這間明記潮館我和朋友已光顧過好幾次,一、兩年前來過後便會偶爾再來吃飯,因為海鮮新鮮性價比高,潮州菜正宗美味😋餐廳佔地極廣,很多卡座,所以坐得舒適,與其他客人亦有充足的距離,裝修是中式風格,還有很多海鮮在透明水箱中任人觀賞。每次來到幾乎都會點蠔仔粥,今次也不例外,但這次亦有點其他未品嘗過的菜式,有鮮竹翡翠苗、潮式蠔仔餅、黑椒牛仔骨,而叫滿300元餐廳更會送一份鹵水拼盤😆明記潮館亦有提供茶芥,包括濃茶、調味品、醬菜、炒花生、小食和紙巾等,十分方便,小食和醬菜都令人胃口大開,又有潮州風味。餐牌上有潮州菜、打冷和明記的簡介,可以讓客人進一步了解潮州菜和明記潮館,我和朋友終於明白打冷的起源和意思👍🏻鹵水拼盤作為前菜首先送上來,雖然是滿金額贈送的,但餐廳毫不吝嗇,端上滿滿一大碟鹵水拼盤前來,而且款式很多,有腩肉、紅腸、大腸、豬耳、魷魚和芽菜等,腩肉肥瘦適中,大腸乾淨厚切帶嚼勁,魷魚薄切很入味,豬耳軟骨很容易便咬開,還能補充骨膠原,最重要的是整碟鹵水拼盤都十分入味,我和朋友很快便分吃完這碟拼盤😋蠔仔粥一如往常的足料和新鮮,很多蠔仔都大顆飽滿,加上肉碎和芫茜,再灑上少許胡椒粉,便是我每次來都必定會點的人間美味。鮮竹翡翠苗包含上湯、鮮竹、蒜頭和翡翠苗,鮮竹很香滑大塊,翡翠苗又嫩又爽口,再配上無添加味精的上湯,味道十分搭。黑椒牛仔骨份量很多,性價比高,肉質鮮嫩重牛味,三色椒、洋蔥和黑椒粒等配料令牛仔骨更添風味,絕對是超值之選。我和朋友都想一試這裏的蠔餅,所以點了潮式蠔仔餅,之前已經知道蠔仔粥好吃,原來潮式蠔仔餅也很正宗和美味,外脆內軟的蠔仔餅有金黃色香脆的外皮,內裏則有一顆顆新鮮飽滿無沙的蠔仔,再沾一下醬汁,簡直令人停不下口,一口接一口😁這次晚餐十分滿足,下次會再來試試其他菜式和海鮮☺️…Read More

工作了一天必須好好慰勞自己,同事們提議來這間新開的潮州菜....在香港食潮州菜太貴了 要食我也會回內地品嚐這間明記新開乾淨,在晚上12時的員工也滿多,有包廂每間來也有職員招待,非常適合看足球人士來內裝修精緻,有不同的風格,但這晚實在太攰了也沒有參觀過這店 希望下次來可盡情拍照餐牌方面菜名也貌似潮州菜名很多是香港普遍潮州菜館做不到的它也有在售賣朋友一早建議不要order炸品,這裡的比較熱氣,有分別的嗎?有宵夜小食 28元起 很抵食 來配啤酒一流食滿200元便送鹵水拼盤 基本3樣一定過了蠔仔粥 內有炸米,食落脆脆的不會太dry 非常多的蠔 啖啖都食到 也很鮮甜 細的已分到4-5碗 韭菜豬紅 不要以為宵夜小食份量會小 原來也很大份 有少少辣辣的 但比較油椒鹽九肚魚 外脆內軟 不會食到有骨的 滿好 秘制螄蚶 第一次食未開口的螄蚶 有專屬的鉗來開口 入邊的蚶非常之肥美紅燒乳鴿 肉質比較乾身 食完也覺得非常熱氣啦鹵水拼盤+鹵水鵝腎 拼盤是送的份量非常大 足夠3-5人份量有紅腸 豬大腸 豬耳 腎 墨魚 全部都入灑鹵汁的味道呢到什麼都好 唯獨王老吉一罐收取18蚊一罐非常貴也收取小食花生費用20蚊味道 賣相 衞生 服務 抵食 推介 …Read More

本身想食潮州菜,咁啱行行下街就見到新開喺旺角既明記,就決定入去試下。門口已經有大大個牌。一上到去見到裝修咁靚真係估唔到!入到去就見到有個「漁人碼頭」,有好多新鮮海產。海鮮有好多選擇,又有一份份既套餐,價錢好清楚。另外仲有一本menu,都係有好多選擇,唔錯。鹹菜豬肚湯好好飲又足料,同埋好特別,因為佢加左豬粉腸,都係第一次見。另外食潮州菜當然唔少得蠔仔粥!大大碗粥夠鮮甜,蠔仔粒粒都好飽滿,無腥味又無偷工減料,正。叫左個石鍋啫啫油麥菜,加左啲肉碎好惹味又唔會太咸。上菜既時候仲係啫啫聲添。煎蠔餅用左好多蠔仔,同蠔仔粥一樣都係粒粒飽滿,雖然比較熱氣,但真係好脆好好味。大大塊感覺上都幾抵食…Read More
