炒貴刁都同樣有鑊氣,而且唔會過份油膩。


整體嚟講食物有水準質素高,環境亦坐得舒服。唯一係侍應服務好有進步空間!我本身對服務都算無乜要求,喺香港食呢啲幾百蚊一餐都唔會求有咩特別好服務,做到基本嘢就得,但個別侍應連基本都做唔到,希望餐廳可以改善下。

是次一行4大2小,到呢間樓上舖慶祝友人生日。點了4個菜式,人均$350,屬貴價,但高質之餐廳。走進餐廳,內裡有些裝修,環境唔錯,枱頂還有一缸金魚,效果獨特。打開餐牌,有好多菜式都想點,尤其係陳皮鴨腿湯,可惜朋友嫌貴,沒法試,有點遺憾。最後點了叉燒,鹽焗雞(雞鴨類要一天前預訂),魚湯什菜煲及薑葱蝦籽竹昇面。看似普通的菜,意想不到是每道菜都用心煮,比出面酒樓好味好多,不在一個檔次的。(1)先講叉燒,是即場燒制,所以等得比較耐,而入口鬆軟但有咬口,入味而味厚,個個爭住食。(2)鹽焗雞,非常嫩滑,又好入味,而家都好大隻,餐廳還很貼心,分開2碟,每碟半隻,方便大家夾黎食。(3)什菜煲,雖說是幾種菜灼熟,再加粉絲蝦米煮出黎,不過,用料上乘,蝦米是厚身大粒,食起上黎口感好好,加上魚湯濃郁,令到啲菜味道也濃厚,最後連湯都飲哂。(4)最後係蝦籽面,看似簡單,但面爽,無鹼水味,蝦籽份量適中,不太咸而味道足,配上薑葱,就成了又香又有口感,又爽口好味既蝦籽撈面了。因成餐都唔係飲好多水,證明無乜味精。總結: 以味道層面看,是十分值得推介。但一分錢一分貨,價格也跟質素一樣是高。如果想食好野既你,就值得一試了。

多久之前客人帶我到留家午飯,給留家的煙熏雞深深的打動了,雞肉又嫩又滑,淡淡的煙熏味,直情是嗅覺及味覺的享受。那餐之後,心中一直想帶家人前來一試。家人慶生,特別提議到留家廚房,一個月前訂枱,充滿期待,希望家人都可食到煙燻雞的美味。飯局前一天,預訂了煙燻雞及焗魚腸。當日點了太史弋渣,叉燒,大腸釀薯,茄子,腐皮卷等。整體食後感:留家確實係食手工菜,但手工菜就唔一定啱食;正如太史弋渣,我真心唔識欣賞,食落係好似暖嘅雞湯啫哩,焗魚腸都係,味太醒。至於期待已久嘅煙熏雞,之前的好味唔見咗,家人食後感受不大!可惜。成餐飯,最讚的係叉燒!另外一題的是員工服務態度十分一般!
