就是最好的一道,今天完全被這蠔仔粥迷倒了。先舀起蠔仔一看,顆顆蠔仔都大大顆的,叫中蠔還貼切吧。細看半透明的蠔肚漲卜卜的,可想像到滲進蠔汁的湯會有多鮮美吧。把蠔仔往嘴裏送,咬破蠔肚,鮮甜的蠔香便從口中迸發,肥美豐潤的口感實在太滋味了。再嚐口粥糜,方魚與蠔鮮互相輝映,飯粒也吸盡鮮美的湯汁,這兒的蠔仔粥實在不可不試呢。一行四人點了六個打冷小菜,埋單是五百大元,當中有魚有鵝片有蠔粥,打冷來說價錢十分合理,食物也甚有水準。生意好的關係,食材新鮮,不難吃出當中的鮮味。整體來說出品在一般打冷菜館之上,雖不算十分出眾,但絕對是食得過之選。…Read More
