去日本旅行返黎搵老友派下手信,加上小弟就黎生日老友話請我食飯,平時食飯大多數都係日本餐同西餐,咁日本返黎就當然唔食日本餐啦,網上見有介紹呢間係尖沙咀既室內大排檔好似幾多野食,環境都幾靚,就預先book位黎試下啦。坐底睇環境算幾大,都有d卡位坐到6人,位與位之間都有d距離唔會好迫,所以算幾舒服,我地3個人都安排坐到張6人卡位,所以都坐得舒服,睇下餐牌都有唔少款式小菜,仲有d串燒類,價錢都唔算好貴,落單係用QR code,我地就可以慢慢睇慢慢點。蒜蓉燒生蠔落單5分鐘左右就到了,上菜速度好快,食落口新鮮熱既,唔係整定,蠔都算幾肥美,蒜蓉量都唔少。雞泡魚乾平時日式居酒屋既佐酒小食,燒過既魚乾幾香口,係好似細塊左少少。滷水墨魚拼鵝腸墨魚口感唔錯,鵝腸腍左dd無平時滷水檔買既咁爽口,有兩大塊豆腐鋪底。大廚脆皮豬手豬手皮脆肉唔乾,成隻豬手份量唔少。串燒拼盤有扇貝有海蝦有燒白鱔,仲有豬牛雞各2串,扇貝好大隻,蒜蓉都足,如果再加少少粉絲就正啦,海蝦肉質好厚實,其中1隻硬左dd,2位老友都唔食蝦益晒我,燒白鱔皮脆肉嫩,仲加左少少燒汁,豬牛雞串燒就正常發揮無咩好講啦。避風塘白飯魚白飯魚都幾大條,炸得夠脆,送酒1流。蒜蓉燒茄子呢個茄子燒既火喉差少少,有d位未燒得夠熟略為難夾,調味係唔錯的。蒜蓉炒菜心呢個唔記得影相,菜心幾大條幾甜,炒得唔錯。整體上食物質素唔錯,環境都舒適,呢段時間訂位仲有85折,有機會可以再黎食,多謝2位老友請客。…Read More
