在香港,日式餐廳新開業,大抵都是以刺身、燒肉或丼飯作招徠。對我而言,刺身的吸引程度並不足夠。而這天朋友向我推介這家以「米」為主的日本菜,看到餐廳餐牌內食物大多是熟吃,我就不抗拒,並漸生興趣。 可是,抵達時是7時多的晚飯繁忙時間,所以要稍等才能入座。餐廳座位分2類,如吧檯和卡位。我們被安排入座卡位,而坐吧檯的客人就可以看到廚師即席烹調鐵板燒的過程,如果我是吃鐵板燒的話,都一定會爭取坐那裡的!餐牌內,大多數的食物都是跟「飯」有關,餘下的3成食物包括有刺身、鐵板燒、串燒、天婦羅和麵粉等等。跟朋友商量過後,就快手下單。隨即,侍應就送上一壺熱水和抹茶粉,跟日本的待客之道相近。客人可以按個人喜好,將適量的抹茶粉加入熱水內,拌勻即可飲用。自家製明太子玉子燒 $58玉子燒有明太子和鰻魚可選,感覺明太子會特別一點,所以就選明太子。來到時,玉子燒做得剛好,雞蛋香軟嫩滑帶些許甜味外,中間的明太子帶微微鹹香,但不覺辣,值得一試。餐廳主打「當店精米」,即會在店內將日刺直送的米,透過精米機,在每日的午市和晚市打磨為白米,確保丼飯和壽司用的米的質素。有見及此,我們便點了壽司拼盤淺嘗。丸十彩虹卷 $98 賣相十分吸引的彩虹卷,顏色豐富,滿足了視覺效果外,味覺效果又如何呢?丸十彩虹卷上除了有牛油果外,壽司卷上舖有刺身,包括吞拿魚、三文魚和油甘魚等數款。有些還以金箔作為點綴,盡顯矜貴。壽包卷的刺身不但鮮味十足,卷內有青瓜絲、蟹柳及紫菜十分豐富。而卷物的表面添有口感Creamy的牛油果同刺身,配以精磨白米製作的壽司飯,吃起來口感更有層次感,亦突顯了刺身的鮮甜。而天婦羅和串燒亦是我們蠢蠢欲「試」的食物,我們都點了雜錦款:雜錦天扶良和海鮮之盒(串燒)。雜錦天扶良 (5件) $98 天婦羅有5件,包括蝦、茄子、南瓜、蕃薯及青椒。單看賣相,天婦羅呈金黃色,炸得不油膩,非常吸引。跟朋友分享來吃,吃了蝦和蕃薯,炸粉不會太厚,香脆而不油膩,蝦肉爽,蕃薯薄亦甜,很不錯!以為那把「扇」形的炸物不能吃,原來也是食物之一,吃起來就像炸了的麵條小吃,十分有趣。海洋之盒  $158 海洋之盒是集齊了5款熱門海鮮的串燒拼盤,有大大隻的原隻帶子、廣島蠔、大蝦、鯖魚和燒白鱔,看起來已經口水直流,吸引至極,跟朋友一齊share最好!串燒即叫即製,來到時散發出陣陣香味。廣島蠔很大隻,不過我不吃,朋友說味道鮮甜。鯖魚燒過後,肉質亦不錯,雖然不至於嫩滑,但也不會太嚡。帶子加了醬汁才燒,吃起來味道豐富惹味!蝦好大隻,雖然只是純粹地燒,但吃起來也不覺乾身。最愛的燒白蟮,雖然不是用蒲燒汁燒,而是白燒,不過別有一番風味,嘗到白鱔的原味和感覺到它油脂豐腴的口感。其實,海鮮就是吃原味,簡單調味後烤一下,輕滴少許檸檬汁提味,就可將海鮮的鮮味帶出來!澳洲和牛烏冬 $138 這烏冬配上精選和牛,來到時以為很生,但放到湯內再吃,肉質有嚼勁,而且牛肉味濃,配烏冬真的不錯。   烏冬呢,雪白的湯底頗為香濃,配似流心雞蛋,令人食指大動!烏冬麵條雖幼身但不失嚼勁,令人滿意。整體而言,這餐廳絕對合乎期望,可以再訪!…Read More

好久沒有到葵廣逛街,逛完後去了葵芳新都會商場覓食,好一段時間沒去,發現又有不少新餐廳進駐,走了一個圈,最終選定了丸十日本食堂。在門外餐牌看見除了一般的日本料理,還提供鐵板燒套餐,但不竟價錢較貴,今次就先試試普通的日本料理。餐廳很大,儘管食客很多,但馬上就能入坐。每個卡座有提供抹茶粉及熱水供食客飲用,大家可按自己需要加,很是不錯。由於妹妹剛病好,就不點太多,叫了幾道食品一同分享。澳洲和牛丼($148)Grilled Australian Waygu Beef Rice with Onsen Tamago草根姐妹特別點了這個和牛丼,賣相📸相當吸引。看似一小碗,但其實滿滿的,飯量不少。餐廳標榜選用了精米🍚,打磨工序更是在餐廳🍴內進行,是全港🇭🇰首間當店精米餐廳,夠矜貴吧✨😆。和牛色澤粉嫩🐂,沒燒至全熟,肉質柔軟,有牛味,置頂再淋上蛋漿🐣,不但賣相更吸引,而且味道更豐富😋👍🏻。吉列蠔忌廉芝士牛油果卷($98)Oyster Cutlet with Cheese & Avocado Roll原來蠔、芝士🧀和牛油果🥑配合在一起非常好吃,熟成的牛油果帶獨特果香,口感軟腍,配上淡淡的軟芝士,剛好中和吉列蠔的油膩感,味道口感皆不錯,只是蠔肉份量較少。海膽天扶良($88) Sea Urchin Tempura第一次食海膽天婦羅🌊,一客4件,再加上2條香椒,海膽味道鮮味,炸得香脆不油膩,不過份量相當少,🥺價格有點貴!自家製明太子玉子燒($58)Homemade Japanese Omelet with Mentaiko玉子燒十分出色😍!夾起便已知道煎得十分柔軟,口感嫩滑💛。中間夾有明太子,鹹香中帶點微辣🔥,味道十分討喜!一客有6小卷,水準與日本吃到的無異👍🏻,值得一試!蒲燒鰻魚($88)Grilled Sea Eel鰻魚味道尚算不錯👍🏻,燒汁十分入味🤤,肉質肥美。唯一美中不足之處是鰻魚骨比較硬,有點少刺口。總結這晚的食物大多都有水準以上,值得介紹給朋友試試。…Read More
