Perfect for family dinner, remember to make a booking beforehand as they are usually quite full!The service here was very good, attentive staff were refilling pots with hot water and taking away dirty plates before you even think of raising your hand. The smoked Chicken is delicious. tender and not overcooked, the meat is succulent and smoky. The chicken itself is also pretty big. 二訪呢間良心中餐,今次一篇過介紹。第一次午市黎有啲菜式試唔到,趁娘親生日就預早留定餸,今次老闆仲喺度監場呢。呢度有唔少功夫多,所以市面上鮮有嘅菜式,例如太史戈渣,而且以私房菜黎講價錢算係幾實惠,同長輩慶祝可以考慮下。🍽留家叉燒叉燒即叫即燒,呢個部位嘅肉特別鬆化,燶邊加蜜汁無得輸,留意只有晚市供應。🍽慢煮牛肋肉腐乳芝士汁一款中西合璧嘅菜式,低溫慢煮24小時嘅嘅加拿大牛肋配廖媽記腐乳同藍芝士醬,牛肋肉入口即化,腐乳芝士汁重口味得黎又幾夾,配埋煮到淋又無渣嘅蘆筍非常好食,唯一要挑剔嘅係有一兩客膏嘅比例較多。🍽太史戈渣原材料只有雞蛋、粟米粉、上湯,但聽講控制火候好考功夫,食落似炸玉子豆腐,但個上湯雞蛋餡當然香滑得多,點砂糖食梗有風味。🍽留家煙燻雞呢度嘅招牌菜之一,用玫瑰花蕾、片糖同甘蔗煙燻而成,滷汁甜甜地,雞肉嫩滑入味,必點。🍽薑蔥廣島蠔雖然蠔仔當然比唔上海鮮檔嘅大蠔咁嫩滑,但做到邊脆多汁已經好難得,薑蔥爆香可蓋過腥味,唔錯。🍽鮮拆蟹肉菜茸羹用大大隻碟上好似飲西湯咁,但其實份量唔多,個湯都幾濃稠,蟹肉鮮甜,食到蔬菜嘅原味。🍽艇曬蝦醬蒸玻璃肉半肥瘦豬肉切薄片後落蝦醬蒸,我唔鍾意肥膏所以難以評價,只能講蝦醬無太鹹同埋好入味。🍽瑤柱扒時蔬白菜仔每棵都煮到好淋,瑤柱汁唔太杰,好食。🍽豬膶燒賣蝦餃肉丸上鋪左兩大件嘅豬潤,醬汁帶點酒味,朋友幾欣賞,我少食嗰舊就韌左啲。🍽芝麻卷芝麻卷好有彈性,唔會一團粉咁,芝麻味都夠濃,仲有啲芝麻碎沙沙地嘅口感,非常出眾嘅飯後甜品。…Read More

由於家中有喜慶事,後輩們特意挑選這間星級中餐廳給長輩品嚐。由於菜式花多眼亂,經理熱心為大家介紹一些較最受歡迎及值得品嘗菜式。前菜創意頭抽炒粟米,炒香的粟米和頭抽出乎意料地夾,豉油的鹹味不會搶去粟米的鮮甜,很有新鮮感!曾經飲過一些酒樓溝杏仁粉的豬肺湯,故上菜前心裡抱著沒期望的心態,但眼看這色澤皎潔的燉湯,先前的忐忑的心情即時一掃而空。乳白色的燉湯幼滑濃郁,杏汁磨得幼細,湯料很充足,每碗都有兩個菜膽瘦肉和兩塊豬肺,豬肺通透明顯處理得很乾淨,入口即溶,值得推薦!需注意此燉湯需提前預訂。醉雞吃得多,醉鮑還是第一次,鮑魚爽脆無比,整隻醉鮑裡裡外外都滲透著玫瑰露和花雕酒香,我想師傅定必花了不少心機和時間才可令厚實的鮑魚變成這酒心鮑!現今已經很少地方吃到豬腳筋,還是頭一次吃白灼的,頭抽帶甜味,豬腳筋爽脆之餘有黏黏骨膠原的感覺!炸蝦球大粒真材實料,熱辣辣肉質彈牙,配以柚子醬酸甜具創意,間中吃到柚子皮的甘甜,口感清新,就算多吃也不覺油膩!蒸肉餅配白飯一流,吃到粒粒爽口的魷魚和墨汁獨特的味道,肉餅打得彈牙,中間的蛋黃令整個肉餅更惹味甘香。廣島蠔比預期中大及肉厚,焗蠔火喉控制得相當好,肉質鮮嫩而邊位並沒有因很好時過火而變韌的感覺,這道菜相當香口夠鑊氣!最後一道芝麻卷相當有誠意,芝麻粉醬磨得幼細味道十分濃郁,皮薄幼滑之餘仍可攤開一整塊芝麻皮,可見師傅功力十足!現在吃到這傳統甜品的地方可是買少見少,為這餐飯劃上完美句號。…Read More
