話說今日同個老best去旺角行街,跟住就上open rice睇吓有咩好嘢食。老best就話想食燒嘅嘢食。一坐低,店員誠意邀請我哋點鹽燒大眼雞。厚燒玉子,個玉子燒真係天花板,燒到金黃色,加咗一層蜜糖,甜度剛剛好,外脆內軟,軟硬適中,剛剛燒好就上菜,熱辣辣,食到停唔到。燒菠蘿,本身個菠蘿好新鮮,燒完啲糖份出晒黎,形成好似焦糖咁,有好淡嘅酸味,甜而不膩,食完好舒服好開胃。😋頂級安格斯牛小排,我哋叫咗七成熟。牛肉味好重,好香,配合芥末醬同埋啲greens,一啖一口牛,口感好豐滿。黎呢度一定要叫海鮮,我哋叫咗三款海鮮,全部好新鮮,再加埋燒烤技巧純熟,全部都剛剛好,講食物嘅鮮味發揮得淋漓盡致。蒜蓉燒聖子王,蒜蓉味好香,配合金菇墊底吸收埋啲海鮮味,除咗口感豐富做,食得出聖子嘅嗰種鮮甜。蒜蓉燒扇貝 首先扇貝好大隻,調味調得好好食,除咗蒜蓉佢仲加咗有三文魚子,夾埋一齊食好新鮮好甜。另外食咗咁多燒嘢、叫咗枝竹蔗茅根下下火鹽燒大眼雞真係無點錯,唔好講笑。賣相好得,個皮燒到好脆唔油,食落口有微微嘅魚香味,跟住啲魚肉好滑,好鮮味,真係好好食。隨後朋友話食燒烤點可以唔叫雞翼,隻雞中翼外脆內軟得嚟keep到肉汁,燒到啱啱好熟。最後個蒜蓉燒茄子 (原條)蒜香味好出,茄子熟透得嚟個皮唔會燶哂,軟硬度啱啱好,鍾意食淋身少少嘅茄子如我,一定食到停唔到口。蒜頭好足夠,仲有孜然粉調味,我哋就自己再加少少辣粉,如果唔係嗌得太多嘢都想encore。店裏都算坐得舒服,不得不提,佢哋好好服務,因應我哋食嘢嘅速度而上菜,等啲食物可以keep住溫度👍👍食咗咁多海鮮同埋安格斯都只係6百幾,真係好抵食😋…Read More

本身諗住食既餐廳要排隊,就馬上轉場試下好燒式。由左至右,豬頸肉串($18)我覺得最好食,肉味唔錯,爽口好有趙口,好味;日式雞柳串($16)友人覺得最好食,好有咬口,充滿燒烤風味,但我就覺得無乜特別;鴨胸串($18)我覺得幾好食,瘦肉同肥肉既比例係岩岩好,不過友人就覺得一般;雞肉腸($15)口感唔錯,食得出蜜糖味;煙肉金菇卷($18)尼個組合本身已經無得輸,口感好正。上述串燒點左小辣配蜜糖。可能唔係湯麵,而係直接將辣粉灑落串燒上,所以小辣我都覺得幾辣,如果有微辣選擇會更好(有下次的話,我會係餐紙上自己寫微辣?)。豬頸肉串(個人口味: 4+3.6/10)日式雞柳串(個人口味: 3+3.9/10)鴨胸串(個人口味: 3.4+3.2/10)雞肉腸(個人口味: 3.2+3.6/10)煙肉金菇卷(個人口味: 3.5+3.2/10)雞全翼($18)無寫孜然但聞到孜然味,辣度比第一碟串燒仲辣,對我而言就太辣,唔係好食得出好唔好食。不過友人就覺得雞翼燒得好脆,蜜糖燒雞翼好食。(個人口味: 3+4/10)蒜蓉燒茄子($32)燒得唔錯,好腍,蒜蓉再多d就更好食。(個人口味: 3+4/10)黑松露什菌包($48)擔心淨叫串燒會唔夠飽,就諗住叫個主食意粉,但去到串燒店無理由唔叫燒物架,就諗住叫蒜蓉包頂肚,但最後都係叫左感覺上無咁熱氣既黑松露什菌包。上菜既時候真係非常驚訝。因為,我地都以為,我地點既係麵包。可能係因為係小食欄見到蒜蓉包再望到什菌包就產生左麵包既錯覺(實在太好笑了!)。Anyway,尼個什菌包真係好大份,黑松露醬都幾多。友人覺得唔錯,但味道我就覺得一般般,原因係菇味本身已經好濃,再配埋黑松露醬,味道有衝突,唔係好食到黑松露味。不過以$48而言係算大份抵食既。(個人口味: 3+3.4/10)全部食物都係即叫即燒,燒物本身既素材都有水準。上菜時熱辣辣,要攤下先食,如果唔係真係非常熱氣。雖然用餐時間係120分鐘,但食住串燒慢慢吹水都係夠時間既,侍應態度亦都友善。惟餐枱同餐枱之間太近,基本上隔離枱講乜都聽到,傾計既時候都有少少尷尬,擔心人地聽到自己講乜。同埋餐廳大部分都係二人枱,根本無位擺個人物品,建議餐廳可以為客人提供竹籃放置個人物品,咁就坐得開心食得開心。(打完尼篇食評,發現今餐我同友人既口味都幾唔同。我覺得好食佢就覺得麻麻,我覺得麻麻佢就覺得好食。)…Read More
